1)Anti-gun laws in schools- I understand not wanting guns in schools. I understand not wanting armed guards in schools. I even understand coming down hard on students that bring weapons like knives into class. I do not understand why schools are becoming draconian douchebags on students who are being suspended or expelled for talking about guns. That actually happened in Calvert County, MD after an 11 year old got a ten day suspension for talking about guns on a school bus. He didn't have any weapons on him, didn't have access to guns or even talking about shooting up his school. What he said was he wished he had a gun to protect his family and friends from bad guys. That's it. When the parents arrived they were told that even saying the word "gun" after Sandy Hook would get you suspended, which flied in the face of the First amendment which I hate to tell this fascist douche applies to schools as well. It gets better though as a local deputy was also present who demanded to search the parents home and car for illegal weapons, without a warrant. The parents wisely refused such a request, took their kid home and notified the press. The school board lowered the suspension to one day and said the principal went too far with punishment, but that ass, Darrel Prioleau, still has his job for some reason or another. Why? This same school suspended a fine year old for bringing a cap gun last December so parents in this town should take action against this fucked up school or risk the future of their children.
In another WTF moment, the Chase Lake Elementary School in Edmonds, Washington suspended several students for bringing in Nerf guns into class which was okayed by the teacher who was going to use the props to demonstrate physics. Some students were suspended just for watching the kids have the Nerf guns and not reporting it. Are you FUCKING kidding me? Are we teaching our children to be snitches? That will not make anyone popular in their lives. The teacher was not reprimanded at all. Zero tolerance equals zero intelligence and it's not like out public schools are a bedrock of higher learning anymore. Even the teachers and administrators are stupid too now
2)Lindsey Graham- I hate Lindsey Graham with the power of a thousand suns. He has one of the faces I just want to punch in his smug puss. This week he really stepped in it when he defended the NSA spying program (more on that later) and then went on to call people like myself "not real journalists" and not protected by the first amendment. First off, I used to work for both TV and print news. Second, I am more a journalist that most of the people working for the news media as I actually report the news and not some regurgitated nonsense spoonfed to them by the government. The first amendment makes no mention of corporate ownership needed to justify a journalism moniker and I kind of doubt the Founding Fathers would see it that way either. Any asshole voting for this jerk should really just die of ass cancer already because their heads are planted firmly in their butt.
3)Rick Scott- Speaking of king high Republican douchebags comes this fuckwad again. Uncle Fester has been in this column so often I am thinking of renaming it the Rick Scott Award for Douchebaggery. Here was a guy that was found guilty in 2003 of defrauding Medicare 14 times for hundreds of millions of dollars. No jail time of course and a piddly fine is what he got. More importantly the incredibly stupid Republicans of Florida still voted to put him into office. How dumb is the right wing to elect a criminal into office? But now that vote may come to bite all Floridans squarely in the ass as fuckwad is attempting to change insurance laws for his corporate stooge buddies. Scott is claiming that the not-for-profit company which provides property insurance for the state of Florida, Citizens United Insurance Corp., is inadequately funded to handle Florida’s disaster needs should a hurricane strike. To justify this he has done what all Republicans do nowadays: he lies through his fucking teeth. Scott has claimed that the company carries less than $10 billion in funds for disasters for $500 billion in actually property. While technically true, the $500 billion covers the ENTIRE STATE. So unless a Roland Emmerich disaster movie comes to life and wipes Florida from the map, this number is not accurate and if that does happen, insurance claims will be the least of our worries. This is yet another attempt from the far right to screw us further and further and now, anyone who is voting for this idiot, is watching how that vote is coming back to bite them in the ass.
4)Tennessee- Speaking of getting what you voted for, in Tennessee, health care has become a winner take all mentality. Instead of implementing Obamacare, which for all it's flaws is still better than what we had, has decided another novel approach. They have instigated a lottery where the first 2500 calls get Medicaid. The rest get nothing. So rather than insure 330,000 people who desperately need insurance, you use the same method as some 18 year old kid trying to win tickets to Marylin Manson from the local radio station. Worse, even those that got the lucky call through have been stymied with massive amounts of paperwork and denials of service. The Tea Party in particular hates Obamacare and this is what they get instead. Many are complaining but I have NO sympathy for them as they are the ones who voted to put these assholes into office in the first place. Voting for any GOP candidate is one that is going to have consequences and unless you are religious nut bag or worth billions of dollars, your hand should never vote anyone from that party ever again. Unless, being poor and sick your whole life is what you are striving for. I don't know ho many times I can write this but THE RIGHT WANTS YOU DEAD! So keep voting for them but keep a shovel ready for that grave you are going to have to dig for yourself.
5)Shannon Rogers Richardson- Last week I wrote about this woman's husband being a douchebag for sending ricin letters to the President, Mayor Bloomberg and his anti gun lobby. Turns out, he was innocent and his scheming, back-stabbing, soon to be ex-wife was responsible. She wasn't even trying to get some manifesto out but merely wanted her husband out of the picture and was framing him for it. That is low. Her story fell apart quick when it turned out her husband was at work when the letters were printed and mailed. She is still insisting her husband forced her to do it, but seems unlikely. As she's pregnant too, I hope she likes prison and the fact that she will never see her baby after it is born.
