REPUBLICANS, THE POLICE, WALMART AND OTHER THINGS THAT WANT YOU DEAD

Not a day goes by where I don't read some stupid news piece describing how our government, police force or corporation isn't doing something that will lead to the death of this country and with it, millions of people. This is not hyperbole but a real life scenario in which our ultimate doom is all but assured.

We had our chance for change and blew it. The right wingers blew when the Tea Party was corrupted by Big Businesses who overtook it and turned it away from anger at banks to anger at abortion, gay rights and unions. The OWS movement started strong and petered out by a bunch of wannabe hippies who refused to stand up and fight when their backs where against the wall. What a bunch of pussies they turned out to be. Many in the movement were disgusted when the cops asked people to leave and they did without so much as a peep. That kind of subservience didn't happen in Greece, Turkey or Egypt which has led to them not getting fucked as hard as they could have. True Greece is in free fall but if the government had gotten their way, there would be a smouldering hole where the country used to be instead. We have become the ultimate in sheep here refusing to stand up and demand more. Instead, we take it up the ass on a daily basis and come back for more. Shameful.

The Republicans have shown they haven't changed an iota in years as they unveiled their latest plan to work with Obama on the debt ceiling. It was a list of bad ideas, few of which have even the slightest chance of passing. They literally came up with a "menu" of things they would be willing to do to raise the debt ceiling. First off, Obama has said repeatedly he will not negotiate with the debt ceiling making the whole endeavor moor. Second, the ideas the GOP has raised as the same boiler plate nonsense rejected by Congress and the American people.

In order to raise the debt ceiling for the rest of Obama's term, he would have to agree to privatize SS and Medicare. That one is dead in the water and it would never pass the Senate in a billion years. Next, for a limited increase, Obama would have to agree to block grants for Medicaid, drastic cuts to SNAP and use of the chained CPI, all of which would create a whole new poverty class in this country. That's unlikely to pass either. Lastly, for a six month extension, Obama would have to agree to means testing SS and cuts to some agricultural subsidies. That could possibly work depending on the specifics of their plan. But if that's the best they have to offer, we are in a lot of trouble. So anyone collecting SS who is still voting Republican is voting to make less money, have less benefits and, most likely, die sooner. They are literally voting themselves to death. Stupid. Expect this to go to the last minute again, sometime around the holiday season.

The Police have become such a paramilitary unit that not a day goes by that some innocent person isn't being killed. In the last 24 hours, a 74 year old man was killed by SWAT while playing in a small time poker game, yes illegally, but does that really need an armed response? Also killed was a 54 year old Sunday School teacher who was shot six times trying to get away from a belligerent cop who had no right to stop her in the first place. Also arrested was activist Adam Kokesh for loading a shotgun in Freedom Plaza, DC and posting it online. In order to get this dangerous mastermind, the local police used helicopters, tanks, a full SWAT team and blockades. After kicking in the door and using a flashbang grenade, Kokesh was arrested for possession of a bag of mushrooms and having a weapon with drugs. He now faces up to ten years in prison. How many suspect that the drugs were planted like me? I would think many, many more agree with me on that. Our police are no better than the Gestapo and should be treated a such. The police are not here to protect us. They are here to make us slaves.

Speaking of slavery, Walmart announced that it would stop building three stores in the DC area after a local ordinace passed that make the chain raise their minimum wage to just over $12 an hour. Walmart has responded by saying the three stores they planned to build there are on hold. My response would be "don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out." First off, Walmart prices are no better than other Big Box stores or grocery chains now. Maybe in the past they were cheaper, but I hardly set foot in there anymore as other stores have better prices and quality. The days of their dominance is over and customers would better shopping just about anywhere else. If they decide not to go into the DC area, places like Costco, which already pay a livable wage. will enter instead. That is called capitalism and what we are supposed to be supporting, not the corporatism/fascism that has emerged instead. Walmart sales have dropped immensely and it is because of business practices like this that are really hurting their bottom line.

We face a terrible reality where all sides are trying to kill us, either by terrible laws, an out of control police force or unlivable wages. Until we stand up as a nation and demand better, it is going to get much, much worse instead. Do not let it.

ECONOMIC NEWS THAT SHOW SIGNS THE ECONOMY IS READY TO IMPLODE. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

The cheerleading media triumphed the latest jobs data as a sign that the economy is in full recovery and we'll be sipping champagne and eating caviar any minute now. The awful truth is that none of that is true and they know it. Some newscasts mumbled that fact at the end of the rah rah statements with no explanation as to how bad things really are. According to the real data that they ARE NOT telling us, things are falling apart and quick.

Let's look at some basic facts:

According to a recent poll, 76% of all Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. The fact remains that the average salary right now is somewhere between $26,000-$30,000 a year. Try living off of that with a family. Hell, try living off that with both parents working. It's not possible. 27% of all people in this country have no money saved up while a whopping 46% more have less than $800. That's more than two thirds of this country one medical bill away from bankruptcy.

