UNMITTIGATED STUPIDITY AND THE RETURN OF SARAH PALIN!

If there was ever a reason to question conservatives, no one need look any further than the black hole of intelligence that is Sarah Palin. Much to the obvious detriment of Donald Trump, Sarah Palin threw her support behind the front runner and then proceeded to give a twenty minute speech that was kind of in English, totally non-nonsensical, and a complete laugh riot. Let's take a look at some of the highlights shall we?
 
 “Thank you so much. It’s so great to be here in Iowa. We’re here just thawing out. Todd and I and a couple of our friends here from Alaska, lending our support for the next president of our great United States of America, Donald J. Trump."

Translation: We just got back from bailing out my douchebag son and babysitting my whore daughter's second bastard kid (possibly third) but here we are.

"Mr Trump, you’re right, look back there in the press box. Heads are spinning, media heads are spinning. This is going to be so much fun" 

Translation: Liberal media bad.

My head is spinning, even if I am not part of the "liberal media" which really doesn't exist anymore than free market economics does. She is right about one thing though. This IS going to be fun.

“Are you ready to make America great again? We all have a part in this. We all have a responsibility. Looking around at all of you, you hardworking Iowa families. You farm families, and teachers, and teamsters, and cops, and cooks. You rockin’ rollers. And holy rollers! All of you who work so hard. You full-time moms. You with the hands that rock the cradle. You all make the world go round, and now our cause is one."

Translation: Can I hear a hallelujah? I can name several job positions. Go me.

Nope, not over the retching sound that is American intellect. This is called pandering and she is terrible at it.

"When asked why I would jump into a primary – kind of stirring it up a little bit maybe – and choose one over some friends who are running and I’ve endorsed a couple others in their races before they decided to run for president, I was told left and right, ‘you are going to get so clobbered in the press. You are just going to get beat up, and chewed up, and spit out.’ You know, I’m thinking, ‘and?’ You know, like you guys haven’t tried to do that every day since that night in ’08, when I was on stage nominated for VP, and I got to say, ‘yeah, I’ll go, send me, you betcha. I’ll serve."

Translation:I am willing to stick my head in a bear trap again because I have no long term memory.

Apparently her associates are smarter than her as she did get beat up in the press for saying things untrue, garbled or both. You couldn't watch a newscast or daily comedy program that didn't hype this up to the T. And, as her support is mostly Tea Party idiots, which is NOT the Trump demographic (angry, uneducated white people who have a disdain for any politics until recently), her support here hurts more than helps, as several interviewed people at the rally were asked, many who looked as if they would fit right in with the militia groups who took over the wildlife preserve, said they hated her.

"And if you love your freedom, thank a vet. Thank a vet, and know that the United States military deserves a commander-in-chief that loves our country passionately, and will never apologize for this country. A new commander-in-chief who will never leave our men behind."

Translation: I have no recollection of any President previous to Obama which means he was responsible for every bad decision in the history of the country. 

More nonsense about Obama's nonexistent "apology tour," that only occurred on right wing fantasy land. And apparently, leave no man behind does not apply to people like Bergdahl, which the right screamed bloody murder about (although I did agree with them on this and that dick should have been left to rot), but you can't yell about no man left behind, except when it suits you.

"I’m in it, because just last week, we’re watching our sailors suffer and be humiliated on a world stage at the hands of Iranian captors in violation of international law, because a weak-kneed, capitulator-in-chief has decided America will lead from behind. And he, who would negotiate deals, kind of with the skills of a community organizer maybe organizing a neighborhood tea, well, he decided that, ‘No, America would apologize as part of the deal,’ as the enemy sends a message to the rest of the world that they capture and we kowtow, and we apologize, and then, we bend over and say, ‘Thank you, enemy."

Translation: We should never apologize for anything even if we are wrong and diplomacy is for pussies.

Depending on which way the wind blows, our president is either a lead from behind weakling or a dangerous tyrant bent on destroying the Constitution. Republicans have shown a intense desire to end the Earth with dangerous talk of nuking Iran back to the Stone Age for the most minor infraction, which is the worst trait for any potential president to have. Unfortunately, all of the GOP is in this boat, slamming Obama for daring to try diplomacy first. According to them, he's a loser for not destroying the planet.

"So troops, hang in there, because help’s on the way because he, better than anyone, isn’t he known for being able to command, fire!"

Translation: Trump is a member of the X-Men. His name is Firestarter and he is capable of burning down large parts of the country, maybe even the world.

