SIGNS OF IMPENDING ECONOMIC DISASTER LOOM AS STOCK MARKET RISES INEXPLICABLY

The economic engine that runs the world is rapidly running out of steam while Wall Street behaves like it's 1929. Every indicator is out there that we are headed for a very steep cliff and both parties have few solutions to fix things, or in the Republicans case no ideas. Listen to any of Mitt Romney's plans and they are frustratingly vague and, when specifics are given like his tax plan, economists across the board give it a F minus. Not one credible person says Romney's plan is viable. NOT ONE! So Republicans across the country are backing a man whose plan for the future is not feasible, yet a majority of the country think Romney would be better for the economy that Obama. Apparently, lead paint chip eating is an Olympic sport in some circles because these people are retarded.

Mind you, the reason for this disparity is the horrific decisions made by the Obama administration that have done little to fix anything that has gone wrong with this country. Part of that is because the idiot Congress can't get anything passed like Obama's jobs bill that most economists agree would do something to help the economy, although it's effectiveness is in debate. It is a far cry from the Republican plan which everyone agrees is thoroughly worthless, much like they are. People need to wake up and realize that as bad as democrats are, the Republican party is far far worse. With both sides with no real solutions, things are spiraling out of control. How bad is it?

Someone thinks the economy is about to tank after a massive jump in put options last week. Stocks in companies like Harley Davidson, Verizon, EI DuPont, Herbalife and a dozen others saw their daily put volume increase by as much as 800%. Some have erroneously claimed that this hasn't happened since 9/11 but that is not true. In October last year, somebody or group of somebodies had bet over a billion dollars in put options in various companies for a stock market crash that never occurred. The losses for that miss were staggering. This is not to say that something might not occur in the next few days. perhaps the closing ceremonies of the Olympics, as high put options were also seen right before 9/11, but this kind of gambling is happening more than most people realize and if I am right and secret trillionaires do exist, losing a billion dollars may be like one of us dropping a penny.

We keep hearing about how the recession ended in 2009 but both the government and press keep saying we are just coming out of it. How can something which ended three year ago be still affecting us unless it never really ended? It can't because the government is fixing the data they use to make things look a lot better than they really are. Unemployment is not 8.3% but at least 22.5% according to shadowstats.com and has been at that rate for more than five years, beating the Great Depression whose unemployment rate was only that for three years. The real estate collapse has been worse than the Depression as well with median house prices down 34% in contrast to the 31% of the 1930's.

Foreclosures are at a record high and banks are still sitting on millions of homes so as not to flood the market and completely destabilize it. New home sales are at record lows and most of those being bought are being used as rental properties, not as starter homes. This does not help the economy. Manufacturing is at the lowest levels ever, despite the country having more people in it, due to lax labor laws that allow corporations to move their work force overseas for pennies on the dollar. This is leading to steep decline in wages in this country and a collapse of the middle class. Our 401Ks suck even though the Dow continues to rise, pensions are going bye bye as I have warned people for years that the governments have stolen all of that money and are now telling their constituents "too bad, we needed that money to fund the drug war that is failing miserably but making us very rich in the process."

Since 1980, the rich have taken more and more and given less to the rest of us. The elites went from 9% of total income in the US in 1980 to 23.5% by 2007. CEO pay increased from 40 times the average worker to 350 times while at the same time worker pay decreased dramatically. We are making less money now that if we had a full time job in 1970 without the benefit of 1970 prices. Unions are making more and more concessions as unions are dying, especially thanks to the GOP who would love to see them all disappear so slave wages can really take hold.

Meanwhile taxes on the middle class and poor keep rising in the form of sales tax, especially on sin items like booze or cigarettes, higher payroll taxes, which the rich don't pay, and property taxes which unfairly burden those on fixed budgets like the elderly. As all this occur, the super rich are making billions off of loopholes, legal tax dodges and shell companies to hide their vast wealth from all prying eyes including the worthless IRS. Apparently they are too busy shutting down pot dispensaries for tax issues which goes beyond what the IRS was set up for. Fuckers.

Declining taxes on the "job creators" has been the number reason why our roads aren't getting paved, our school system sucks (which the rich don't use so why should they pay for it mentality) and our government is falling apart. Without unions we are all doomed to revert back to the horrific conditions of the late 19th century and only the Tea Party and the super rich want that.