Small businesses are disappearing because of the huge expense it takes to open a business. Twenty years ago, you could have spent $5000 to start one. Today, it averages $250,000. Who has that kind of money? Plus, even if you do somehow get the money, which wouldn't be from banks because they refuse to lend to anyone not rich anymore, the Big Box stores will crush you under their weight by undercutting your prices. At this point, only 7% of the population is self employed. What happens when mass layoffs occur then?

More and more Americans are dependent on government assistance than ever before. This comes at a time when the Republicans want to push huge austerity cuts on the poor, ignoring the fact that that has been a dismal failure overseas. Back in 1970, 1 out of every 50 Americans was on food stamps. Today it is one in six. Worse, most of those people have jobs that pay squat and are forcing the taxpayer to subsidize their greed. Walmart I am looking at you.

Ten percent of the public owns gold or silver for investment purposes while 80% of the stock market is owned by 10% of the public. Almost half have no emergency kits, food or water stored. If the electric grid went down tomorrow for an extended period of time, which is dangerously possible considering we have spent near nothing on upgrades these past few decades, it is estimated that 21% wouldn't last the the week, 28% dead in two weeks and 75% gone after two months.

Greece is seeing these kids of issues and many are dumping small children at orphanages in mass numbers as they can no longer feed them. Italy is about to enter a full blown Depression, joining Greece and Spain, as their economic numbers continue to plummet. Yet the GOP here wants to replicate that same idea. And people are still voting for them. Unbelievable.

And what about that job report on Friday? Bunk. They claim that 195,000 jobs were created which is a lie. As seen from the above data, small businesses are sinking to a forty year low, yet the statistical model they continue to use is woefully out of date. It is said that 120,000 jobs per month are overestimated meaning that instead of 195,000 jobs, it was only 75,000. Worse, every single one of those jobs lays less than $35,000 per year. 240,000 jobs were actually lost last month as layoffs continue in the banking sector losing 17,000 and an additional 13,000 in the government.

Because the sequester is still going on, the military is furloughing almost a million people one day a week resulting in a pay cut of twenty percent. As the average salary is $50,000, that equals a loss of ten grand a year. Who can stand to lose that much money especially if you have children?

Many jobs are part time, the only job growth seen. This is done to make sure benefits don't have to be paid and lessen the pay as well. Obamacare is the scapegoat here as this has been going on long before that boogeyman was being used a scare tactic. I worked for CBS news as an editor more than a decade ago and would have had to work part time for years for the possibility they one day they may hire me full time. Most likely they would have fired me long before that would have happened so they could hire some other idiot to work for crappy pay. That is the America way and the fact that we haven't tar and feathered the CEO's of every major corporation by now shows what sheep we really are.

The real unemployment rate is still 23.4% where it has barely budged in over five years. Real wages are falling while CEO pay increases by the minute. Where is the outrage over this? Are you really happy living as slaves? Fight back and to hell with worrying about money. Walk off your jobs in mass numbers and demand the government and corporations stop with this. The alternative is to face an early death when the whole house of cards falls over. Time is short and if we don't start having moments like Egypt, there won't be a country left and everything you have worked for will disappear along with any future for your children. Are we so dumb and docile a people that we will just lie down and die? All evidence appears to point to just that. Start fighting back before it is too late. Your very life now depends on it.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: BARACK OBAMA

For only the second time in the history of this site, President Obama has made the grade for the ultimate prize for not one but two incredible blunders that may take decades to rectify. The last time he made my Douchebag list, right wingers posted it out of context so I am reluctant to do it again but he really did step in it this week. Let's see those runner ups in a rather slow week.

1)The police- Let say a new terrorist group, let's call them The Blues, have been assassinating innocent people and their pets on a daily basis. They routinely ignore the rules of law, rob people of the their possessions with no hope of getting it back, and destroy public property on a regular schedule. If such a group existed, the American people would demand that something be done to stop this scourge from occurring. This is not some fantasy but a real life happening that is going on in every state in the country. They are called the police.  Not a day goes by where some police officer isn't violating the civil rights of someone, shooting their pets with no recourse and arresting innocent people just because. In just the last three days, there have been two pet assassinations for no reason, a man thrown in jail for walking down a street, and an acquittal of a fired police officer of assault after the judge refused to allow the police's own video of the attack to be shown in court. The militarization of our police force is complete and many are acting like the jack booted thugs they are. The biggest scandal was the video of a police officer in Hawthorne, CA illegally stopping a man from filming them during an arrest of an unrelated individual. While handcuffing him, his nine month old Rottweiler ran over to him for which the cop filled the dog full of holes. Not only was the arrest illegal according to just about every lawbook in this country, he has opened his station to a massive lawsuit. He and the three others in the video have been put on administrative duty as they are getting death threats against them and their family. The police are out of control and need to be stopped. If they were a group called the Blues, as my example above showed, they would be run of this country on a rail. If there was a ever reason for less stringent gun control, the nations' police force is a prime example. The police cannot be trusted. Don't ever call them unless absolutely necessary. Your life, literally hangs in the balance by doing so.

