HILLARY POLLS FADE AS SHE FACES NEW ALLEGATIONS OVER EMAILS! PLUS THE DOW DEATHCROSS EMERGES!

Before we start with what may be an epic fall by the democratic front runner, let's take a quick look at the economy. In short, it sucks. Many an investors has began to sound the alarm bells about the emergence of another Hindenberg Omen (which lately has been a dud the last five times it showed up) and now the Death Cross. This, combined with a second straight day of a Chinese currency devaluation, has driven down the market in heavy trading, although it has risen steadily since midday, only down 54 points and we can all guess why it is going up when it really shouldn't be. All together now: IT'S RIGGED!

That’s what technical analysts call it when the 50-day moving average falls below the 200-day mean, a formation that was achieved today as the gauge declined for the eighth time in nine days. The pattern is commonly interpreted as a signal price momentum is fizzling out.

 “If you don’t make any upside progress, the moving average will start to flatten and eventually turn down,” Jonathan Krinsky, chief market technician at MKM Holdings LLC, said by phone. “There are fewer and fewer stocks holding up the market, and that’s generally not a good thing.”

What this means is that fewer and fewer companies are able to use stock buybacks to grow stock prices as the prices have hit a ceiling for what they able to afford. In other words they have literally priced themselves out of business. Awesome.

There are a lot of reasons to worry but as external forces control the market rather than vice versa, as seen by today's inexplicable Dow recovery, who knows when the bottom will fall out. Keep a close watch if you have a huge stock portfolio so you do not get burned.

On to the main story which is Hillary facing problems from within and from outside her campaign. Bernie Sanders is looking like a real threat, now AHEAD of Hillary in NH 44-37 according to a new Boston Herald poll and has doubled his polls in Iowa. He is also attracting huge crowds and may be collecting far more money due to social networking, which may replace old style media and SuperPacs as the best way to raise money in the 21st century. Thank you Facebook.

Although she is still way ahead in the national polls, that may not be the case for much longer depending on how this whole email scandal works out. A gift for the GOP as this may finally be the nail in the Hillary coffin and not some wild Benghazi bullshit thing, Hillary may be in real trouble. It is alleged that she sent along several emails of a classified nature through her unsecured private email account: a misdemeanor but still a crime. It brought down General Petreaus and Sandy Berger before her. Even worse, two allegedly were of the highest classification level.

Now let's also be clear. This could be nothing more than GOP smokescreen nonsense as these guys cry WOLF with alarming regularity. The number of emails that were a problem have dropped from four to two, suggesting the inspector general cannot count. The FBI continues to say Clinton is not part of the probe meaning they could be focusing on staff who screwed up and not her. Until more comes out it's all guess work, but correct or not, it's affecting her campaign as her negative numbers continue to climb.

She only has one real opponent and that is Bernie Sanders. The other three running for the democratic spot all poll around 1% meaning my prediction that Martin O'Malley waited way too long to enter the race was spot on. He has gained zero traction as Bernie has all the momentum right now. Even if Joe Biden enters late, he'll have an uphill battle as well. If Hillary continues to falter, or it comes out that she lied about any of Emailgate, her campaign may come to a screeching halt.

AMERICA SEES GLIMMER OF HOPE AS FAR RIGHT AND FAR LEFT GO TOO FAR AND GET PUNISHED FOR IT!

I've officially seen it all now. I have spent the last few days pouring over hundreds of articles, thousands of comments and reached a startling conclusion: you're pissed! Good. It means some of you out there are actually paying attention. Even the most crackpot lunatic from either side have started to see reason as the establishment desperately tries to keep their narrative going with lesser and lesser success.

A quick side note before I delve any further into the occurrences in GOP land and Ferguson and that is yesterday I spent most of the day warning people NOT to buy stocks as the stock market raced upward for terrible reasons.  Almost all of the large hedge fund managers were saying it was a dead cat bounce and anyone buying energy stocks, which experienced a one day rally as predicted, were going to get burned. Today's stock market plummeted as energy stocks dropped again as China devalued it's currency, another desperate attempt to save their failing economy. The fact that Caterpillar stocks went up as well, totally due to stock buybacks, shows how devoid the market is from reality. The point is I was right about the market yesterday and many are seeing a real possibility for a major downturn soon. The market for the last six weeks have eerily resembled the 2008 market right before the big crash. So be warned if you have stock to watch the market closely and sell if things start to look sketchy.

Back to the story at hand. This week saw the implosion of the establishment GOP and Black Lives Matter. These two represent the far right and far left and proof America has had it with both. Now to be fair, Black Lives Matter has a point while the establishment Republican party is just evil. But both have horribly misjudged their audience and as a result face extinction.