Apparently, she thinks Trump is some sort of superhero capable of controlling fire I guess. Or, more likely, her English sucks.

"Well, and then, funny, ha ha, not funny, but now, what they’re doing is wailing, ‘well, Trump and his, uh, uh, uh, Trumpeters, they’re not conservative enough. Tell me, is this conservative? GOP majorities handing over a blank check to fund Obamacare and Planned Parenthood and illegal immigration that competes for your jobs, and turning safety nets into hammocks, and all these new Democrat voters that are going to be coming on over border as we keep the borders open, and bequeathing our children millions in new debt, and refusing to fight back for our solvency, and our sovereignty, even though that’s why we elected them and sent them as a majority to DC. No! If they’re not willing to do that, then how are they to tell us that we’re not conservative enough in order to be able to make these changes in America that we know need to be…Now they’re concerned about this ideological purity? Give me a break! Who are they to say that?"

Translation: ?

This is technically English but not really. I guess the painkillers, Xanax and eight martinis are really starting to kick in because these sentences are just sad. I think she is going after people who say Trump isn't conservative enough and they would be right. He's not as conservative as you think. There is an interview with him decades ago where he said if he ever ran for president he would do so on the Republican side because "those people are really stupid and easily led."If, God forbid, he ever got into office, his policies wouldn't even by near Ronald Regan let alone Ted Cruz.

 "How ’bout the rest of us? Right wingin’, bitter clingin’, proud clingers of our guns, our God, and our religions, and our constitution" 
 
Translation: Guns, God and Gravy.

Bitter is right and saying God and guns is all you care about explains why places like Flint Michigan have no clean drinking water. If you live there, praying is best before you even wash your hands in that toxic sludge. And stop talking about the Constitution like it is a perfect document. It isn't and it is time for some of it to change. Just not any of the changes these dipshits want to enact.

"Well, then, we’re talking about our very existence, so no, we’re not going to chill. In fact it’s time to drill, baby, drill down, and hold these folks accountable."

Translation: We need cheaper oil because I want to drink it.

Nevermind the fact that oil is cheaper than milk, let's drill for more crap we don't need. And who is it you want held accountable? Perhaps Obama for sending your kid to Iraq, where he came down with PTSD and is now beating his girlfriend, for which he was arrested this week? Oh that's right, it was Obama's predecessor, Bush who not only started this war but whom Track Palin served under. So how is Obama responsible for something after your son already came home after one tour?

"Where they’re fightin’ each other and yellin’ ‘Allah Akbar’ calling jihad on each other’s heads for ever and ever. Like I’ve said before, let them duke it out and let Allah sort it out."

Translation: The Middle East is near New England right?

This is the GOP philosophy in a nutshell. Nuance they don't have. Nevermind the fact that because we have no desire to get off of oil, as well as a right wing push to demonize all green energy, a Middle East war would decimate our economy. Real smart.

Yeah, maybe his largess kind of, I don’t know, some would say gets in the way of that quiet generosity, and, uh, his compassion, but if you know him as a person and you’ll get to know him more and more, you’ll have even more respect. Not just for his record of success, and the good intentions for America, but who he is as a person. He’s not an elitist. And yes, as a multi-billionaire, we still root him on, because he roots us on."

Translation: Conservative billionaires good. Liberal billionaires bad.

Here's where she really start to go off the rails. How do you say a multi-billionaire is just like the average guy in one breath and then call someone like George Soros the devil for the exact same thing? Billionaires are elitist. That is the very definition of what they are. ALL billionaires are suspect in this notion and to pick and choose which ones you like and which you don't is just hypocritical.

"And he has, he’s spent his life with the workin’ man. And he tells us Joe six packs, he said, “You know, I’ve worked very, very hard. And I’ve succeeded. Hugely I’ve succeeded,” he says. He has spent his life looking up and respecting the hard-hats and the steel-toed boots and the work ethic that you all have within you"

Translation: Trump is just like you, except he isn't.

The only working people Trump knows are his servants and anyone who screws up a building project. Otherwise, they would be invisible to him. Trump is not building his own buildings. Illegal labor is.

“Now, finally friends, I want you to try to picture this, it’s a nice thing to picture. Exactly one year from tomorrow, former President Barack Obama. He packs up the teleprompters and the selfie-sticks, and the Greek columns, and all that hopey, changey stuff and he heads on back to Chicago, where I’m sure he can find some community there to organize again. There, he can finally look up, President Obama will be able to look up, and there, over his head, he’ll be able to see that shining, towering, Trump tower. Yes, Barack, he built that, and that says a lot. Iowa, you say a lot, being here tonight, supporting the right man who will allow you to make America great again. God bless you! God bless the United States of America and our next president of the United States, Donald J. Trump!"

