DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: THE BLM

It's about freaking time America but some of you actually stood up to the federal government and made them back down. Way to go dudes! I would also like to point out that this standoff was almost wholly Baby Boomers and Generation X standing up for their rights, while Generation Wuss was too busy snarking about it being "overblown" on left wing media outlets and ignored completely but the MSM. But a win is a win and I'll take it anyway I can get it. Let's see those runner ups.


1)John Kerry- I will admit I voted for John Kerry and hated myself for it every minute since. At the time, I just hated Bush WAY more and would have voted for a dead squirrel over that dick any day. My sources have told me he is an arrogant jerk who never knows when to stop talking. So who better to irate world powers than a guy like that? One of the worst Secretaries of State of all time (which if combined with Eric Holder and the, on her way out, Kathleen Sibelius, Obama has picked some real doozies for office) is trying to hold together the Israeli/Palestinian peace accords, somehow unaware that this is NOT possible. First rule of diplomacy in two warring states is that you can't make peace with people who want you dead. The Israelis are not going back to pre-1967 borders without concessions by the Palestinians. The Palestinians are not going to recognize Israel unless they get the right to return which is NEVER going to happen. Stalemate. End of any deal. Start with that and work you way smaller not vice versa or you will always hit that brick wall and, then, it's game over. The peace process is done and Kerry as always makes us look like idiots.

2)Eric Holder- Speaking of idiots, Holder got testy with Congress this week and snapped at resident Congressional idiot, Louis Golmert, for having the audacity to ask him questions. Holder is being threatened with contempt again for not giving Congress what they asked for, which Holder has used Presidential privilege several times to NOT comply. Holder's DOJ finally released their finding that the Albuquerque Police Department is out of control and violating the Constitutional rights of the locals. About time numnuts.


3)Kathleen Sibelius- The person mostly responsible for the website debacle still plaguing Obamacare seven months later is stepping down, because she likes leaving things half finished apparently. Most likely she was being forced out before the 2014 elections as her position has been an unmitigated disaster and would be lightning rod for GOP ads. Good bye and good riddance. Can you take Obama and Holder with you please?

4)Paul Ryan-Just so you didn't think that this was a rag on the president and democrats only comes this fool who has put out his latest budget which is STILL a carbon copy of the same budget the country roundly hated in 2012. That's some insanity. He still wants to kill Medicare, SS has been taken out for now but you know they are just itching to get to that cash cow as well, and of course, huge tax breaks for the rich and powerful, paid for by eliminating programs for the poor. That is the modern GOP, for the rich, about the rich and only the rich.


5)Alex Hribal- This 16 year old douche thought it would be awesome to bring two knives from home and go on a stabbing spree in his high school. Dozens were injured but, luckily, no one died. I am guessing mental illness and bullying took place but, either way, this kid will never see the light of day again. Enjoy prison loser.

6)Robert Corchado- The ex-con is about to go prison forever. This California native has been in and out of prison eight times over the last few decades. But after the accidental death of a very cute four year old girl, he'll be lucky to see parole by the time he is ninety. Corchado rammed into the back of another car causing that car to careen into a pre-school, where several were injured and one little girl died. He fled the scene. Seems douchebag can't drive for shit either as he was being investigated for a similar incident in December of last year. His face was EVEREYWHERE and he turned himself in, realizing that the gig was up. You and above Alex should be pen pals. You're both going to have  a lot of time to kill.


7)Anne Green- This "actress" was under contract to appear in the Skinamax show Femme Fatales, which is soft core porn. Green refused on set to do what she was contractually obligated to do (get naked) and left. Later she sued for being "bullied" into doing the nude scenes. Cinemax is countersuing for $85,000 for breach on contract. I've seen Hollywood contracts. Hell, I've written a few. They are very detailed. For this idiot to claim she had no idea that nude scenes were going to happen either makes her incredibly stupid or this whole thing was some devious plot for an equally idiotic lawsuit. Either way, she's screwed and will have a hard time getting work from here on. Way to ruin your career moron.

8)Allison Ernst- For some unknown reason, this woman decided to throw a shoe at Hillary Clinton as she was giving a speech. It barely missed her as secret service agents ushered her away. She was later released but still faces up to a year in jail. I was waiting for the word Benghazi to appear at some point, and am a little disappointed it didn't.


9)John Rowland- I hate John Rowland with the fire of a thousand suns. His corruption destroyed the state of CT to such an extent I don't know if it will ever recover. He blackmailed corporations into giving them millions of dollars before he would allow them to break ground anywhere. It is the number one reason the Adrians' Landing project went nowhere for over twenty years. I tried to get a movie studio built at the old Jai Lai building, and at the same time, Dee Snyder of Twisted Sister was trying to get a heavy metal museum going. Both of us hit brick walls when money was demanded up front, some $4 million which seemed to be the going rate as Aetna ponied up said funds to build something I don't remember anymore. When Rowland was arrested for corruption, color me not surprised. Now this fucking asshole of extraordinary proportions has been arrested again this time for seven counts of campaign finance fraud. Seems he was working under the table for a buddy of his running for office. Not wanting to be tied to the campaign, as the Rowland name is synonymous with douchebag, the money was funneled hush hush through a nursing home. If found guilty, he can expect a long sentence in federal prison due to his record. If there is a God, please, please, please, send him somewhere where I know someone in there with him. I would love for him to be someone's bitch for once.