Paul Ryan is being thrown around as the best candidate for VP. The Ryan plan has been eviscerated by every major economist as a way of taking from the poor to give to the rich in a reverse Robin Hood scam, or as Obama cleverly put it the other day, Romney Hood. I am hoping he will be the nominee as that plan was REALLY unpopular even among die hard Republicans. He may get some support from brain dead Americans but I have a feeling few independents will be flocking towards that sheer cliff the GOP will take us down with Ryan as co-captain. Obama is still way up in most states and Romney's popularity is somewhere between Sarah Palin and the guy who ran over your cat. He has a lot of ground to cover and not having a real plan to fix this mess we are in is not going to win many converts.

SIHK SHOOTER MICHAEL WADE PAGE AND THE COPYCAT SYNDROME. WHAT DRIVES MEN TO KILL?

Let the copycats begin. After the horrific shooting in Colorado two weeks back, I knew there would be assholes determined to do something just like it. I don't know why this mentality exists in mankind as from an evolutionary standpoint, this kind of behavior should have been weeded out generations ago. However with the religious right killing abortion rights and the nanny state keeping some of these young fuckwads alive when death should have taken them years ago, we are now awash in brain damaged fools.

Take dirtbag Michael Wade Page. Here we have a white supremacist who may have attacked the Sikh temple because he wasn't smart enough to differentiate between minority races. His involvement with Psy-ops and erroneous reports of multiple gunman has not helped the always unreliable "everything is a conspiracy" group out there like Alex Jones and Mike Rivero of What Really Happened.com. Mind you I like both sites but both jump to conclusions before all the facts are in and that is not helping matters. The multiple gunman angle has already disappeared from the sites as it has become clear that the eyewitnesses didn't see what they said they saw, either due to deliberate actions or through the fog of a traumatic incident.

There was only one gunman. There is no evidence of another shooter, unlike Jone Doe #2 in the OKC bombing case where several people swore up and down Tim McVeigh was not alone and the government has refused to release any video tape that prove otherwise. My research concluded the man in question was connected with Elhoim City, another white supremacist group under FBI surveillance at the time.

Today came word of another psycho who brought a small arsenal of guns to a showing of Dark Night Rises. He was apprehended before shooting anyone, thank God. Scott A Smith was arrested Saturday night in Westlake Ohio carrying a duffel bag filled with weapons into the showing. An alert usher alerted police where he taken without incident. Expect anti gun rhetoric to rise with this latest fool.

More guns equal less crime. Ask any Australian how gun laws worked for them after they outlawed them following a mass shooting of small children back in the late 90's. Oh that's right, crime rose 600% over the next few years. And places like Israel and Switzerland have almost no crimes like burglary as every home has an AK-47 waiting for anyone stupid enough to break in. People don't steal or kill or rape anyone they know may have a weapon. We need more guns not less and anyone arguing otherwise is asking to play the victim. I am not willing to.

How bad are things getting? BAD. In Philly this week, three people were arrested for badly beating a mentally challenged Asian woman, age 51, in her own home. The ages of the criminal masterminds, 12, 10 and 7 and no those are not typos. The ten year old was a neighbor and immediately arrested as was the 12 year old. The seven year old is too young to be charged with a crime but I expect to see him again either behind bars or dead in the street by the time he's fifteen. Nice parenting skills there.

This is exactly what I talk about the horrific state of black culture that worships the thug life to such an extent that even children are being affected. Rap music can be beautiful and exciting. It can also be misogynistic, violent toward the police and women and teaching values not good for a society in decline. Black oriented films are slightly better, although the Medea pictures are terrible, but there is still too much dystopian direction and not enough hope. Society is what you make it. Don't say it all sucks and do nothing to change it. We all need to and this separation of races, like Michael Wade Page wants, is not going to help anyone. Being educated is not "acting white," it's acting civilized and the black community needs to have more people who aspire to this standard in every walk of life. They seem to have so few lately with no black politician worth his weight anymore. Where is a Martin Luther King Jr when you want him?

We've all heard reasons why these things occur. Violent video game, TV, religion have all been blamed and none of them are really at the core of the problem. The main reason why anyone snaps is due to societal pressure that more and more of us are not adapting to and the result is an explosive action. Wade was a racist fool. Other, equally deranged individuals see the chaos that began with the Colorado shooting and think "hey I can do that too," for reasons of fame, mental instability and just pure evil. After the Columbine shootings, a rash of copycats began, just as predicted. This is no different and every mental fuckwad out there is sharpening his knife thinking he can be famous too, even if he has to die to do it.