Translation: Please vote this man into office so Jesus can finally return and the Apocalypse will begin.

If Trump gets into office, or any Republican for that matter, the world will end in a smouldering heap as none of these idiots are fit to be in there. I may hate Hillary, and would expect her economic policies to ultimately doom us all, there is no way she gets us in a nuclear war for stupid reasons. Cruz or Trump might do that the first day in office.

All in all, her support may do more harm than good down the road. It may convince some in Iowa to vote Trump. It may make others look at another candidate or stay home completely.

A CONTRAST IN CANDIDATES WITH THE REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRATIC DEBATES! WHO LOST AND WHO WON!

These past few days saw both the Republican and Democratic debates happen with wildly different results. One was a joke with terrible candidates, the worst moderators yet, but on a night when some might have been paying attention, while the other saw a front runner sink herself before a national audience playing to a televised audience of no one. For the latter they might as well as have put it on Christmas Eve at 3 in the morning for all the attention it was going to get. How bad were these two debates? I didn't even watch either because one was just sad and the other was on after an NFL playoff game (Fuck you very much Pittsburgh for blowing the game in the final minutes) on a holiday weekend. A test pattern would get more viewers.

So let's start with the idiot parade known as the GOP debate. Moderated by Neil Cavuto and some bimbo too stupid to know better, they asked the most inane questions and had zero follow up no matter how dumb the response was. Here's a hypothetical example:

CAVUTO: Senator Cruz, how much do you hate Obama?

CRUZ: With the heat of a thousand suns. That Muslim, Kenyan bastard has been a disaster to this country and is leading the fight to kill every first born in this country.

CAVUTO: Good answer.

That was the sum of the entire debate. No matter how stupid someone said something, and there were some doozies, the moderators failed to even attempt a clarification, making anyone who watched that debate dumber than when they started. How is that good for anyone?

Cruz is a boob. Trump is a fool. And the rest of the numnuts are barley able to breath on their own without someone reminding them too. Can someone please tell Carly Fiorina it's all over and no one likes her? Or that Ben Carson has a less chance of winning than me? Why stay in when there is zero chance of winning?

From what I read of the aftermath, Trump and Cruz did the best and everyone else should just pack it up. Bush is sinking hard, Cristie and Kasich are coming off more blowhardish than Trump, as if that was possible, and establishment characters like Rubio are barley hanging on. This is a bad year for establishment politicians.

Just ask Hillary how this week turned out. Her numbers are dwindling faster than 2008 when Obama lapped her. Now Bernie is looking to do the same. Her idiot daughter, the epitome of white, rich privilege, lied about Sanders health care plan so badly that even Republicans came to his defense. He wisely snubbed that in the butt by releasing his plan how to pay for it, by raising taxes a little on the poor, some on the middle class, and a lot the richer you got. I love it, mainly because it would actually work. It would drive down prices, make health care affordable somewhere between 40 and 80 dollars a month, which compared to my 500 a month sounds much better, and eliminate deductibles and co-pays. Only an idiot would look at this and scream SOCIALISM at it. It blunted Hillary's attack this week on how it would be paid for because he spelled it out and 170 economists wrote that they supported it as well. According to them, it would save this country trillions in lost health care spending.

Even the most ardent Hillary supporter saw that she lost this debate hands down. Other than going after Bernie on guns, none of which adds up to a hill on beans, she was on the defensive on every other subject. She couldn't defend herself as a protector against banks when she has taken in millions from them. The same for Big Pharma, Big Agro, and every other major company out there which is backing her. Meanwhile, Bernie has taken zero dollars from anyone not a little person and raised almost as much money as her. That is telling.

Unlike the GOP debate, moderator Lester Holt actually did a good job asking effective questions with even better follow up ones. Too bad no one was watching who didn't have to.

The point of this is that the GOP is going to nominate one of two morons and, on the other side, thankfully, Hillary's star is starting to tarnish. I can only pray that people get out to vote in the primaries and help make Bernie Sanders the nominee because if I see it comes down to a Trump/Clinton contest, a may have to figure a way off the planet because it won't be here much longer.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: TED CRUZ!