Let's start with Ferguson and Black Lives Matter. They both did not have a good week with even many a black person saying ENOUGH! Ferguson erupted again on the one year anniversary of Mike Brown for what can only be described as absolutely no good reason. Black Lives Matter was there along with their idiotic hijacking of a Bernie Sanders rally (Really? WTF? Did you have nothing better to do that day?), seriously damaging their creditability to Occupy Wall Street levels. What exactly are you guys protesting at this point because you message appears to be non-existent?

Occupy Wall Street fizzled because they had Zero concrete demands. The same can now be said for Black Lives Matter. All I heard from their spokespeople was the want as end to "institutionalized racism." Great. How? Just like the Republicans all I hear is silence when that comes up. Here's a list of some specific demands you should be making:

End the Drug War
Demand more policing of bad neighborhoods
Have every cop in the country wear a camera
Demand accountability for cops found being racist
End bad cop swaps from prescient to prescient, molester priest style.

These are just a few ideas but asking to end racism isn't going to happen unless you have ideas HOW to end racism. And let's be clear, black people have to take some responsibility for the epic crime rates in their community. What purpose was served by looting Ferguson again? How did that help you? The white man is not killing black people anywhere the numbers they do to each other. That has to stop.

The fact that blacks are being seen more and more as mindless savages is making already slightly racist white people much more racist. Oath Keepers, armed to the teeth, descended on parts of Ferguson which is SO provocative but at the same time understandable. I don't agree with it but I get why some of the less stable are going to start seeing black people as the enemy.

If the black community doesn't get a handle on the problem, they are facing a dim future and almost certainly walled off areas that might as well be a prison. Think Gaza for black people. If you don't think that can happen here guess again. I do not want to see that happen but even the most leftist person is starting to see real hate for Black Lives Matter for what is starting to appear to be more anti-white than anything.

Then we have the other side where Bill Maher and Rush Limbaugh both went off on Fox News for the terrible debate. Those two being on the same page will never happen again so relish in it now. Fox News was seen across the board from non-MSM sources as being very biased against Trump and threw softballs at almost everyone else. They didn't ask one question on things even Republicans care about like jobs and the economy. NOT ONE! And people noticed.

Even after Trump insulted Megyn Kelly (and not all women as the press keeps trying to sell to us), his numbers went up. You know why? Because most people saw the debate and Frank Luntz's laughable focus group afterward as pure theater and not even real good theater either. It was so obvious to even the dumbest person that you have to wonder if the powers that be have gotten lazy. The other reason is that Trump, for all his faults, is still the GOP's best candidate. He is their best candidate because he has done what no one has done in that party for a long time: he's moved away from the far right and towards it at the same time. A real good politician knows he can't win an election unless he appears to be both moderate and extreme. Bill Clinton was the master of that. Trump is proving to be quite good at it as well.

Trump has latched on to the extremists of the party with his "build a wall" mantra. He latched on the a huge sum of the party that HATES trade agreements, something not one of his opponents agrees with. He's exposed the hypocrisy of being beholden on to corporate interests and big donors like the Koch brothers. He is uniting the party with a lot of ideas they like while Rand Paul, Chris Christie and Rick Perry are on life support. Perry looks to be stuff on a rock as he has run out of money to even pay his staff anymore. Paul and Christie moved WAY too far to the right to even be considered at this point and Perry was never going to recover from his run last time. Oops!

Trump is dangerous because he is both celebrity and truth teller to a certain extent. He may not have too many concrete ideas (although his idea to sell insurance across state lines is a good one), but he still towers above the rest of the pack who appear as children next to him.

The same goes for Hillary who may be in real trouble. Her numbers continue to shrink in NH and Iowa and Bernie Sanders is attracting crowds bigger than ALL of the other candidates combined! He got 28,000 in Portland, with 9000 outside who couldn't get in and 27,000 in LA with thousands more outside again. My sources tell me people are going to be shocked by how much Bernie Sanders is raking in from small donations only when it comes out in October. He may actually have a chance after all, especially after Hillary desperately tries to court democrats increasingly souring on her.

Bernie picked up his first endorsement from a national nursing union, which is telling as it is comprised of 90% women. Polls say that while Hillary has a commanding lead, many are still undecided and may flip if the debates go as badly for her as I think they will. Go Bernie. We need you bad.

If we could have a Trump/Sanders contest I will be the happiest man alive. If Sanders wins, we may actually get a better world. If Trump wins, who knows. I do know he'll be better than anyone else the GOP is trotting out. And that should tell you how far the GOP has fallen if that is the case.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: FOX NEWS!

I love how people say the debate asked "tough questions" to everyone, but it was clear from the get go that Fox News had it in for Trump. As for the others, most of the questions were fairly softball, incomplete or just plain butt kissing. Fox News lost a lot of respect from regular viewers and the fact that ordinary people are catching on to how rigged our election process gives me hope for the future. Trump may be a terrible candidate, but it says loads when we all see that the rest of the GOP hopefuls are worse. Let's see those runner ups for which there had to be 11 again this week.