Everyone wants fame (not me, mind you. I prefer being anonymous) and some will do anything to get it, including murder. Just remember that isn't the guns that killing people but a lack of others carrying guns that could stop them. This story about Wade got ten times the press than the Colorado grandmother who chased off five would robbers with a hand gun last week. Would she still be here had she not had that gun? Maybe, maybe not. We need a well armed society, not a disarmed bunch of clay pigeons.

WADE MICHAEL PAGE CONFIRMED AS SIKH SHOOTER. CONSPIRACIES BEGIN AGAIN AS GOVERNMENT USES IT AS COVER TO ALTER CONSTITUTION

A white supremacist and leader of hate group band End Apathy, entered a Sikh temple and shot six, wounding three critically, including a cop, in Wisconsin yesterday. The shooter was identified as Wade Michael Page, a forty year old neo-Nazi and former Army vet who left under less than honorable circumstances in 1998. I would think his hatred of minorities might have been an issue in his dismissal. Unlike the Colorado shooting, which had zero evidence of a multiple shooters or a cover up, this is one less clear. I will state I do not believe there were other shooters for reasons I will explain, but being a true skeptic, I also have to admit there are some anomalies with this one.

Let's look at the man of Wade Michael Phillips. He is from Colorado originally, but this is more coincidence than smoking gun. However, the fact that he worked in Psy-ops for the Army does raise more red flags, the most obvious being that the Army is training idiots in areas that are coming back to bite us in the ass. He is a skinhead, sings for a band that promotes hate, has a 9/11 tattoo and, like the moron that he is, may have mistaken Sikhs for Muslims. By the way, Sikhs are some of the nicest people on the planet and killing a group of worshippers there is no better than attacking Buddhists or the Amish. The mark of a true coward is one who kills in an area where he knows he will meet no resistance. Look for more about him in my surefire Douchebag of the Week winner column.

Then there are the eyewitnesses, two of whom said on air that four gunmen were responsible. One was heresay from an injured uncle, the other from a man inside the building at the time. As I've said before, eyewitness testimony is the worst form of evidence on Earth. If a crime gets committed in broad daylight and witnessed by ten people, eight of them will have radically different stories. This is a known fact among law enforcement and scientists so any testimony that is radically different from the others must be taken with a grain of salt.

Alex Jones and others are already hyping this story up, even though the evidence clearly suggests a single gunman. Why? The number of people wounded and killed was very low. If four gunman were there, there would be a lot more dead people. The number killed directly confirms to a person with a single handgun and an agenda. Police were on the scene quickly and three individuals getting away seem far fetched at best. Only two eyewitnesses say anything about multiple gunmen, the rest confirming the single shooter theory. Trust me, it is impossible to get that many people to lie about what they say when their lives were at risk. What would be their motivation? I highly doubt threats would have been used as that could blow up in their faces, so if the majority say one gunman, it is most likely one gunman.

Could there be more? It is possible because, unlike the "Joker," Page was not a deranged loner but a psychopathic group leader and, if I were the police, I would be questioning his band mates as to their whereabouts the day of the shooting. Again, I highly doubt others were involved, but there is some wiggle room here for the possibility, however unlikely, of other gunman. More as this story evolves.

Other hate groups have come out like the Westboro Baptist Church who tweeted "God sent another shooter," and "Beautiful work of an angry God who told Wisconsin to keep their filthy hands off his people." God needs a new GPS because I'm pretty sure he meant to send the gunman there instead. These fuckwads are dangerous.

Meanwhile, this story has knocked out any mention of this major development from the New American:

By a vote of 261-116, the House of Representatives passed a bill rewriting Article II of the Constitution and removing the Senate of the power to accept or reject the appointment of many presidential nominees. Last year, the Senate passed the measure by a vote of 79-20, so it now goes to the desk of President Obama for his signature who is expected to sign it.

Dozens of key management positions in the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Commerce, and Homeland Security (including the treasurer of the United States, the deputy administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, the director of the Office for Domestic Preparedness, and the assistant administrator of FEMA) will now be filled by presidential edict, without the need of the “advice and consent” of the Senate, a phrase specifically removed from the process in the text of the bill.