2)Movie critics- Almost every single movie critic panned this week's Lone Ranger movie. I wisely ignored them and saw it this week and absolutely loved it. I found almost every one of their arguments against it false. It wasn't too long, wasn't overly violent for anyone over the age of ten and found it to be very funny. As the rating was PG-13 anyway, this film isn't meant for anyone under that age, a fact critics seem to somehow ignore. Critics are getting worse and worse and I used to be one of them. A recent article showed how critics have rated movies over the last few months and only Star Trek and Iron Man cracked the top 20 for positive reviews. The top ten was filled with films I have never even heard of and I watch a wide variety of them still. I am sick and tired of some highly praised art films, many of which are some of the most boring pieces of shit I have ever seen, being claimed as best of the year, while crowd pleasers like The Avengers are being dismissed out of hand. Shakespeare faced many of these same critics in his own day who felt that his plays were terrible even though he understood that high art also had to have bawdy moments for what he called "the low crowd." Too many dramas today are too dour and dull for anyone to enjoy except the most masochistic of us. Critics suck and should be ignored as they have no idea what they are talking about anymore.

3)Republicans- It wouldn't be a douchebag column if these assholes weren't on here. Many are repeating Michelle Bachmann's lie that Obama's Africa trip cost $100,000,000 which it didn't. We have many red states trying to end all abortions while simultaneously throwing poor kids out into the streets to fend for themselves. We have a House that refuses to pass even the easiest bills to make Obama look bad. It's a never ending parade of stupid. These assholes need to go away stat, unless the end of everything you hold dear means nothing to you of course when they run us into the ground.

4)Muslim Extremists- These fuckwads are doing their best to make sure that every single person on the planet hates them. As said in a previous column, even the Buddhists, the most peaceful religion on earth, has started preaching death threats toward them meaning a critical mass has been reached. This week, Nigerian Muslims torched a school, killing children inside as well as attacking UN and oil refineries killing at least 45 people this week alone. How much longer can we tolerate a religion that kills innocent women and children? Considering the police do it every day here, it will probably continue for some time.

5)The Zimmerman Prosecutors- Wow, these guys rested their case on the flimsiest of evidence putting on a show that was spectacularly bad. In no way did they prove that Zimmerman's story didn't happen the way it said. In many cases they confirmed it. The lead prosecutor is going to go the way of Masha Clark and Chris Darden, both of whom never practiced law again, after this debacle ends. I still think Zimmerman was partially at fault but any charge other than manslaughter was going to be a stretch. Legal experts all agree, Zimmerman will most likely walk and then God known what will happen.

6)Black People- I am not a racist. When I see a person, I do not automatically lump whatever race they are into a category.  But according to a poll from Ramussen, 37% of people in this country think black people are the most racist and I would tend to agree. They see white as an affront and that has to stop. It is not okay for them to use words like honky and cracker anymore than I can use the word nigger. Word is the Wayans want to do another White Chicks movie which I found to be unbelievably racist the first time around. Why is it okay for black people to do white face and make fun of us but it is totally abhorrent for the vice versa? It isn't. It's racist and it has to end. Enough with black power crap. Join the melting pot and fucking melt already. Jamie Foxx has been wearing his Trayvon Martin shirt every chance he gets, ignoring the fact that Martin was typical black youth worshipping thug life and was partially responsible for his own death. There are no winners in that case so stop trying to incite a race war. Considering his last film White House Down was an epic flop, I wonder how many people didn't go see it because they are sick of black racism.

7)Paula Deen- Proving that white racism isn't totally dead, Deen continued her fall from grace with the most racist rant in years during an Atlanta radio station interview. She degraded blacks, Mexicans, gays, and Asians with a stunning lack of self awareness. The worst was the Jews who she blamed for everything. Her agent and publicist both dropped her soon after. She should call Mel Gibson and see what people he is using because damn she's racist. GO AWAY DEEN, YOU FAT BITCH AND TAKE YOUR RACIST VIEWS WITH YOU! You're making the rest of us look bad.

8)The American people- As long as we keep voting in morons nothing will change. The fact that so many out there continue to decry the left for all the problems we have, ignoring the fact that the right is responsible for most of it. In posts about the Lone Ranger, many are calling it a left wing evisceration of white people and a vulgar film for using the word damn nine times. Grow up people. First, damn had been used on TV for over forty years so as a swear it's lost all of it's punch. And second, we killed the Native Americans in mass numbers. This is not leftist propaganda but facts, something the right is incapable of understanding anymore. The right wingers in this country have lost control over all facts and reason. They must be stopped and voting these fuckers out of office is a good start.