What a week the despicable senator from Texas had. First, he got caught up in a birther scandal that was nothing short of hilarious, then he got caught in a lie about how he funded his campaign that could be a serious charge of campaign fraud, not that I have any idea what the punishment for that is, but will most likely involve a tepid slap on the wrist. Voters however may have a different view of someone lying and hiding involvement with major banks. Let's see those runner ups in this shortened week.

10)Fantastic Four- Well deserved of the Razzies it got this week, this epic misfire will be topping my worst of list later this year, possibly even the top spot. It reeked of studio involvement who demanded Kate Mara be cast, action scenes be cut and the final run time be less than an hour and forty minutes. The director didn't help by acting like a spoiled brat on set, a more common occurrence than you would think as anyone who watched this past year's Project Greenlight saw first hand. Josh Trank was so bad that his involvement with an upcoming Star Wars picture was pulled and his career may be in jeopardy as these kind of antics are not wanted anymore. The John Huston's of this world are an extinct bunch. The plot sucked, it was epically dull, the cast was awful and yet again, they screwed up the mythology of Dr. Doom in one grand swoop. How hard is it to make him a megalomaniacal bastard who wants to dominate the world, not destroy it? Miss this at all costs.

9)Death- Can someone get this dick a latte and tell him to stop killing our best actors and musicians please? In the past week, we lost Lemmy from Motorhead, David Bowie, Angus Scrimm (the Tall Man from Phantasm) and now Alan Rickman. Yet Justin Bieber, Pauly Shore and Chris O'Donnell still walk the Earth unharmed. Why, God why? Take someone more deserving next time please. Chris Brown is just sitting there for God's sake!

8)Chandler Jones- Can someone explain to me why, if you have tons of money as this defensive end for the Patriots does, do you decide that regular pot is too passe and synthetic weed is the way to go instead? Real weed causes hospitalization never, unless they are a crying baby who can't handle it and freak out like the losers they are, while synthetic pot might as well as have a warning label saying a visit to the hospital is inevitable. What an idiot. It's not like there isn't a championship game this weekend or anything. And the NFL does drug test moron. Expect him to be cut next season.

7)Justin Bieber- Yet another notch in the douchebag column for the troubled pop star who cannot get out of his own way. In what can only be described as moronic, douchebag decided that climbing on the ancient ruins of Tulum, Mexico was a great idea until someone saw him and kicked him out. I've been to the ruins before and there are plenty of places to climb around that are not off limits. This ass decided the ropes keeping you out were not meant for him and decided to jungle jimmy his way around like the retarded monkey he is. Can his fifteen minutes be up already? Is death that busy that he can't make a special trip to his house?

6)State of CT- I left the state some years back in a huff after John Rowland's administration blackmailed my fledgling movie company for four million dollars. We didn't have anything close to that so our movie studio idea died, which instead went to another dick who ponied up the four, got 12 back in taxpayer money and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing after that. This happens all over the country all the time. Add to that the highest taxes in the country and I was done. Now, they have decided to raise taxes on GE, which has made them say adios as well and are also moving to MA now. Corporate taxes have to be raised at a federal level or else this is exactly what happens. Government have given corporations all the power and they wield it well. But CT's loss is MA's gain. Fuck CT.

5)Chelsea Clinton- I have never liked this woman. The very definition of white privilege, this horse faced debutante has gone to the best schools, gotten jobs no average person would ever get, and is now bitch slapping Bernie with a slew of lies so awful even the press is telling her to shut up. This was the bitch that became a reporter for NBC for half a million dollars a year, which she sucked at and barely did anything for. One year, she did three puff pieces for which she got half a million dollars. I would like that job please. Now she is spreading lies about Sanders health plan that no one believes. Hillary must be desperate.

4)Hillary Clinton- Other than Ted Cruz, no one had a worse week in politics. As her numbers tumble and Bernie soars, she has been acting like the bitter cunt we all knew she was. She has slammed Bernie in gun laws and his health care plan, even though she endorsed the latter whole heartedly previously in writing. She is way behind in NH and slightly behind in Iowa. Nationally, some polls even have Bernie ahead now, albeit by a small margin, but still. I hate Hillary who, if elected, will continue the status quo and lead us further into a fascist police state. Vote Bernie Sanders who is the only real candidate running.