11)Fantastic Four- I am a big fan of the Fantastic Four comics. The sad part is that the previous three films, one never released, were terrible. They failed to understand any of the characters and really screwed up Dr. Doom. Now comes a new one, with a questionable cast, an untested director and a studio known for royally fucking this franchise up. The latest is no exception. Dark, dull and possessing terrible effects, this latest entry cratered in the box office pulling in $26 million stateside and roughly $38 million overseas. Considering the budget was $120 million and will need to get back double that to break even, the prospect of a sequel to this bomb is unlikely. Thank God. The writing was on the wall when Marvel ended the Fantastic Four series, not wanting to give any extra ammo to this disaster.

10)Brent Farley- The world's dumbest bounty hunter really stepped in it this week when he attempted to arrest a fugitive in Oklahoma wanted on drug charges. What dumbass didn't know was the house he was at belonged to the local police chief. Guess who got arrested and isn't even a licensed bounty hunter?

9)Black Lives Matter- These idiots are really getting on my nerves. This week, two white teens were killed by police in questionable fashions. Where was the media on this? Busy covering another black teen killed by cops that's where. Now this black kid does deserve all the attention he gets because he was unarmed even if he was busy destroying a car dealership for some unknown reason. This is why All Lives Matter is more important that just Black Lives Matter. People of all races are being killed and this needs to be addressed. It's not all about race. To make matters worse some racist douchebags from the group stormed the stage during a Bernie Sanders rally, disrupting the whole thing and caused Bernie to leave without uttering a word. Shameful.

8)TPP- This week talks broke down in Hawaii, sending the TPP to it's grave for now. Canada didn't like some part that helped Mexico and not them, New Zealand didn't like something that helped Australia and no one liked the new drug prescription plan that would triple their health care costs. There is little chance this will be resurrected any time soon, especially during an election year so who ever the next President is will get a say in it's revival which means only Trump and all democrats other than Hillary have condemned this. Good. And people wonder why Trump is winning.

7)Paul LePage- One of the country's worst governors got smacked in the face so hard you would have thought he lost all of his teeth. After showing a complete lack of understand over how government works, Captain Dumbass let almost 70 new laws go into effect that he thought he was vetoing but in actuality was letting them become law. He tried to use a pocket veto to let them expire, unaware that only works if Congress is not in session, which it was. He vowed to veto them anyway. Too bad for him as the State Supreme Court upheld the new laws saying that the governor has no power to stop it and he should have known better. Ouch! Democrats passed a lot of laws this way that had no chance otherwise. Stephen King must be laughing his ass off over this as he HATES this guy.

6)Chuck Schumer- Not one of my favorite democrats by any means, this ass decided to side with the Jewish lobby in voting against the Iran deal, which is odd as this all but guarantees the possible annihilation of Israel should this deal fall through and war happen instead. This deal is the best, ONLY option we have. Stop pretending otherwise.
5)Caitlyn Jenner's show- After all of the fanfare, shock and novelty has worn down over Bruce Jenner becoming a woman, the public has said in one loud clear voice that this new show sucks. Ratings have nose dived since it's wan opening, with critics calling it epically dull because Jenner is kind of wet blanket and always has been. No one was watching the Kardashians for him and it shows.

4)Ken Paxton/Kathleen Kane- The AG of Texas was arrested this week on fraud charges and Kathleen Kane the AG of PA was also arrested for leaking info about a rival to the press. So a Tea Party idiot and a clueless Democrat show what most of us already know: both sides suck. Paxton is far worse trouble as he faces hundreds of years behind bars for what he did while Kane will most likely just lose her job. I think very little of either.

3)EPA- In the exact opposite of what the EPA is supposed to do, these idiots accidentally dug too far into an old mine and unleashed a torrent of waste water into a local river in Colorado, turning it a bright orange. Way to go guys. Locals are pissed, river guides are out work and the toxic mess is spreading further and further downstream. It is unknown when it will be fixed.

2)Jeb Bush- This idiot was lousy during the debates and pissed off more woman than Trump did (which was more about Megyn Kelly than women in general) by saying that $500 million was unnecessary for women's health costs. The GOP keeps trying to kill of Planned Parenthood with gotcha, heavily edited videos and ignoring the fact that only 3% of operations goes to abortion and the rest go to keeping poor women healthy. The GOP is not female friendly.