10)The Media- In the following story I will take more about the BLM, Harry Reid and what occurred at the Bundy ranch. If you don't know what I am talking about, thank your MSM which did everything they could to NOT report a major story and proves that you no longer live in a free state with a media that reports the news. As a matter of fact, CNN just announced they will be doing LESS news now as Anthony Bourdain and Morgan Spurlock shows are just the start of Jeff "how in the hell dose this guy still have a job" Zucker, current CEO of CNN. Considering all CNN talks about is the missing plane still, even though no new news has appeared in weeks, it's still 24/7 Flight 370. Fox is no better, especially after an anchor mistakenly said NAACP instead of NCAA, a Freudian slip methinks. The left wing media outlets, like Media Matters, blasted sites like mine and Drudge Report for making mountains out of molehills in the Bundy ranch standoff, but the reality was, something important was going on, and everything the government was telling us was a lie. And we proved it. If it wasn't for alternative media, this may have gone done much worse than what actually happened. But we prevailed and the MSM can suck it.


11)The BLM- The Bureau of Land Management stepped in it big time this week when they attempted to steal land and cattle from local rancher Cliven Bundy. They showed up with helicopters, snipers, tanks, and attack dogs. They beat people for no reason, declared spots "Free Speech Areas," which of course were miles away from what the BLM was doing and arrested anyone for filming in areas they were said not to, tazed a pregnant woman, and attacked protestors who they said were being aggressive, even though video shows the opposite. But the people not only didn't back down, they stood up the government. Armed cowboys broke ranks and rescued the cattle, which had been taken from their dying calves. If you do something like this, don't do it during calf season morons. The BLM was forced to stand down, noticing that there was a good chance of this going south fast, and no matter how it turned out, the BLM were going to be the bad guys here. They did everything they could to stop this info from getting out, including shutting down local cell phone towers but the "signal can't be stopped, Mal." Media sites like this made sure you heard about it while the MSM slept. It turns out that the whole garbage about the land being environmentally protected for desert tortoise was far from the truth. The Feds killed hundreds of these little guys because they ran out of funding. Brilliant. Also, Harry Reid has been tied to fracking rights for oil companies and a huge deal with China to provide solar panels for that area have been brought up by these kind of sites as well. That is why money in politics suck as corporations told Reid "we want that land" and he used the BLM to try to get it. Welcome to fascist America. It's here to stay but thanks to the brave people who stood up to the BLM, maybe not so easy to control. So congratulations BLM, you are indeed douchebag of the week .

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES OF THE YEAR AND A CAUTIONARY TALE OF THINGS TO COME

When I was working as a professional movie reviewer, one of my first reviews was V For Vendetta. I raved about it, calling a subversive masterpiece that was going to resonate with many world wide. My peers called me a fool, that the film was a minor blip on the radar that would be quickly forgotten. Time travel nine years in the future and Guy Fawkes masks can be found at every protest no matter where on then globe it is. That is a powerful film.


Captain America: the Winter Soldier is on par with that film. It is a masterpiece of filmmaking and story telling combined with kick ass action and Scarlet Johansson in a tight leather outfit (or Chris Evans in tight, tight shirts if you swing that way). It is everything that films should be and usually aren't due to studio influence. This movie not only tells a mass audience a real life parable about why we should be questioning authority, it also shakes up the Marvel Universe in such a way that future films and the awesome TV series, Marvel Agents of SHIELD, will never be the same. I rarely walk out of a movie as happy and excited as I was with this one. It is a must see for everyone.

I will try to keep spoilers to a minimum and minor but if you don't want to know about certain plot points stop reading now and come back after you've seen the picture. I'll wait.

Captain America is back and starts the film taking a hijacked ship from Algerian pirates by brutalizing anyone who gets in his way. His shield is just as much a weapon as a defensive object here, bashing people in painful ways and even killing some who are trying to do the same to him. I am a little tried of the idea that super heroes never kill, and this film shows Captain America as a truly heroic figure that only kills when he has to. But when he does, OUCH!


After the big battle, with Black Widow's help, he tries to adapt to modern life. He meets up with Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) in a very funny jogging sequence and their friendship eventually leads to him being the Falcon. No red spandex here and the way he flies is due to a military backpack that sprouts wings, which looks very cool in action.

Nick Fury starts to suspect something is very wrong within SHIELD, but before he can do anything about it, he is viciously attacked by unknown attackers and the Winter Soldier. He makes it to Captain America's apartment where he explains all that has happens so far. From here loyalties shift, several characters die or get arrested and SHIELD is destroyed from within by HYDRA. One such death caused my girlfriend and I to laugh due to the latest episode of Robot Chicken. Those that have seen both will get the reference to this movie and Batman at a funeral.