3)Sean Penn- Nevermind his meeting with El Chapo, the real disgrace was Rolling Stone publishing his 10,000 word article that was so pretentious and nauseating you would have thought it was coming from Skank Magazine and not the heavily disgraced Rolling Stone. You guys have had a really bad year and this doesn't help. In the article he goes into great detail about farting and pissing with his dick in his hand without a whiff of irony or ability. Stick to acting Sean and leave writing to the professionals.

2)The Supreme Court- The Court is going to have lots of big cases this year and some will not go as the public would want. One of the biggest since Citizen's United appears to be the court is ready to strike down unions, meaning wages are going to plummet along with safety standards for all of us because Republican douchebags have convinced the less stable of society that unions are bad. Unions can be bad, especially police unions, but they also got us things like weekends off, 40 hour work weeks and better pay. With unions gone, we will be back in the late 19th century all over again.

1)Ted Cruz- What. A. Dick. I hope he gets the nomination because there is no way in hell this guy doesn't lose in a tremendous fashion. The birther scandal is heating up as several constitutional scholars say he is ineligible to be president, and thus senator as well. It all boils down to what "natural born" means as our Founding Fathers were excessively vague. Some say all you need are American parents but others say you have to be born on American soil to be natural born. You're still an American citizen but not natural born. The funny part about this is, unlike Obama who WAS born in Hawaii, there is a real case to be made here. Then, to compound issues, Ted Cruz got caught in a blatant lie about how he funded his Senatorial campaign. According to Cruz, he liquefied all his assets and used that money to run for Texas senator. That was a lie. What he did do was got a great loan through Goldman Sachs, as his wife works there, and another from Citibank I believe. Now while he faces no real punishment for this as election rules are arcane at best, the public and his opponents will have a field day with this. In this scenario, Cruz is beholden to a big bank that most Republicans do not like or trust. The fact he lied about where the money came from will undoubtedly be used in attack ads against him. Trump is almost certain to start blasting the airwaves about it and it could hurt Cruz's numbers, coupled with the birther problems. So congratulations Ted Cruz you are indeed douchebag of the week.

TED CRUZ DISCOVERS BIRTHERISM IS BACK AND THIS TIME IT'S NOT DIRECTED AT OBAMA BUT HIM! OH THE IRONY!

January is well known for reshaping voter blocs as more and more of the politically illiterate public start to actually start paying attention. Contrary to what every pundit has said, Trump still continues to dominate and the inevitability of Hillary Clinton doesn't seem so inevitable any more. Look back and see how everyone discounted Trump and Sanders, now looking like they have egg all over their faces. Sanders is ahead in all polls in NH, some polls in Iowa and even a few national ones. That is simply amazing. Even more stunning is the fact that he easily beats all Republican candidates in hypothetical polls while Hillary only eeks out a few close wins, and even loses to some candidates like Carson and Bush. That does not fill me with confidence and some of the electorate may be feeling the same.

But the guy getting all the heat right now is Ted Cruz, currently in second, followed by Carson, Rubio and a suddenly surging Bush. Don't count him out yet. If Bush does get the nominee and he is against Sanders, expect a Republican whooping the likes of which hasn't been seen in years. Sanders gets cross party appeal, while Bush only gets hard core conservatives, as well as total morons to vote for him. That would be a landslide. The other way is to elect Ted Cruz as their nominee, but that is running into some foreseen obstacles.

The Republican party is well known for doing something underhanded and dirty only to have it boomerang right back at them. Dennis Hastert found that out first hand when laws he passed helped got him arrested for an old, gay sex crime. Now it is birtherism that is back, and unlike Obama, this one has some actual issues with it. I get the feeling that every time Obama feels down these days, he reads an article about Cruz defending his credentials to run and failing. I am sure this gives him the warm fuzzies and big smile.

The issue is two fold. First, if he was born in Canada does that make him eligible? On this, legal scholars are actually not sure. Mary Brigid McManamon, of Widner University in Delaware says he isn't. Here is what she had to say about it.

"The Constitution provides that “No person except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President.” The concept of “natural born” comes from common law, and it is that law the Supreme Court has said we must turn to for the concept’s definition. On this subject, common law is clear and unambiguous. The 18th-century English jurist William Blackstone, the preeminent authority on it, declared natural-born citizens are “such as are born within the dominions of the crown of England,” while aliens are “such as are born out of it.” The key to this division is the assumption of allegiance to one’s country of birth. The Americans who drafted the Constitution adopted this principle for the United States. James Madison, known as the “father of the Constitution,” stated, “It is an established maxim that birth is a criterion of allegiance. . . . [And] place is the most certain criterion; it is what applies in the United States.”
 