The process began last March when Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and 15 cosponsors, including Republicans Lamar Alexander (Tenn.); Scott Brown (Mass.); and Mitch McConnell (Ky.), introduced S. 679, the “Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act.” The measure struck from many current laws the “advice and consent” requirement for many executive branch appointments, giving the president unchecked power to fill key administration positions.

In a memo sent to Capitol Hill in advance of Tuesday’s vote in the House, Thomas McClusky of the Family Research Council reminded lawmakers, “The United States Constitution does not bestow kingly powers on the President to appoint the senior officers of the government with no process.”

Although McClusky’s reading of the Constitution is accurate, as of Tuesday it is no longer the law of the land. According to proponents of the measure, the bill benefitted from such strong bipartisan support (95 Republicans joined 166 Democrats voting in favor of passage) because its sole purpose is to relieve the backlog of unconfirmed appointees by eliminating the confirmation requirement for about 200 offices.

The process by which heads of executive branch departments are appointed and confirmed is set forth by Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. The “Appointments Clause” provides that the president:
shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
In light of this impending imbalance, it must be inquired as to what could compel Congress to legislate away its own power? Why would so many representatives in the Senate and the House willingly abolish their role as bulwark against executive despotism?
Arguably, the answer is a desire to reduce its workload and improve the efficiency of government.

This is same kind of change made in 1913 when the election of US senators went from appointments by state senates to direct elections by the people. This has led to the mountain of money being poured into elections and the steady decline of the United States. This latest development will be no different.

The reason for this change and the one in 1913 is due to partisan bickering which is keeping any appointments from being made. State senates routinely held up nominees for posturing, leading to many seats remaining vacant. The same is happening with many confirmations today. While Attorney General and Supreme Court appointments will not be affected, any future president could appoint whoever he/she wants for head of DHS, FBI, FEMA and other important organizations that could become security apparatuses for a power mad ruler, thus the constitutional clause. We are giving the president kingly powers such as the ability to wage war, hold anyone indefinitely, spy or kill US citizens and now the ability to appoint cronies to important positions. This is a real conspiracy, unlike the latest shooting, and one that no one knows about. That is the true crime here.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: MITT ROMNEY

Yes, good old Mitt has now been douchebag of the week for two consecutive weeks. Way to go dude. Let's see those runner ups in a slow news week.

1)Bats- This past week I have had not one, but two bats, loose in my house, and three since I moved here a few years ago. Apparently I literally have bats in my belfry. The first one was huge and loose in my bedroom which is a fun thing to figure out at four in the morning. That one I got out the front door. A few days a later a small, possibly baby bat was found flying around the hall and is now hiding somewhere in my house. Pretty soon, it will be a dead bat and I will have the fun of locating its corpse. Awesome. Luckily my landlord is going to help get rid of them and fix all the ways they are getting in the attic and walls. I don't care how manly you are, I've watched war veterans scream like a little girl when getting swooped by one. I sure did.

2)Harry Reid- Reid used the Senate floor to spew forth unprovable garbage about Romney, knowing that no slander laws exist there. He accused Mitt of paying NO taxes for the past decade without any proof to back that statement up. Is it possible Mitt payed no taxes? Sure. Is it likely? No. The GOP has made lying, slander and untruths an Olympic sport to the point where everyone is doing it. I just find it laughable when they cry foul even though they do it on a daily basis. Harry Reid should know better and is in reality not much better a politician than any republican. The only reason he kept his seat is the Tea Party nominated Sharon Angle, a total retard, to go up against him and she lost handily, thank God because somehow, someway, she was actually way worse than Reid.

3)London businesses- Somebody sold the London business community a load of manure when they told them that the Olympics would be a big boon for the local economy. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a total lie. Most business dropped by 40% especially tourist attractions and shopping. This is not surprising as the crowds are there for the OLYMPICS. Nearby hotels have full occupancy while those lying further out are near empty. The same goes for restaurants not near the Olympic venues. It didn't help that the government kept warning people about the Armageddon level of traffic and to stay away for two weeks, which they did turning parts of London into a ghost town. The Olympics will never do good business outside the hotel and restaurants near the games. Shopping and tourist attractions will nose dive as the people coming into London are not there for those kind of activities. This is common sense. It also doesn't help that the prices for said hotels and food inside the Olympics are astronomically high, furthering less spending by individuals. When you charge eight dollars for a chicken sandwich, people have far less coin to spend later. And these are the same fools in charge of fixing the economy. Speaking of chicken sandwiches.......