1)Fox News- Wow, did that debate suck. And not because the candidates are all barely contained parodies of themselves but for setting up Trump from the first question. All of Trump's questions were really hard hitting, with lot's of details, while the others got softball or incomplete questions. Why ask Walker about his horrible job creation numbers without providing a little more context as to how bad it is, not to mention his state's economy in the crapper? And did we really need Bush to answer about Iraq again? He's already messed that one up, so why give him a chance to recover unless that's what you wanted? And what was up with that focus group afterward which slammed Trump, contrary to every other poll taken? Even right wingers like Breitbart.com, WND and Rush Limbaugh slammed Fox News for their handling of Trump and rightfully so. It was a clear hatchet job and may have inadvertently made him even stronger. I see no sign his comments about Kelly have hurt him at all, with many agreeing that she kind of sucked that night and was obviously biased. So congratulations Fox News, you are indeed douchebag of the week.

FOX NEWS SKEWERS DEBATE TO MARGINALIZE TRUMP AND FAILS MISERABLY. WHO WON AND WHO LOST!

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this battle royal here at the not ironically named Quicken Loans Arena. We have a true spectacle for you tonight in the ring containing ten of the best candidates/wrestlers who will be duking it out for the top spot in tonight's match. I am your announcer, the Warmonger, who will be giving a play by play for each blow given by the pastiest competitors I have ever seen since albino day at Disney World. Let's get ready to RUUUUMMMMMBBBLLLEEEE!
The three refs, nicknamed Bimbo, Softball and Limp Dick, will be doing the darnedest to keep the peace but we expect little of that tonight with such vitriol expected between them and the front runner, Donald "the Hair" Trump. The other nine are waiting for the bell, with Jeb "the Failed Legacy" Bush and Scott "Koch Sucker" Walker apparently asleep in the corner. The anticipation is high for some high jinx and we know the audience will not be disappointed.

And there's the bell. The first strike at the Hair from the entire Fox News staff ruffles his comb as he refuses to rule out a third party run and the audience boos in disapproval. He counters and accidentally knocks Marco "Thirsty Boy" Marco off his roost. Failed Legacy and Koch Sucker rouse briefly and then fall back asleep again. Rand "NSA Killer" Paul attacks The Hair next but fails to land the blow, smacking into Chris "Crisco" Christie instead and knocking him into the audience killing two.

What a blood match so far, people. Thirsty Boy has noticed Failed Legacy sleeping and jumps on his head, screaming something about Florida being his state "beyotch." Mike "the Bishop" Huckabee has just noticed an audience member wearing a Planned Parenthood shirt and has attacked her with a chair, disqualifying him immediately. Oh, the humanity.

The NSA Killer has gotten Crisco in a headlock, but his slipped out as they argue over security versus privacy rights. Crisco counters with the traditional 911 defense which at this point is getting real old and tired. Ben "the Black guy" Carson has been all but invisible so far probably because his skin color is making him unseen to GOP voters but lands a few blows versus John "the Sanest Choice" Kasich, but nobody seems to be paying attention to either.

Ted "Shutdown" Cruz has been crying in the corner since this started and appears to be having a meltdown until he notices Koch Sucker still asleep and kicks him in the nuts hard. As Walker has no balls the effects were minimal.

What's this now? The undercard candidates have stormed the ring with Carla "Job Killer" Fiorina hitting Trump with a chair knocking him briefly to the mat and then beating him without mercy as he struggles to get up. Joining her is Rick "Niggerhead" Perry who has elbow dropped on the Hair with several near fatal blows, but the Hair is unfazed knocking the two back into the cheap seats where they belong.

Linsday "the Foppish" Graham has tripped over his own feet and has apparently knocked himself out, much to the delight of 90% of the voting public. Rick "Holier than Thou" Santorum has tried to get anyone to fight him but has been roundly ignored as the top ten continue to beat on each other. Bobby "Thank you come again" Jindal is being slowly crushed under the combined weight of Crisco, Huckabee (who refuses to leave) and Ted Cruz, which must total in the millions of pounds. George "I Really was Governor" Pataki and Jim "the Unknown Candidate" Gilmore have left the ring and are currently at a Bennigan's across the street watching the match.

Failed Legacy and Koch Sucker are getting beat up bad out there to such an extent you'd think they'd throw in the towel. Carson has cracked some lame jokes which Bimbo, Limp Dick and Softball found really funny, even if they weren't, much to the horror of the Hair who has knocked the Black guy flat on his ass with his sharper wit.

It appears the Fox News staff have thrown effigies of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama into the ring, which all the candidates are eagerly ripping apart with great glee. Oh, I am being told those are not effigies but a black man and a woman dressed up like these two, symbolizing what they plan to do with women and black people's rights if elected. My condolences for their families.

And that's it folks and the clear winner, according to the refs is, Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee and Scott Walker? WTF? RIGGED! The audience has stormed the ring, beyond angry at this obvious manipulation and are putting Trump on their shoulders, kicking Bush and Walker on the way out.