9)Barack Obama- So many things came out this week that make this guy look bad, he might as well have been W. He created not one, but two international incidents due to incompetence, and is furthering eroding privacy rights to dangerous levels. Let us start with the worst which was his incredible stupidity when it comes to Ed Snowden. Instead of demanding an end to eavesdropping on every single American, he went after Snowden for treason, something he is not guilty of. Obama has been the worst president in history when it comes to whistleblowers, arresting more than every single president combined in history. So much for transparency in his administrations. When the Bolivian President's plane was forced down on suspicions of Snowden being on board (he wasn't), South America erupted in fury. Snowden went from persona no grata to being welcomed in three countries now. This has led to the end of trade deals that are now going to Russia and China and with it, American jobs it would have helped create. It has made enemies of countries where they weren't all that happy with us in the first place. Worst of all, it had damaged American interests worldwide. Way to go, dude. Then, as Egypt was being torn apart, Obama dickered on the side lines, instead of siding with the protesters, which is the exact same thing he did the first time around for terrible results. Both sides in Egypt hate us now because our President cannot pick a side but wants to make everyone happy. This is the same bullshit killing us here because he refuses to side with the people over corporations, destroying the economy. Add to that even our snail mail is being read, and our protections have all but evaporated in the Fascist state of America. So congratulation Obama you are indeed douchebag of the week.

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY. WHAT WE SHOULD REMEMBER AND WHAT WE SHOULD BE THANKFUL OF

As the Fourth of July is this week, this will be my last post until Sunday. Sorry, but have too many things to do otherwise, which sucks because there is so much happening right now. Egypt is a hair's breath away from all out civil war. The Zimmerman trial is not going well and race riots look to be a distinct possibility. Our economy is teetering while the media and government keep telling us the opposite. Health care costs are still soaring out of control, with or without Obamacare. Where is the good news anymore?

While all this is going on can we please all take a deep breath of sanity and stop with all the hostility and nonsense in this country? A recent poll said that almost 60% of this country didn't know basic facts about our Independence Day. Sarah Palin and her minions proved that when fathead opened her mouth about Paul Revere warning the British instead of the colonists. As a result, Wikipedia was assaulted with dittoheads actually trying to rewrite history to prove her right. That is some dangerous shit.

When did our education system collapse? Apparently some time ago because while polls show that the elderly still perform light years ahead of the younger generations on history, the reverse is true about more modern events. The old live in a time warp and the young live in a bubble. Neither is good. But the fact remains that Americans of all ages appear woefully stupid when it comes to truths about our beginnings and the Revolutionary War. Now I may not have been in school for a long time, but I still remember learning tons about that time period, although to be fair, I live in New England where all of this actually happened and my degree in Anthropology had me study lots about the time period. My research, while uncredited, still appears in the nations SNEEP codes, so if you're reading about corn growing or basket weaving in that time period, chances are it came from me.

But everyone learns about what really happened and no one seems to remember any of it, which is even more true now as education is about memorization and standardized testing rather than any real understanding of what is actually being learned. Our school system, like most things in this country, is terrible. And the conservatives are making it worse by demanding our kids learn whatever fairy tale of the minute they are obsessing about. Creationism is a lie and I can prove it, along with any other anthropologist out there. Teaching our kids about this is stupid to the infinite scale.

But for all our faults, I still believe that this was a great country that we can get back but not if we act in the most passive, sheeple way possible. Look at Egypt. Their "democratically" elected president is a thin veneer away from being forcefully removed by the Army. Why can't we have that happen here? If millions take to the street to demand, say, the impeachment of 99% of our elected officials, would the military side with the people or the government? I think the answer for that is obvious. While I know several people in the military who will not fight against civilians, there are way too many goose stepping idiots who will do anything their bosses tell them and if that means slaughtering civilians in the tens of thousands, some will do exactly that. How sad is it that Egyptians have a better understanding of what democracy is than we do?

We need to take a page from that play book and sit outside Congress and the House and demand real change. Yes we tried that with the Tea Party until that got hijacked by the right wing crazies. And then the left tried it with Occupy Wall Street which fizzled so fast I could hardly believe it. Neo-hippes are even dumber than the ones I used to hang out with at Grateful Dead shows. The constant thread I heard was this: "We won't make demands because that's terrorists do." First off, anyone who said that was a moron. If you don't make demands, you are nothing more than an obnoxious drum circle in the park. They didn't, as well as having anything resembling a organized leadership, so the whole movement came to a screeching halt as there was absolutely no where to go. The people they were protesting had no reason to change because they didn't ask them to change in any specific way. Egypt has made very specific demands that the Army is recognizing. That is how you make a stance.