4)Chick Fil A and the bigots who stood in line to support them- All this week I have heard nothing from some outlets (Cough, FOX NEWS, hack) about how poor Chick Fil A is just supporting their first amendment rights in defending traditional marriage as well as the people who support that. Unfortunately what no one seems to understand is that me calling Chick Fil A and their supporters uneducated bigots is MY first amendment right. The right wing loons out there only support free speech when they like it and denounce all other forms as an attack on their values. If I had seen a line of these fools out there I would have walked up and down the aisle calling each person a bigot while filming each and every one and placing their faces on the net with a sign under each saying BIGOT. One guy who stood up to Chick Fil A lost his job after placing the video on line, even though I agreed with what he did. Anyone who works at a Chick Fil A is supporting the anti gay message and are as guilty as those that support it. If the CEO had said he thought "niggers were inferior" and slavery was fine, would Chick Fil A still be in business today? Absolutely not. There would have been mass protests outside each building, national calls for their disbandment and a huge drop off in sales. Replace the word nigger with gay though and that's fine. Gay people should be standing outside each venue with signs protesting their existence and not some stupid kiss in which understandably failed. How come the left has no concept of protest while the right has no sense of decorum? We need a little of both to right things in this country.

5)Medical marijuana- The bazillioneth government study shows that medical pot is the best way to treat chronic pain came out this week. Our politicians than roundly ignored it. With both Romney and Obama on the same page, any change in this policy is a long way off while millions suffer or go to jail. This is a national tragedy spurned on by the same idiots who stood in line at Chick Fil A.

6)Banks- The stock market is rigged, as is the derivative market, the precious metal market and housing. Yet no arrests have been made for any CEO at any bank. Smoke a joint, go to jail. Steal a trillion dollars. get a slap on the wrist and a big bonus. Unfuckingabelievable.

7)Romney- This guy has had a bad week and it does not look to be getting any better. His numbers are way down (as are Obama's, just not as severe) and he is falling behind in states like Florida and Ohio, where Obama now has a six point lead in both. The polls keep calling this a close race, which it isn't, and isn't going to become at this rate. People are generally stupid unless you run a campaign the way the GOP is. Obama is bad, we get that. But when it comes to any semblance of a plan to fix things either you are maddeningly vague or, if you are specific, your numbers don't add up. And while die hard republicans will vote for Mitt no questions asked like the good little Nazis they are, they only compromise around 15% of the vote. The rest are democrats (22%) and independents, the vast majority, and they are not warming up to Mitt at all. His terrible trip to Europe, where he managed to insult someone in every country he went to, made him look very non presidential and kind of a twit, which he is. His numbers show a steady decline in support since then. His favorability rating, as of this writing, is less than that of Sarah Palin. Ouch. Nobody has gone on to win the White House with that level of negativity and if Obama wasn't such a corporate stooge, he'd be crushing Romney right now in a repeat of Reagan versus Mondale. So congratulation Mitt Romney, you are heading for a crushing defeat and are indeed douchebag of the week.

BANKS, MITT ROMNEY AND OTHERS WHO WANT TO SCREW YOU BLUE

Mitt Romney is a fantastic candidate if you only listen to the sound bites he keeps vomiting forward like a drunken sorority girl after her first big party. He wants to lower taxes. Fabulous. He wants to give more money to the middle class. Awesome. He will usher in a new age of prosperity. Stupendous. How will he accomplish any of this? Crickets. Yes, Romney can spew forth a litany of great ideas but have not one concrete method of implementing any of it. His big response has been to cross the bridge AFTER he becomes president.

That's not how this works dumbass and we are all not stupid enough to stand in line at Chick Fil A to support the fact that they were all closeted bigots, who are basically your supporters exclusively. If there was ever a time for a killing spree, that would have been the time to do it. How come we can't be that lucky? If it was me, it would have taken every ounce of effort not to drive my car right at the line and then back up to get the ones I missed. These fucktards are the very reason we are in the state we are in and my concern about their welfare is rapidly dwindling. Fortunately for them, I am not a violent man and my method of attack is the blog you read here.

One of the few concrete ideas Romney has spelled out is about tax cuts. Unfortunately, according to the national Tax Policy Center, a non partisan think tank, it will give huge tax breaks to the rich while raising taxes for everyone else. The graph below shows who will get the greatest amount of return in Romney's plan.