This makes Cruz a US citizen but not a natural born one, which would make him ineligible. Should he somehow win the nomination, there is a legal possibility that this may wind up in court, most likely headed by Donald Trump. Wouldn't that be hysterical?

There is also the problem with the fact that his parents may have renounced their American citizenship while in Canada and during the time of Cruz's birth, making him not an American citizen at all at that point, but Canadian. Investigative reporters have uncovered a voter roll from his parents area which appears to show them on it. As only Canadian citizens can vote, their names being on it is troublesome. Now it could be a mistake, it could also mean his mother had both American and Canadian citizenship. The truth of the matter is that ultimately just another headache for the awful presidential candidate.

It won't make much difference either way because there is no way he wins the nomination in the first place. But I will laugh as he continues to get pummeled by birtherism that people like him started.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: RICK SNYDER

If there was ever a more obvious example of why I loathe Republicans it has to be this ass who is governor of Michigan. Because of typical GOP nonsense and their insane desire for NO regulation and giving all the money to rich people, hundreds of thousands of people have been exposed to lead  in the water of Flint, MI, all because some douche wanted to save money on the backs of public health. The fact that he hasn't been charged with a crime says lots about this country. Let's see those runner ups.

10)Chipotle- The fast food Mexican restaurant is now being investigated for criminal actions over a norovirus outbreak in California. Exactly why there is an investigation is unknown at this time, but the fact remains that it is abundantly clear the food at this establishment is highly unsafe. Sales have dropped 30% as well as dropping stock options. The big question here is why is it not 100%? What moron is still eating there? The same can be said for Taco Bell which serves people mock food. They can barely call their product meat. Yet America is too stupid to realize when they are being poisoned and continue to eat at places that all but tell you to get ready for a long trip on the toilet.

9)TSA- This week, video surfaced of the TSA groping a ten year, white girl for almost two minutes because she had a juice box in her carry-on. Even worse, TSA told the father who was filming the whole thing to stop as it was "illegal," which according to TSA's own website, it isn't, as long as you are not interfering or filming video screens, which he wasn't. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see this girl and her family were no threat. This is was supposed to be stop yet here it is front and center. This kind of crap makes no one safe and further devalues our civil liberties.

8)Brian Encina- The dick cop caught on dash cam abusing Sandra Bland has been fired and is facing criminal charges for perjury. Good. Now mind you, Sandra Bland was a fool for mouthing off to him in the first place, which is NEVER a good idea no matter what the cop is pulling you over for, but that should never end in a death sentence. Encina escalated things at every chance he had, the typical cop with a chip on his shoulder mentality, which led to all of this. Then, even worse, he lied about how it all went down, somehow unaware his car has a camera on it. I hope he goes to prison.

7)China and the economy- What a crap week for stocks, for which China was only part of the problem. China's economy is WAY overvalued and have been playing fast and loose with their policies for some time. But sooner or later, it all comes crashing down, and it finally did this week. However, even when China rallied on Friday, US stocks continued to slide for the worst opening week in American history, losing over a thousand points this week. Christmas was so bad, a lot of major retailers are closing stores and laying workers, like Macy's who are losing hundreds of stores and thousand of jobs. The fact that for the first time ever, there are none, not ONE, cargo ship traveling between Europe and the US right now says loads. No one is buying anything anymore and this is why our economy is sinking. You can't have a consumer economy when 99% of the public is no longer consuming. Expect this to get worse.

6)The Bengals- Way to lose a playoff guys. They had the game in the bag when they fumbled on the Steelers' 26 with around a minute and half left. Then, thanks to not one, but two personal fouls, this let the Steelers win with a field goal in the final seconds. Ouch. What was more shocking was a Steeler coach was on the field at one point during their rally, yet was not flagged for that, which he should have. The refs this year have been the worst ever. Better luck next year for the Bengals.

5)Tonya Couch- The mom of the despicable Allfluenza fugitive got a big dose of reality when she complained about the conditions at the jail she was being held in. She better get used to it, because she is facing three to ten for obstruction of justice. This is not a smart woman. She fled to Mexico and didn't think she would be caught pronto, not even getting rid of their cell phones which anyone who has watched any TV or movie ever, knows the authorities can track them anywhere on Earth. Next time pick a country with no extradition treaty dumbass.