This may all change when our economy goes belly up that major economists say is 87% likely this year and 98% next year. The reason for this is that because our elected officials are so partisan, nothing is happening. The fact that this has been going now for over thirty years has devastated this country and it will not continue on much longer at this rate.

But it could be worse. Greece and Spain are in full blown depressions, as well as an official recession throughout Europe. The world is behaving like scared children when it comes to Edward Snowden who might as well be a radioactive Dracula. France and Portugal created an international incident when they refused to let the Bolivian President's plane through their airspace as they had suspicions Snowden was on board, which he wasn't. The plane was redirected to another airport in the EU where a search found nothing. The Bolivian President was rightfully pissed. Is Snowden this dangerous to begin hostilities between other countries on blank suspicions? What info does he have that he hasn't released? According to some sources, he still has some dynamite stuff, which may be also the only reason he isn't dead yet. If something happens to him, know he was assassinated, like Michael Hastings.

This Fourth Of July let us remember how we got here and not let our increasingly fascist government take away everything we have fought for. We need to be like Egypt and take to the street in the millions and demand change. If we don't, we are so screwed. So happy 4th all. Be back on Sunday with my Douchebag column.

PAULA DEEN, MOHAMMED MORSI, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND OTHER THINGS CIRCLING THE DRAIN

It has not been a good week for anyone listed in the header as their days are all but numbered. Paula Deen cannot shut up about saying the most racist things possible, which is also what is sinking the GOP as well. Radical Islam has made so many enemies that even fellow Muslims have had enough and are telling Egyptian president Mohhamed Morsi to take a hike. These people and organizations are ultimately doomed as demographics and public opinion are sapping their will to live.

Let us start with the most interesting, and hopeful of the bunch. 22 million have signed a petition to have Morsi removed from office as millions more have taken to the streets in protest. It seems that since this idiot took office he has been even worse than his predecessor, Hosni Mubarak which is no small feat considering that guy has been under arrest ever since his regime toppled. Morsi has crippled the economy, given preference to Islamic hardliners and has made every day living near impossible with soaring food and fuel costs.

As a result, millions are demanding his resignation and the army has given Morsi 48 hours to adapt new policy. Morsi has said that he will not bow to their demands leading to what might be the beginning of a military coup in which Morsi may be shown the door violently. People have already began celebrating the end of his rule and Muslim Brotherhood followers. Muslim supporters have been much smaller in size and should this result in civil war, they stand to lose everything. The moderates and secular have stood up in Egypt and demanded an end to their suffering. Why haven't we done the same in this country?

Paula Deen stepped in it again in one of the most under-reported stories of the year. While giving a interview to a local Atlanta radio station, Deen dropped this bombshell: according to her, the reason she was fired from Food Network and let go by companies like Target and Walmart was because of "greedy Jew executives." When the host asked her to clarify her horrifying statement, she stood by her statement, again calling Jews "greedy" and "unloyal." She then went on to insult Asians, Mexicans, gays and, not surprisingly, black people when she said she have had no problem using the same bathroom as black people. Why would that be a problem for anyone not living in the 1950's south? When reporters asked her publicist for a comment, she said they had parted company that day. Shocker. This woman is a racist and anyone still buying anything from her is supporting her Nazi views. She is a monster.

Much like Deen, the GOP decided this week that winning elections wasn't that important when the killed the immigration bill, pissing off Hispanics everywhere. Pundits from all sides agreed that this move would make winning any national election impossible and that 2016 may already be lost. The country is turning more and more blue as Hispanics have fled the Republicans party and their numbers have already turned red states blue like New Mexico and Florida. Texas and Arizona are on the cusp as well and when they go blue, the GOP will never win another Presidential election again. Ever. It doesn't help that the Tea Party is pissed that the GOP isn't more conservative and has led some idiots, aka Sarah Palin, to suggest starting a new party, possibly called the Freedom Party. What dumbass failed to realize is that there is already a Freedom Party that is a white supremest hate group. That's funny. It is very possible that the Tea Party will split from the GOP and devastate both the GOP and the new one they make as the democrats will be unstoppable at that point.

The GOP is toast and anyone voting for any right wing candidate is digging their own grave. Those 19 firefighters who died in Arizona did so because of anti-climate change research and funding cuts for firefighters and brush removal. Money for the later has dropped 30% nationwide is the leading cause of devastation in Western States. Every person whose home burned to the ground who voted Republican voted to lose their house. Every person in TN who died from lack of medical coverage who voted for a right wing loser, died as a direct result. Votes matter, more than ever now and voting for the GOP is a literal death sentence. The democrats may be hardly better, but they are not the party driving the country into the ground.