That is how it played out last night, at least in my deranged mind. Fox news got caught blatantly shilling for Walker and others and dismissing Trump from the first question on. The after explanation on Fox went on to praise Walker, Huckabee and Cruz and dismissing Trump as a failure.

The only problem was perception on the Internet was the opposite. Poll after poll had Trump winning. Fox News is getting hammered for trying to make Trump look bad and ignoring hard questions for easy to hit ones instead. No questions on jobs, the economy, guns, climate change and lip service for many others. Planned Parenthood and Hillary was all I heard for two hours and no solutions for anything from anyone.

Frank Luntz's focus group afterward was so obviously stacked against Trump they might as well as advertised it that way before hand. Their opinion, very anti-Trump, was at odds with the polls that said otherwise and was apparent to even the dumbest person that they were trying to stack the deck toward Walker and others who most likely have no chance on the big stage.

According to most polls I saw, Trump won last night. The biggest loser, and one even Fox News couldn't deny was Bush, who was TERRIBLE last night and did himself no favors. And contrary to Fox, Walker didn't do much better. Two others, Cristie and Huckabee, which Fox News said did awesome, finished dead last in a lot of polls.

The media is trying to give us a Bush/Hillary contest that no one wants.The good news is that after last night's debate and Hillary's possible criminal trial approaching, neither may make it that long. The better news is the public is seeing right through it as well.

THE UPCOMING DEBATES AND WHY HILLARY IS STACKING THE DECK IN HER FAVOR WITH THE HELP OF THE DNC!

Tonight comes the first two Republican debates, with ten more to follow over the next few months. The kid's table is filled with people who have NO chance of ever becoming the nominee short of everyone else in the second debate dying or imploding with some sort of weird sex scandal. In short, it's not going to happen. Many have asked why they all weren't allowed in the nine o'clock debate, to which I answer, why were they were allowed to debate at all.

There are others running for President as well who are not as well known but statistically are equal to people like Rick Santorum, George Pataki or Jim Gilmore, who I still have no earthly idea who exactly he is. Why don't others like Skip Andrews, George Bailey (that is his real name by the way) or Michale Bicklemeyer get on the stage too? They are all declared candidates for the Republican nomination and have just as much chance as the seven losers at the five o'clock debate. Oh, but because they aren't famous to a certain extent, or have held some sort of office no matter how brief (Gilmore was a one term Virginia Governor about a hundred years ago), they get to spout their nonsense but the other dozen running get squat. Yeah, that's fair.

What Fox should have done is eliminate anyone under a certain percentage, using as many polls as possible, and narrow the field to the top eight. There is already some controversy as the polls Fox used seemed arbitrary, like not using a NBC/Marist poll for some reason that made no statistical sense. Much like the Democrats are also doing, the RNC is fixing the narrative so you get to watch only what they want you to. However, because Donald Trump is there, they have no control over someone they would really rather not have. But the polls are too strong to ignore even if this entry threatens the status quo as much as Bernie Sanders does for the left.

We are being told who to vote for with the powers that be desiring a Bush/Hillary narrative that 90% of America wants no part of. Unfortunately for those really running the show, both are flaming out hard this week. Jeb Bush stepped in it hard AGAIN, when he said defunding a half a billion dollars for women's health was a great idea. Needless to say, this did not go over well. Poll after poll say that this country is overwhelmingly pro-choice no matter how much the GOP says otherwise. Anti-abortion legislation has failed at the voting box in even the most conservative state which is why they have gone the other route and had Congress enact laws instead, bypassing the voter completely. This is the new norm by the way where things like background checks for guns or an end to patent trolls keeps dying in a government that really doesn't want to change either, no matter what they tell us publicly.

The democrats announced only four debates before the Iowa caucus and two after, as well as a ban from participating in any other "unsanctioned" debates, lest they be disbarred from attending the ones the DNC wants. This only helps Hillary and hurts every other candidate, not to mention the American people who should be allowed to see how the candidates inform us of their opinions in a public way. Again, Sanders, O'Malley are pissed, especially as for some inane reason the first DNC debate isn't until October. Why? The debates are the only way for us to see how bad Hillary is and how great Sanders is to a national audience, thus the reason why we and the democratic candidates that don't have a vagina are not happy with this.

Hillary has another problem with a criminal probe into her emails. Depending on what you listen to or read, conflicting reports are coming out from this. Some say she is under a criminal probe and other deny it. Here's the fact: Hillary is under a criminal probe from the FBI according to my FBI sources as ALL investigations by the FBI involve criminal intent as that's how they roll. The Inspector General who reviewed her emails found that out of forty he looked at, four contained classified information that was classified at the time, the exact opposite of what Hillary has said.

This same types of crimes cost Sandy Berger his job and law license and General Petraeus his job and his political future. How this might affect Hillary is unknown but could eventual derail her Presidental ambition. How funny would it be if she lost because of not foreseeing the issues with having a private email account.