6)Dynacorp-This is one of the worst companies to work for or even exist. Women have been raped by employees and have had the whole thing covered up due to "national security." That is what we have stooped to where that blanket statement covers up everything. This is also the same company investigated for child trafficking and prostitution, for which no charges were ever filed, not for lack of evidence, but because again of "national security." Recent uncovered documents by the failing Wikileaks, shows that they are still at it when a email sent to an embassy in Afghanistan wanted the fact that some foreign soldiers wanted dancing boys to be scrubbed from any future telecommunication. Here's the gist of the email:

7)Patrick Kennedy- This ass extraordinaire is one of the biggest douchebags this week with his new anti-pot group, SAM (Smart Approach to Marijuana) and the lies they've spreading about pot legalization and use. First off, its rich that this guy who was addcited to painkillers, which are far more dangerous, is spearheading any anti-drug initiative. The former senator from RI is saying that pot smokers have an increased risk of mental illness and that there is no scientific data supporting it's use for medicinal purposes which are both outright lies. Oddly, the data they are using to justify their positions were from 1969 and 1987. Funny, how more modern research which effectively nullifies these outdated bullshit reports went ignored. My favorite part is when Kennedy says that the reason he wants to outlaw pot is that kids have way to much access to it now. Shouldn't that be why we regulate so they can't get a hold of it like alcohol or cigarettes? Why not down some more tranqs and go for a drive douche. I hear Chappaquiddick is nice this time of year.
8)NRA- While technically I agree with the NRA on some gun points, I find the whole organization a right wing fundraising vehicle that couldn't care less about gun laws. This week, they are attempting to help pass a law that would make it illegal for politicians to even talk about anti gun measures. meaning that pesky First amendment is worthless in their eyes. Now while I would agree that some anti gun measures go too far but background checks are a good idea and even a gun registry, because let's face facts, the government already knows who has guns and who doesn't so the whole idea seems moot and why not make it legal at least. The NRA is a dangerous group of fascists that may one day turn around and demand gun confiscation. Join at your own risk.
9)Kelsey Gallagher-Proving that today's youth lacks even a modest amount of common sense, this 18 year girl was critically injured this week in a tremendous bout of abject stupidity. Her and friend found a pool late one night to go swimming in and decided to jump in. Unfortunately, the pool had no water in it and she hit bottom causing many, many serious injuries. Helpful hint to anyone attempting this: before jumping into a stranger's pool, make sure there is water in it. Dumb ass.
10)The government- Yes all sides ate it this week when it came out that the government is listening to all our phone calls, reading our emails and stealing our electronics on a whim. Project PRISM is just the latest of a long line of Constitution breaking bullshit that has been going on for at least twenty years and both Democrats and Republicans are responsible. We also learned that the DHS has stated that they have the ability to confiscate any phone, laptop or other electronics crossing their border on nothing more than a hunch. Nevermind that this is completely illegal according to the fourth amendment but why should that stop the Gestapo from doing their job right? And listening on any conservation is also okay as security trumps liberty time and time again. We have heard from many politicians including Dianne Feinstein that this has allowed us to stop several terrorist attacks. Recent info suggests that is not the case and that the phone taps were after the fact and old fashioned police work actually was what stopped it. Notice that these taps did not stop the recent Boston Bombing, which if used as they say it is, would have. But this is nothing more than data mining on the general public for god knows what reason, but I would think none of it is good. I hate when I saw fuckwads like John Boehner cry crocodile tears over this and demanding an investigation which is odd because he voted for this at least three times since in office. You want to know who is responsible John go look in fucking mirror because that's the guy who okayed all this. Any politician standing behind this, on the left or right, needs to be impeached stat and that would include the president at this point. It will never happen as 90% of Congress would be out on their ear as well so do not expect much from the right about it as it would bite them in the ass twice as hard. This is a dangerous, Owellian law. And for all of you out there who say you have nothing to hide, you do, even if you don't know it. What if they start a file of SS numbers and credit card info and somebody gets a hold of it who wants to use for a bad end. The government will have allowed it to happen and you will have no recourse to recover any losses for some time if at all. If the data exists it can be hacked and used for evil purposes. Do you really trust the government not to bone you at some point with this info? The situation may be much worse as some of my sources have suggested that this info is being used to target individuals, like myself, who write about things they don't want you to know about. Lists may be being complied on who to grab first should martial law be declared. I know that sounds far fetched, but the government is building so called FEMA camps nation wide and who knows what purpose they may eventually be used for, including the arrest and imprisonment of dissidents like me. So congratulations US government you are indeed douchebag of the week.
Maybe 10 to 15 percent can stay in office the rest have got to GO~!