We need a Egypt moment when we stand up and demand more from our country. We need a raise. We need corporations to start paying something, anything in taxes, as well as the rich. We need change, real change. And it won't happen if we all sitting on our couch stuffing our faces with Cheetos. Get involved and enact real change or get a gun and shoot yourself. You'll be happier with that outcome than our enslavement rapidly approaching. Be warned.

THE ZIMMERMAN TRIAL EXPOSED: HOW THE MEDIA AND LIBERAL LEFT ARE HELL BENT ON STARTING A RACIAL WAR

My feelings for the case are well known in that I doubt either side was in the right. Zimmerman is a wannabe cop who may have been a little too eager to start a confrontation with a black youth. Martin is a typical wannabe gang banger who worships thug life and hates whitey. This is a prime example of two worlds colliding where one winds up dead. It could have just as easily been Zimmerman lying dead on the ground from a gunshot wound by Martin using a gun instead of common sense. Instead, Martin is dead and by no means does it appear he is an innocent in a all of this.

Let us look at the white perspective in this Most people have no experience with life in a black ghetto and think everyone who lives there is a criminal. They aren't. I've worked with inner city youth in the past and they are not all trash. Many are highly intelligent, hard working people determined to make life better for themselves and their neighbors. But even they recognize that there is a percentage of the people who live there who are no better than animals in a zoo who have no empathy, common sense or racial understanding for anyone who is not a minority. A friend of mine was recently mugged in Hartford in broad daylight. People saw what was going on and did nothing, par for the course for that city. A few years back an elderly man was run over in the street and nobody stopped to help for some time.  My friend was white, visiting a friend of his who lives in the north end. The mugger was Hispanic and used all sorts of racial slurs while stealing from him. Would that happen in  a poor white community? Unlikely.

The black community in general is becoming overtly racist and it has to stop. You want to know why Trayvon Martin is dead? He saw himself as criminal bad boy who was horribly racist toward white people. I hate to break to all these idiots defending Martin and demonizing Zimmerman when Martin was hardly the choir boy everyone keeps painting him as. His online pictures and statements demonstrate a worship of thug life, hatred for all thing white and seems to line up perfectly with what Zimmerman has said from day one. He was attacked by a black kid who attacked him BECAUSE he was white and not vice versa.

Zimmerman testimony from his arrest were aired today and let me tell you I watched audio from the space program back in the 1970's that was clearer than this. It sounded like the whole thing was recorded on eight track, transfered to audio tape and then funneled through a wind tunnel. Nice recording equipment guys. In the tape, Zimmerman states that Martin jumped out of the bushes, asked if he had problem and then punched him in the face saying "No, now you have a problem." The reason I think this sounds so familiar is I have heard this exact same sequence in the past in my life when some douchebag thinks it's funny to pick on someone smaller than him and then winds up with a broken jaw when said "victim" turns out to be a lot more dangerous than he thought. Helpful hint for anyone reading this: Never pick on anyone you don't know without good reason. You may end up paying dearly for it.

So far every bit of evidence the prosecutors have shown, backs up Zimmerman's story. Legal pundits who have watched the case so far all agree the prosecutors are doing a terrible job and this is probably not going to end in their favor. And there in lies the problem as the media and liberal left have done everything but declare Zimmerman a Nazi.

NBC News is being sued for defamation by Zimmerman as they released audio tapes of his 911 call and then heavily edited them to make it appear he was more racist than he was. That is sad when NBC starts acting like Fox News and in the process, throw gasoline on a raging racial fire. The 24/7 news cycle did nothing but make Zimmerman look dangerous and the pictures they kept showing of Martin when he was 12 was disingenuous at best as, in reality, he was five years older, much bigger and stronger than that.

Both ABC and NBC made dubious claims as to the lack of injuries on Zimmerman from a grainy police tape which suggests that all police audio and video recording was installed in the late 60's and never modernized because they suck. Better photos and EMT testimony shows Zimmerman was injured as he said he was. The investigating officer also noticed that Zimmerman had grass stains and wet spots on his back and none on his front, something never mentioned on any network.

CNN has hit their usual low point by posting personal information about Zimmerman's home phone number, address and even his social security number. Hello, lawsuit number 2 I would be guessing as I would certainly sue over the release of personal info. I expect Zimmerman to do the same.

Two liberal lowlifes, Spike Lee (a fucking racist against white people) and Rosanne Barr (a stain on humanity who was NEVER funny) both tweeted things that should have gotten them both arrested. Spike Lee kept tweeting the wrong address for Zimmerman putting innocent lives at risk while that fat pig of a woman Barr tweeted the parents address as if they had anything to do with this. I have no problem putting up phone numbers or addresses for people who deserve it. Zimmerman does not fall into that category as he hasn't been convicted yet and looks unlikely to be anytime soon. This is mob mentality and I wish everyone would just stop and chill already.