So tomorrow I will review tonight's two debates which I plan on watching with a bowl of popcorn and a pillow to punch when someone says something so stupid I lose my temper which I expect to happen with alarming regularity. The election season officially starts tonight and I am looking more forward to this debate than any previous year because of one and only one reason: Donald Trump. I am curious to see what kind of bloodbath happens and I expect it to be that bad. JAMES HOLMES, KEN PAXTON AND OTHER THINGS THAT WE KNEW WOULD HAPPEN!

James Holmes was found to be mentally competent to receive the death penalty today, after the jury spent all of two hours deliberating, most likely only taking that long to get a free lunch out of it. I admit I am torn on this one. Yes he was a giant dick for gunning down a bunch of innocent people, who's only bright spot was they didn't have to sit through a pretty awful Batman movie, but is it okay to execute someone even the court recognizes as mentally ill?

I have seen mental illness up close. Hell, I'm engaged to a person whose is literally certifiable. The funny part is I have also in the past dated women who suffered from manic depression and schizophrenia. Neither are alive today. One shot herself and the other OD'd. Apparently I have a type. I have also watched this country dismantle the mental health services so severely that even the rich can't find places to put their insane brood. Where once, way back in the 70's when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, we had 4000 beds nationwide. Now with twice as many people we have 400. WTF?

There is no question Holmes is sick. But is it Constitutional to execute someone who is? Expect the courts to take this up next year as this case will go to them at some point. This could open up a whole can of worms as to is it legal to house the mentally ill in prisons like we do now? I think not actually but the courts may be deciding that sooner than later as well.

A far funnier news piece hit today when it came out that the Attorney General for Texas, Ken Paxton, was arrested today for several counts of fraud. Apparently he "forgot" to tell clients at his former law firm that the people he was steering business to gave him a commission for everyone he sent their way, a big no-no in this country.  He faces five to 99 years for each count of which there are several. The Tea Party idiot's mugshot show him smiling into the camera, like this all one big joke. Or maybe he knows that this will probably never go anywhere and the whole mess will get swept under the table as that is now the society in which we live.

Jimmy Carter, perhaps the finest ex-President ever (and one of the worst Presidents when it came to dealing with the Iranian hostage situation), gave an interview recently where he said what we all knew: the country is lost and the rich control us all.

He accurately stated that the consolidation of Big Media to only six outlets has stifled free speech and Citizen's United made bribery legal. Watch the news and see the narrative they are giving us: Bush and Clinton are next in line and we should all just get behind it. I have to give it to the Republicans who have looked at their field of candidates and have said to hell with most of the them. The reason Donald Trump is at the top is because, like it or not, he IS the best candidate they have on that side of the aisle. He is the only one to say he doesn't like the TPP, will protect Social Security and Medicare and has wisely kept his mouth shut about abortion and gay rights, which I hate to break it to the right, but he supports rights for both no matter what he may say. Like any good politician, he will lie to get elected. This may be one case where being a trained liar may work to all of our advantage.

As Trump rises in the polls, which is as high as 31% now in some polls, 14 other GOP candidates are descending on NH to attend a "meeting" with the Koch brothers. Trump has accurately called everyone who attended "puppets," and expect him to hammer that home on the debate on Thursday. Expect him to be far better, doing the smart thing of downplaying his success right now, than some blowhard with an unstable piece of dynamite. Trump is very smart in a lot of ways and Thursday he just might wipe some people off the map if he hits them where it hurts. A lot of these candidates are vulnerable. Christie has Bridgegate, Walker has Wisconsin's economy around his neck and Bush is well, a Bush. There is a lot of places to ruin someone here and Trump could have lots of bullets in his gun without ever reloading.

 Hillary Clinton is driving me nuts to the point where I just wish she would go away. In a recent interview she danced around the TPP and Keystone Pipeline questions AGAIN, which makes me mental everytime she does it. Her gaffes, like this, and lingreing questions about her emails are making democrats nervous as they start to beg others to run. I love Bernie Sanders, but even I realize that the powers that be are never going to let that happen. Because of lack of money, Sanders will most likely lose which is sad because I think he is our best hope to fix all that is wrong. But even he says it's a long shot because we would also have to vote out a majority of Congress and replace them with people like Sanders. I doubt enough  even exist to radically make a difference.

So what are we left with? As democrats sour on Clinton whose inevitability seems less and less likely with each passing day, two new possibilities have emerged. One is logical, and that is VP Joe Biden. Biden is a good man with a good track record. He also has a tendency to stick both feet in his mouth and get WAY too touchy feely with some of women constituents. The second is way out in left field and that is CEO Howard Schultz, owner of Starbucks. The 35th richest man in the country will take on one of the richest Republicans should a Trump/Schultz contest win the primaries. Oh God, the humanity.