Notice the more money you make, the more you get back. At the the same time, taxes are raised for anyone making under $200,000 a year. Is this really the plan most of America wants? I kinda doubt it but you would never know with all the Romney supporters out there who are now officially voting to put themselves right into the poor house. Unbelievable. As Romney is unlikely to close any loophole that would affect his bottom dollar, expect that graph above to be not exactly accurate as taxes will almost certainly be much higher under Romney. So go ahead and vote to have your taxes raised you bigoted, clueless Republicans. I hope you choke on the Chick Fil A sandwich you just bought.

And all of this is being brought to you by the most evil of organizations, the global banking business. How bad are they? Let's look at some of the things banks have done over the past sixty years:

They've funded the Nazis. They've laundered money for drug cartels and terrorist organizations, most recently by HSBC. They tried to overthrow the US government in 1933 which most of you probably have never heard of because for some reason or another, this fact is never taught in any school anywhere. Congressional tapes of General Smedley Butler revealing the coup to Congress exist so we know it DID happen, no matter how much they try to tell us it didn't. They've engaged in loan shark tactics for credit cards, mortgages and other types of loans. They fixed interest rates that have destroyed the world economy. They've suppressed the precious metals markets. They have manipulated the stock and derivative market. They have engaged in fractional banking schemes that have netted them trillions in dollars. They have done all this and more and so far, not one person has ever gone to jail for any of the above crimes. NOT ONE.

How is it that we as a people have let this go on? Oh that's right, we are still fighting against gay people, abortion, contraception and a dozen other right wing garbage that means absolutely nothing in the long run. Gay people aren't destroying the fabric of society. Banks are. Abortion is not bankrupting us. Banks are. Contracaeption is fundemental right that the Church has no business getting involved in and no way is some woman down the street purchasing rubbers so she doesn't get AIDS a bad idea in any sane person's mind.

Yet there's that long line at Chick Fil A with hoards of people who are really too stupid to vote. Gay people are just like everyone else and none of your damn business. These are the same retards who saw the OWS movement as dirty hippies and bongo drums while the Tea Party rallies were battalions of sanity and good manners. The odd part is that they both saw banks as the problem, at least in the beginning, until the Tea Party got hijacked by the religious nutbags. They now sound like a Christian dance recital and banks seemed to have been forgotten about which is exactly what the GOP wants. Banks are the true enemy here and if we don't start doing something about it, there isn't going to be a country left.

As bad as the OWS movement turned out due to anything resembling a plan, they at least recognized the problem. Just like Mitt Romney, they had no ideas had to fix the problems at hand and refused to get involved with politics, which is the exact opposite way to get anything done. Holding hands and singing Kumba Ay might be great for a sing-a-long but won't get dick solved in the long run. We need a vocal left leaning group to sling mud like the Tea Party and start getting involved in political parties. At the same time, all money needs to be removed from big banks and anyone still using them needs to be treated no better than the local pedo recently released from prison. Banks are evil and getting worse. Gay bigots are douchebags and needs to be vilified for the idiotic actions as well. Religion wants to tell us how to live so why don't we do the same. We need to tell those sanctified. holier than thou fucktards that how I live my life is none of their business and if they insist on getting involved in ours, we should the same. I would suggest protests outside of every Big Bank,Chick Fil A, and anti-gay/anti-abortion groups nationwide until they close. You can exercise my freedom of speech. I can also exercise mine. The left has started to push back against this awful level of intolerance. Let us continue it.

500TH POST; MIDDLE WAR LOOMS, THE EU DEATH SPIRAL AND CHICK FIL A'S PUBLICITY NIGHTMARE CONTINUES

Regular readers will know that I have predicted a solid possibility (75%) of a massive war against Iran beginning sometime this fall. The timing will be used to lessen the economic death spiral we are in and should begin in earnest around the same time. This is very bad news and so far, I have seen nothing to refute that prediction and plenty of others who think the same thing, including several Nobel prize winners.

On July 27th, the Supreme Leader OF Iran, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei summoned top Iranian military chiefs for what he called “their last war council.” During the meeting, he told the council that war will happen within weeks and they should be prepared. The commanders and generals of every branch of their military were present and all were prepped on readiness for the coming attack.