All of this adds up to a race riot where there never should have been one in the first place. If they had charged Zimmerman with manslaughter, they might have had a case. But they went with 2nd degree murder which is never going to fly, not with the way the prosecutors have run the case so far. All the evidence so far leads us to believe that Zimmerman's story is true and if that's the case there is no way to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. And how well will Black America react when he gets found not guilty? Not well as racism is increasing in the community and until those that live there recognize this nothing will ever change. Racism is wrong no matter what your skin color is. Stop hating whitey, stop calling education "acting white," and start cleaning up your communities by getting involved and not just stepping over the dead bodies on your way to work. Racism isn't the problem. Wealth inequality is and we are all in that same boat. Stop hating the color of the skin and start hating only one color instead: green.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: THE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTORS

Even the most biased critics have looked at the Zimmerman case this week and commented how piss poor the Zimmerman case is going for the prosecutors. But now they have reached a new low which puts them square at the top of this list, and that means they beat a US government that is killing whistleblowers now. Let us see those runner ups.

1)Lindsey Graham- This toad of a human being opened his at mouth again this and exposed him for the fascist he is. This is the same person who said people like me are not journalists and deserve no protection as a result. Nevermind the fact that I have worked in both TV and print news previously and the only reason I don't still work in either field is the downsizing of middle America where people with far less experience are hired in our places for far less money. Senator Dumbass has also in the past demanded more and more fascist policies and has stood by the NSA snooping scandal but has now gone full Nazi in his latest tirade. He has proposed reading all snail mail for "security purposes." When will this fascist crap end? Hopefully with Graham being shown the door as anyone still voting for this man is a traitor to this country and should be dealt with as such. This kind of nonsense has to stop and if we have to resort to exposing idiots for the choices they make so be it. I would suggest taking out a billboard with a picture of some republican dumbass and make EVERYONE know how they voted. The other step would be to impeach everyone involved, from the President, to Congress to the Supreme Court. Throw all the bums out at this point.

2)Fox and Friends- Possibly the only three people in history that could make Sarah Palin look like a Rhodes scholar, the three stooges this week his a new low, which is incredible in and of itself. In a segment this week, these three retards said that Mr. Rogers was the devil because he taught children they were special. They then linked this, erroneously, to schools today that give "participation awards" to all students. And while I would agree that this type of awards for all mentality is stupid and damaging, Mr. Rogers had NOTHING to do with that. Mr. Rogers told all kids they were special, which they are. Every child is special in some way and Fred Rogers was trying to get all kids to feel included and not alone. The school system is trying to homogenize everyone into a single layer which is not how the real world works. It is this system that is making the younger generation a bunch of narcissistic, out of touch wannabes who desire fame and fortune over substance. However, Mr. Rogers is not responsible for this, was a great man who did lots of good things for children and to call him evil is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

3)Judge Howard Shore- Speaking of calling out someone who is a douchebag of the highest order comes this bit of nonsense from a judge in San Diego. Jeff Olsen is on trial for scribbling washable chalk messages on the sidewalk in front of the Bank of America. He faces 13 years in prison. WTF? Even more incredible the judge has slapped a gag order on discussion of the case and any mention during the trial of the 1st amendment. According to the judge, vandalism is not protected by free speech, which seems to fly in the face of what that amendment actually says. I understand if the talk is vulgar, obscene or without merit, none of which applies here. Plus, Skank of America claims it cost them $6000 to remove the chalk writing, which is odd as a guy with a hose would have had the same result. This case shows how much power banks have over us as they demanded he be prosecuted, even though the DA and Mayor didn't want to. The DA capitulated for some unknown reason, although it is telling that the lead prosecutor, Jan Goldsmith, has received money from the bank for her campaign running for mayor in 2016. Hmmm, no bribery there. It also denies the aspect that sidewalks are public property and not owned by any company, bank or not. Bank of America is a fascist company and no one should be doing business with them ever.

4)Aaron Hernandez- This could quite possibly be the dumbest man on the face of the Earth. Nevermind the fact he threw away a $40 million contract and a life of luxury, his attempt at being a criminal mastermind fell somewhere between a James Bond henchman and a guy attempting to rob a donut shop filled with cops. First off, why didn't he get rid of the body? He had planned this obviously but just left the body half a mile from his home? Why? The victim was easily tied back to him and made him suspect number one right off the bat. Second, if you are going to get rid of security footage from your own house, get rid of the incriminating evidence. Dumbass erased eight hours of footage but forgot to get rid of the video of him coming home after the shooting with a gun. Now is he is being looked at for two additional murders as well. He is going to get life in prison. Good.