This is what we have come down: billionaires competing for a job that pays less than they make in a day. Citizen's United has ruined us as our elections have become free for alls for the rich and the rest of us do NOT matter. How do you think that is going to play out down the road when Fascism roars it's ugly head and it is far too late to do anything about it.

We are rapidly reaching a time when scientific discoveries may end things like aging, need of a work force and a rapidly dwindling resource pile. If the rich have all the money, never die, have no need for us and we are taking away things like fresh air and food, how long before they just kill us? Just asking because that is exactly where we are headed.

No election has been more important than this one and if we don't make some drastic changes, we are all headed for oblivion. The Republicans have recognized that and are behind Trump more and more. Why then are blacks, unmarried women and Hispanics so behind Hillary? She will screw us over like the last few decades of Presidents have done. It's time for a change and right now, Bernie is our best, last hope. Don't squander that for some bitch with a chip on her shoulder just so you can say you voted for the first woman president. Vote smarter. The Republicans are.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: DR. WALTER PALMER!

Wow there were a lot of douchebags out there this week, so many in fact that this week there will be 11 people on the list. I tried to cut it down more but these 11 were such idiots that they all had to be on here. No one was as hated on a global level more than Dr. Palmer, the dentist who killed an actual Lion King. He has since gone into hiding as his chances of coming out of this with just a slap on the wrist, like the last time he got caught poaching, are near nil and he is going to be very unpopular for some time. Hope you saved your money dick because your career and former life are over. Let's see those runner ups.

11)Paul Herbert- A quick tip for anyone scamming the government by collecting disability when you aren't actually disabled: Don't appear on TV for weeks on end doing hard labor that proves you aren't disabled. Well this schmuck from Wicked Tuna seemed to have missed that memo. Having appeared on the show since 2010, one has to wonder how inept the disability fraud department is. It's not like he was hiding it as his show went out to millions every week. Government inaction as always. The fifty year old from Gloucester, MA was indicted in Federal Court this week for collecting $44,000 over the same period time he was getting paid well for fishing tuna and appearing on a TV show every week. What a greedy douchebag. And all for a measly $44,000 over five years. Must be a Republican.

10) Perry Cohen, Austin Stephanos and their idiot families- This story made me madder than most. It was a tragedy that these two 14 year olds appear to have drowned off the coast of Florida this week. It was reckless and stupid to take a 19 foot fishing boat out into open waters but they were 14 years old for God's sake, so they get a little bit of slack. The parents however killed their children with their awesome ineptitude. For some inane reason they had neither a GPS on the boat to track where the boat was or an emergency beacon if something like this happened. It's not like they are poor, as Joe Namath lives near them, so money wasn't an issue. So let me get this straight, you trusted two 14 year old with zero supervision to always do the right thing and because of your super lax parenting styles they are now presumed dead. Way to go, guys. They are dead because you failed as parents. Live with that.
 
9)Dunkin Donuts CEO Nigel Travis- This elitist had the gall to say that raising the minimum wage to $15 in NYC was tantamount to treason and that people will get laid off and prices will rise. That may be true to a small extent but the price hikes will be minimal and job losses will be temporary as higher spending creates more jobs. We know this will happen as in places like Seattle, where the wage hike has already occurred, prices haven't skyrocketed, job losses have gone down and the city is growing at a faster pace than most. What is truly appalling is that fact that this ass makes something like $4500 an hour yet he expects the rest of us to starve. This is nothing new as the robber barons and the French aristocracy did the same thing around a hundred years ago. They both got into a lot of trouble for it, dying in some cases. Revolution is coming people like it or not. Let's try to make it as peaceful as possible by voting out all the Republicans come 2016. The Democrats may not be much better, but they won't intentionally drive the country back off a cliff again.

8)Bill Cosby- This freaking rapist just hired a new lawyer, a black woman at that, who is now trying to spin the close to 40 allegations against him as all lies, made up by people seeking money or fame or both. Nevermind the fact that almost none of these women have looked for anything but the truth and several are already rich and famous so why would they be lying exactly? Cosby is a serial rapist. Time to ignore his black ass until death finally comes for him, most likely to a much warmer climate where he is forced to watch Leonard Part 6 forever.

7)Mike Huckabee- Trying to be Trump-esque, this religious moron said the latest Iran deal was the worst thing ever and would be leading the Israelis right back into the ovens of Auschwitz. He actually said that. When pressed for an apology by the press, he refused saying he truly believed this nonsense. Everyone is vying for those ten spots as no one wants to be put at the children's table for the debate which will air at 5 PM on Fox Thursday, almost four hours before the big event. No one wants to be on the earlier one but at least six will be, most likely including Graham, Santorum, Fiorina, Jindal, Pataki and possibly Perry. These six, along with Mike Huckabee, are going to lose. As is whoever they nominate who may very well be Donald Trump.