Nuclear sites are being hardened will stones, concrete and steel plating against an attack and their missile defenses are being readied. Should an attack happen, Iran will launch proxy attacks from Hezbollah and Hamas against Israel and US forces. They will also attempt to shut down the Straits of Hormuz, a real possibility if they use the supersonic missiles given to them by Russia and China. If they fit one with a mini nuke, it could take out a fleet of ships, including any air craft carrier in the region. Mining the area would be far less effective as our minesweepers will be able to disable them. Missiles from proxies and Iran itself would be aimed at all Israeli and American interests as well as Saudi oil fields to maximize damage. Oil will triple over night and the economy will fall apart at that point.

Not being reported by any MSM outlet is the possible assassination of W. friend, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, last week by Iranian forces. He has not been seen in public since a bombing July 23rd that killed his deputy, Mashaal al-Qarni. Saudi's are terrified how someone penetrated so deeply into their most guarded areas and killed one of their elites. There has been no official word as to whether any of that actually happened and even US sources are being kept in the dark. If it is, this is very big and war is even closer than we think.

War is what helped end the Great Depression, and we may be seeing if the repeat is true. Contrary to what our government and media keep crowing about "just coming out of the recession" for the billionth time, things are getting worse. Unemployment has remained steady at somewhere around 23% now for almost four straight years. Housing is recovering only for those buying houses and renting them out to others which accounts for more than half of all new homes sold, nevermind the fact that most are also foreclosures bought for a steal. And wages for the middle class are nose diving while the rich get raise after raise. This is a recipe for disaster and neither party seems to have any idea how to fix things.

All we get are platitudes and sound bites with no real explanation how to fix anything. Romney spoke the other day of giving the middle class more money which will help raise tax revenues. Great idea Mitt but, as expected, when pressed how he would implement any of that, he hedged his response to be absolutely worthless. He has no idea how to fix things which he can obviously see as a problem. This is not a man I want as President. Obama has a few good ideas, straining the word FEW there, but the GOP House has had a stranglehold on any new bills that would give Obama any success.

The EU is on it's last legs as both Spain and Greece are set to run out of money any day now. The austerity measures which history shows will only prolong the problem are still being bandied about as if the past five years of them not working never happened. How dumb do you have to be to see that something is NOT WORKING? Apparently, to be a member of any political party world wide you have to be a complete retard who cannot see reality even when it is front in front of their faces.

Banking has to be completely reworked worldwide and if the politicians won't help, we are going to have to do it ourselves. Nobody should have an account with Bank of America or JP Morgan/Chase or any other douche bank ruining this world. If you have family or friends that still do make them change banks. This kind of crap cannot continue and until we start pulling our money and saying enough, this will never change. And any politician that ruled against Wall Street reforms, like Scott Brown, needs to go and anyone voting for these morons should be also treated the same. We need to start standing up and vilifying people whose views are too outlandish tolerate. Free Speech is fine but if you want to make up a hate club against gays, minorities and others don't expect the rest of us not to utilize OUR free speech rights as well and drown out this idiocy.

Chick Fil A is certainly getting all sorts of screwed after their idiot CEO shot off his Baptist mouth and declared wars on gay people and gay marriage. The response was quick and fast and now governments and people everywhere are telling them to take a hike. It was revealed today that NYC's only chain on a college campus has been asked to vacate by the city council, although I am not sure there is any legally binding nature to the request. But it is symbolic that we as a people are going to start pushing back against the religious right which has now officially overreached and is seeing the blowback first hand. This is a mega disaster for Chick Fil A who will FOREVER be linked with the gay marriage debate and whose profits will suffer as well as opening any new restaurants any time soon, which would be met with howls of protests anywhere in the US short of Salt Lake City or Dallas and even they might now be immune.

We need more politicians like this to stand up for AMERICAN ideals and stop the flood of religious claptrap whose time had come and gone. It's time to embrace the 21st century and drag the rest of you kicking and screaming into the light of reason and logic. Religion is a trap. It binds your mind to accept truth which aren't and then asks you not to question them at all. Science makes you question everything, sometimes too much. We need to straddle that fine line between acceptance of a God and science. Contrary to popular belief, both are possible. Science explains God and God explains science. If science disproves something about God than that belief was wrong and we move on. We don't hold on to it like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum that the universe isn't exactly as you thought. It never is. And that is part of the mystery and fun. Organized religion is the bane of society and needs to go. Spirituality on the other hand needs to be strengthened as we have way too many atheists out there, rightfully disillusioned by the nonsense that most religions offer. There is a God. There is not a God that hates gay people. Once we all start to realize that axiom, the world will be a better place.