4)Paul LePage- The governor of Maine is a racist ass and most likely has little chance of re-election. Sadly, even the most racist statements won't get you in too much trouble with the GOP electorate which says loads about them. This week, he said black people with names like D-Money and Shorty are driving up from CT and NY, dealing drugs and going home, but not before knocking up young white girls. He actually said that. There was little notice of this from the press as Trump says stuff like this on a daily basis and he is still the front runner. Stop voting Republican people. Democrats may suck, but they aren't trying to kill us all.

3)North Korea- Just when you thought the world couldn't get even less safe, the midget from a failing state tested another nuclear weapon, this time claiming it was a miniaturized hydrogen bomb. If true, it means they are that much closer to ICBM's. However, no one seems to think they actually accomplished this feat due to atmospheric testing. Either way, Kim Jung Un is a dangerous fool at a time when countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran and Turkey are all being ruled by loons as well. This cannot end well.

2)Germany- Just missing out on the top spot, Germany saw a slew of sexual assaults on New Year's Eve, almost all committed by Muslims. Twenty people were arrested, but some like the mayor of one town said women should keep men at arms length to prevent rape, as if that works. Worse, Germany says they are going to take another million, of ten million expected refugees coming next year, which will make things worse. Germany still hasn't recovered from Turkish migrants who arrived 50 years ago and still do not speak German or have assimilated in any way. What do millions coming bring then? This will propel more hatred toward Muslims, a far right government and eventual attacks from both sides. Good luck with this.

1)Rick Snyder- In a stupid attempt to save money, Flint, Michigan was allowed to stop getting their water from Detroit and use local water sources instead. What they didn't seem to understand was that years of NO regulations had poisoned the local water and attempts to clean it up before people drank it actually stripped lead from aging infrastructure and led to high levels of it in the water. Then, the government tried to cover all that up and told people the water was safe when it certainly wasn't. Thanks to some scientists who didn't believe it, they tested the water and found out it was undrinkable, leading to hard proof. All of this was Rick Synder's fault and typical GOP crap about regulations stifling innovation when in reality those regulations keep us from dying young. But rich people do not care about that, as profits matter more, thus thousands of children that will have serious issues for the rest of their life because of this. Snyder should go to jail for this but most likely won't because the press and the government is with them and the American people are too stupid to know better and keep voting for assholes like this. So congratulation Rick Snyder you are indeed douchebag of the week.

ECONOMIC SELL OFF CONTINUES AND THE SAD PART IS THAT CHINA IS ONLY PART OF THE PROBLEM!

I read more nonsense in the papers or watch on the news every day and it's making me mental. For the umpteenth time in the last few months some idiot newspaper or newshead keeps telling me the revival of the Glass Steagall Act wouldn't have stopped firms like Bear Sterns and Lehman Brothers from collapsing, which is so far from wrong I don't even know where to begin. It's like arguing that the sky is orange. These companies collapsed because they acted as both investment banks and private banking, not to mention credit default swaps and bad real estate deals which they used like a shell game to get around falling profits, or the exact definition of what Glass Steagall was passed to prevent in the first place. And who exactly are these top economists that these news sources keep referencing, anonymously of course, who keep saying this crap because either they don't exist or they are REALLY bad at their job? This is the state of economics in today's world: reality does not exist for these people and will continue to say the sky is orange even when we can all see it isn't.

Today's bloodbath continues, and I would like to point out that if you go back just a few short articles ago, I predicted this would happen today when China's big sell off was set to return with a vengeance. As of 3:15 EST, the Dow is down roughly 375 points. If it goes below 16,000 at any point soon, that may indicate a time to sell everything you have as panic selling is going to commence soon after. As I also said some months ago, this was going to be a volatile time as everything we have done wrong these past few decades is coming back to haunt us. Trickle down economics does NOT work. Yet we keep trying it. Austerity does NOT work, but again that is all we hear from Republicans and Europe, and evidence shows it is a losing proposition. If anyone can name a place where this economic theory works let me know because I sure haven't seen it.

Christmas was awful this year because we are being worked harder and harder for less and less money. Retail plummeted so bad companies like Macy's are closing hundreds of stores and laying off thousands. And that is just one of many. I know people with Masters and PHD's that are no so much having a tough time finding work, as finding work that actually pays anything. My friend with a PHD in chemical engineering is finding lots of jobs. Unfortunately, most of them pay one third what he used to make and demand things like insanely long hours and crappy benefits. I don't blame him for not wanting to work for $30,000 a year. And that is the new norm where salaries are decreasing at an astronomical pace. People who get laid off rarely find work that pays anything close to what they had and are either forced to accept crap pay or stay out of work for a long time. Not one person I know who has lost their job over the last five years has found a better one. Not one no matter the field. We are getting screwed over and both parties are to blame.