6)Donald Trump/MSM- It wouldn't be a douchebag column without Trump's name on it. Buy we also have a tie with the MSM's coverage of what Trump said this week. Some muckraker found a blurb in Ivana Trump's book about their life together that inferred that Trump had raped her while married. Trump's laywer, and this is as tone deaf as it gets, said "by definition, you can't rape your spouse," which turned out to be untrue in all fifty states. But even with that stupid statement, it seems highly irresponsible to go with this story without first confirming it with the source, who denied any of it. This was all from a deposition during the Trump/Ivana divorce and trust me when I say that all sorts of falsehoods come out when you are pissed and hurt. None of this was news and again the MSM is to blame. It also didn't help that most stations are pushing Trump, Hillary and Bush ad naseum. Bernie Sanders is running too guys. How about a little press for him already? Stop forcing narratives down my throat.

5)Mathew Sanchez- This firefighter from Albuquerque got fired this week from his 911 job after he hung up on a dying man because he was upset over the caller's attitude. The man's friend was trying to help him after his was accidentally shot during a house party with obvious chaos involved. When he asked for the millionth time whether the victim was breathing, the caller got agitated answering the same question over and over. Sanchez had a snit fit over this and said "I am not dealing with this right now," and hung up to what I am sure was an open mouthed stare at the phone from the other side. The boy died soon after. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen and possible charges against Sanchez. Why is there an unemployment problem when so many assholes have jobs they obviously shouldn't?

4)Officer Ray Tensing- Speaking of assholes who shouldn't be working at their profession, the now fired, soon to be convicted felon, Ray Tensing, a Cincinnati campus cop, was caught on body camera executing an unarmed black man (REALLY?) and then trying to cover it up. This is getting old people. This dick wasn't even secretly filmed but was tripped up by his own body camera. How do you lie, with the help of fellow police, when the whole thing is on tape and you know it? That is some world class stupidity. At least he was fired right away AND arrested, unlike the Tamir Rice case which is still unresolved seven months after the killing occurred. Tensing made bail and is awaiting trial, to which his boss has publicly called him a true idiot and someone who should never have been a cop. Ouch! This guy is screwed.

3)Planned Parenthood videos- Yet another right wing hatchet job trying to demonize Planned Parenthood using heavily edited videos to champion their cause. I am sure if the entire video was released, we would see a far different narrative then the ones they are showing. It was this kind of yellow journalism that brought down ACORN, even though they were subsequently cleared of any wrong doing and the videos there shown were edited against them, just like PP. Even if PP was guilty of selling body parts, I don't care. The anti-abortion crowd is arguing it is far better to throw out useful items rather than use them for the betterment of mankind, as these could lead to cures for diabetes, Parkinson's and MS to name just a few. But we would rather chuck them instead and let the sick suffer as a result. Which is actually worse?

2)Roger Goodell- This dick just missed the top spot this week for stabbing a friend in the back, one of the worst things you can do to a person. After Bob Kraft reached what he thought was an agreement regarding Tom Brady by accepting a million dollar fine and the loss of 2 draft picks, Goodell upheld his ruling to the shock of many. Nevermind the fact that there is zero evidence that Brady did anything wrong, the court of public opinion is still calling him a cheat, regardless of the fact that there is no proof. NONE! Ohh, he destroyed his phone rather than give it to Goodell. The last thing you do in a witch hunt is give them any ammo to use against them. Brady could have had all sorts of things on his phone that he didn't want getting out and they wanted carde blanche with it. F that! No one in this country would willingly give their phone to their boss, for any reason, short of a court order. And Brady did the same. Until they show me hard proof he did anything wrong, I will defend him. Goodell, on the other hand, can suck it.

1)Dr. Walter Palmer- As of right now, Dr. Palmer is the most wanted man on the face of this Earth. You could go to the furthest, darkest part of the planet and no matter how isolated the people were there, they would still know who Dr. Palmer is. And they would hate him. After killing Cecil the Lion, a Zimbabwe treasure, especially for tourism which one of the poorest nations of Earth desperately needs, the government demanded his extradition to face charges of poaching. And while the US might fight a lot of extradition orders, this is almost certainly not one of them. He has been in hiding for some time and just recently contacted authorities who have been looking for him. Chances are good he will be heading back to Zimbabwe to face trial for this which means perhaps years in one of the worst prison systems on Earth. And he's white which is an unfortunate color to be in the very anti-white country. Think of a black man being sent to a KKK prison and you get the idea. It doesn't help that he has been sited for poaching before, paying a hefty fine, and has been successfully sued for sexual harassment by a former employee. This guy's life is OVER! So congratulations Dr. Palmer, you are really, really screwed and are indeed the douchebag of the week.