5)White House Down- This movie is failing big time, most likely due to the fact that the exact same movie came out three months earlier, Olympus has Fallen. Even with it's R rating, that film still made over a $100 million domestic and near nothing overseas. Down will not make back it's budget which is too bad as the film doesn't look that bad. Too many action films all at once are diluting the market when some of these should have been staggered out better. With even more action movies on the way, this trend will continue. Which big budget film will fail next? Despicable Me 2 has gotten poor reviews so far so that one to watch to tank.

6)The Supreme Court- The Court had a wildly uneven week by upholding gay marriage for states that want it (and opens the door for challenges in states that do not) while also telling black people to get to the back of the bus. After throwing out the Voter Rights Act of 1965 because "it was outdated," seemed to have missed all the times states have tried to take away voting rights from minorities so they will win elections. As minorities vote democratic overall, getting rid of their votes is paramount to republicans staying in power. Two hours after the ruling, Texas started legislation for Voter ID laws, gerrymandering and other ideas that will keep the state from going blue where it is actually headed due to the large number of Hispanics who want noting to do with red state policies. Welcome back Jim Crow laws and the Court that allowed it.

7)Texas- This week Wendy Davis and 400 supporters helped stop a draconian law that would prevent abortion after 20 weeks, close down most of the clinics that provided those type of services and demand doctor supervision to even take the morning after pill. Rick "Niggerhead" Perry said he would call for another special session to take up the matter as soon as tomorrow. If this passes, I hope the good people of Texas get out and vote these morons out en masse in the next election. If not, there are an awful lot of guns in that state. Just saying.

8)Republicans- These jackals just threw the college kids of this country to the wolves when the student loan rate is set to double tomorrow. The Senate's version couldn't be passed by the douchebags in the House, whose own bill would actually triple the rate if it passed which it didn't. Harry Reid said "This is one of those rare times when it would actually be better to do nothing than pass this bill." So for all you college kids who failed to vote in the last election: you owe more money now as a result. If you don't vote, you will pay down the road. Every single person should be voting out the GOP in the next election, unless you don't care about gays, minorities, women or young people. So stay home but don't bitch when you owe thousands of dollars, jailed for not paying and have your life ruined as a result.

9)SWAT teams- These forces are going way out of control. In Virginia this week, a SWAT team arrested a college girl after they swarmed her car, minus any identification because they suspected she has beer which she didn't. She spent a day and a half in jail before being released for assault on the police when she tried to flee what she thought was a carjacking. Do we really need SWAT harassing college girls for beer purchases? Expect a major lawsuit to follow.

10)US Government- With the death of Michael Hastings looking more and more like an assassination, we have now officially entered an era where whistleblowers will be killed rather than arrested. Snowden should be looking at this with some alarm and knowledge that there may indeed be death squads after him. All the evidence with Hastings point to his car being hacked and driven into a wall at high speeds, as mountains of evidence are coming foreword that he was working on a story about the FBI, CIA and NSA that was going to be explosive. We can only hope that some of that may still surface. The US is learning the hard way that we are not the only superpower in the world anymore. When we started leaning on Ecuador to not give Snowden asylum, the State Department kept a trade deal over their heads as leverage. Ecuador responded by telling the US to fuck off and to take the trade deal and cram it with onions. This scandal has done real damage to the US and the EU who have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar, as recent reports suggest we have shared a lot of stolen data with our allies. The turn toward fascism is alive and well and reaching it's end point soon.

11)Paula Deen-This racist bitch is going to lose 80% of her income. Good. Her southern Belle grandmother act is just that: an act. Considering how much damage her ill conceived, butter drenched recipes have done to the black community, I am thrilled she is going away.

12)The Zimmerman Prosecutors- They have had a bad week as most of their witnesses have imploded on the stand, with some eviscerated in cross examination or others stating the defense point of view that Martin was beating Zimmerman. All in all, it looks bad. And considering the racial implications of this case, the chances for another riot situation after the Rodney King verdict is very high if and when Zimmerman walks, which looks likely at this point. In response, the prosecution is going to start character assassination of Zimmerman as a known racist using innuendo and questionable witnesses. One that may hit the stand tomorrow is a relative of Zimmerman who allegedly molested her as a child and that him and his family were devout racists. Nevermind the fact that there is zero evidence for any of this or even relevance to the case. The molestation crap should not be allowed in court as it has no bearing on this case and the racist aspect has no solid proof other than her word which is suspect. There are all sorts of reasons, money mostly, why this woman may be lying and without some sort of corroborating evidence, this shouldn't be allowed to be heard. If it is, expect this situation to be eve worse if he gets acciquited when Black America riots over it. This is literally throwing gasoline on a fire to get a verdict that still won't go their way. These prosecutors are putting the lives of all American at risk to get a conviction that they shouldn't have charged him with in the first place. So congratulation Zimmerman prosecutors you are indeed douchebag of the week.