Because we did nothing to fix the last mess, we are fucked now. You can blame Obama. You can certainly blame the Republicans. Mostly you can blame the American public too stupid to know when they are being lies to and are only too happy to stare blankly at their Iphones until their brains leak out their ears. The world is coming down around us and no one seem to care.

Most of the world is in a recession and some places like Venezuela, Greece and Spain, are all in severe Depressions. That horror may be coming here soon as a lot of people are starting to see the writing on the wall and are beginning to panic. Everything we saw before 2008 is coming back again, only worse. Commodities are dropping as no one is building or buying single family homes anymore, gold and other precious metals are being manipulated to keep their worth down and the Dry Baltic Index hit record lows again this week.

Things like employing people with a livable wage and debt forgiveness for the individual would have been a good start, but we did none of that. Iceland did and their economy is thriving. We, on the other hand, followed Europe in giving money to lots of banks and rich people who proceeded to do absolutely nothing with. Nine trillion dollars went missing in that theft of wealth and you can bet money it went into rich people's pockets. We are being stolen from on a scale unheard of human history and the world is too fractured and moronic to care.

Time may be up soon, which could throw the next election out the window and then get ready to say hello President Trump. God help us all.

FOUR DAYS INTO 2016 AND THINGS ALREADY LOOK BAD!

The stock market is nose diving today after Chinese and Brazilian earnings tanked hard, with Chinese stocks dropping 7% before they halted trading and Brazil facing it's worst recession since 1901. The ripple effect has dropped US stocks down almost 400 points at this writing at 2:45 EST. Chinese stock will drop even further in four days when they stock sale ban goes out of effect and could lead to a massive sell off, furthering crippling US stocks which look to nose dive this week and possibly beyond.

Christmas sucked for retailers who had their worst Christmas in a decade, online and brick and mortar stores alike. Because US consumers are buying less, corporations are buying less from the Chinese, thus their stock market does worse as well. It's a vicious cycle and one that won't end well for anyone.

Brazil's economy is seeing rapid inflation, the fastest in 12 years. Growth is being hampered by wage stagnation, job losses, worthless austerity measures that NEVER work and corruption within their government on a grand and public scale leading to impeachment proceedings and ongoing investigations into top level people. This is a country ready to fail. Good luck with this summer's Olympics in a failing state.

And it's not just economics that are feeding this sell frenzy but a sense that war may be getting closer by the second. Saudi Arabia and Iran are at each others throats because both government are essentially autistic three year olds fighting over an imaginary toy. Thank God neither of these two retarded countries have nuclear weapons because they would use them. Saudi Arabia killed a rebel Imam who preached against the Saudi government that Iran went nuts over when he was executed along with 46 others, almost all either Al-Qaeda or anti-government rebels. This has led to embassies being burned, ambassadors recalled and mass protests against the Saudi's for behaving like dicks. Killing someone for protesting your shitty religious nonsense is bad. The fact I have to side with equally dangerous Iranian Mullahs shows how far off the reservation Saudi Arabia has become.

Here at home, a group of militia members have taken over a nature refuge in Oregon. At first, you think why are these idiots trying to get killed, as that is what the MSM is spinning. However, when you look at the reason behind this, you start to think they have a point. Two ranchers were convicted or arson when a fire they set to clear unwanted vegetation got out of hand and burned into federal property on two separate years. Even this seems to not warrant prison as if it was an accident, as all proof seems to suggest, then why jail them? But that aside, after the got out prison, a Federal Judge said they hadn't served enough time, using some arcane anti-terrorism law as justification, and sent them back for four more years. How is that legal? Once, you've served your time, that's it. I have never heard of anyone being re-sentenced after they got out of prison. Never. So some people think this is over reach and have said they are taking over this building until they release the two ranchers. I see that as a fair and reasonable action by people being told what to do by and increasingly out of control government. This is why we have guns. Maybe this country should be reminded of that.

There is no good way out of this for the government. If they give in, they look weak. If they go in guns blazing, they set the stage for a civil war. Their best bet is to wait them out and do nothing, something officials are horrible at, just like Ruby Ridge and Waco. This could end badly for all if they so much as sneeze in the wrong direction.

This world is falling apart and it only January 4th. Whee.