The movie is essentially a true story about how fascism has waited to pounce once again. Hydra, and the real life Nazis, tried to force fascism on us. Hell, in 1936 the rich and powerful tried to stage a fascist coup against FDR which blew up in their face when Smedley Butler, their hand picked successor, wanted no part of the scheme and ratted them out to Congress. Here, HYDRA has brainwashed the world into accepting Fascism for their own good, just like the rest of the world has done. We keep hearing how we need more security to protect ourselves from terrorists, when they are the ones making sure that said terrorists exist in the first place, just like HYDRA. In this film, the first people targeted by the new death star they have built are all the free thinkers and troublemakers that any new government would want offed first, like Maria Hill, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and Dr. Strange. How different is that from what would happen if "terrorists" started using car bombs nationwide and every Muslim had to be imprisoned because of it, then anyone who bitched about it on a blog and so on?


Our rights are rapidly disappearing. Just ask the ranchers out in NV who are being told they are filming in anti-first amendment zones. These areas exist only in a totalitarian society and have no place in the US except in extreme situations like outside abortion clinics. And even they are not told to stand eight miles away in a barbed wire fenced off area to express their opinion. This movie is a cautionary tale of what we should all fear. Go see it today.

UPDATED:ARMED STANDOFF IN NEVADA, SCHOOL STABBING IN PA AND THE GOVERNMENT'S INVOLVEMENT IN BOTH

UPDATE 4/10- Militia groups have started to arrive in solidarity with the under siege Bundy family, a story that still is not getting wide spread coverage. The governor has spoken up as being against this land grab by the Feds and even the local sheriff is weighing getting involved. New research also destroys the Federal governments claim that this all about the Desert Tortoise. Their care facility was recently shut down for the endangered species and dozens of animals were killed, rather than find other homes for. Way to protect an endangered species, guys. Also, the land that they so desperately say is for protection is being sold to oil companies for fracking rights which no sane person can say is better than cattle grazing. This is again all about money and the Feds and the stormtroopers are the muscle for corporations to get their way regardless of the people they crush. Welcome to the new America. You voted for it.


As this is being a written, a standoff between environmentalists and a Nevada rancher is happening causing an armed response by the Federal Government. Now while I would normally side with the environmentalists, in this case I am not so sure. Regardless of that fact though, the armed guards are acting like the stormtrooper thugs we have come to expect from our government, no matter who is in  charge.


Cliven Bundy owns a ranch that dates back to the 1870's. He raises cattle. On that same area of ground is the protected species, the desert tortoise. In 1993, the federal government said he could no longer use some of him land for grazing to protect and his herd needed to be thinned. If the government had only taken say 20 acres, I would be fine with that. But they took 186,000 acres or 1200 square miles. That is a lot of land to take for anything. Bundy has tried every legal means possible and eventually, in a brave move, started not paying his taxes on it, as American's used to before they became spineless and weak. As a result, the feds came down like a hammer and started removing trespassing cows. Here where it gets frightening.

Cliven and his family were filming all of this across the street when the Nazis decided they didn't like that and proceeded to beat his son, Dave half to death, arresting him for obstruction and then released him the next day. Now Bundy says his ranch is under constant surveillance from snipers and armed troops.

The maddening part about any of this is the fact that oddly, many of these stories simply won't come up for me. A lot of these appear blocked. Whether that is due to some problem on my end or an effort by the government to stop the distribution of this story remains to be seen. If none of this appears in any newspaper or media outlet tonight, you'll have your answer. The lesson for all of this is that, if you exert your rights today, the government will crush you, which is why no protests of any sort have happened since the destruction of OWS.


While this is going on, some deranged teen stabbed at least 20 people in a school in PA. While all are expected to live, at least three are in critical condition and proves the fact that guns are not needed to cause mayhem. And while some will point out that no one died, a knife attack in China a few months back killed dozens. Guns don't always kill either, but they are much more lethal. The fact remains that we have more spree killings than anywhere else in the world. Why? It couldn't be the fact that we work everyone, students, employees, old people, to death could it? Naaaaa!

Eric Holder's response to all of this is to "brainwash" people into giving up their guns while saying maybe we should have a bracelet that only allows the user to fire it, not caring that such a device would price the gun out of existence or that it could allow then government to put a "kill switch" in said devices if they wanted. Imagine armed guards coming to take you away while your gun doesn't work.


There is even some evidence that the government is working on mind control devices. Technology exists today that beams microwaves in the form of music directly into your brain. That same tech could be used to project something far less fun. It could also lead to ways to change people's thoughts even. Fun.

The government is out of control and few are worried about it. You will be if those alleged death camps ever get opened.

LACK OF TRUST IS DESTROYING AMERICA. FIVE SIGNS THAT THE US IS FALLING APART BECAUSE OF JUST THAT.

Everything has two sides lately. Right vs. left. Evolution vs. Creationism. Gay rights vs. the Bible. Climate Change vs. Deniers. It never ends. As a result, it comes down that nothing can be believed. We have officially entered Wittgenstein territory as even getting out bed demands we make sure the floor is there first. Here are five reasons why trust is being eliminated and the end result will be the destruction of civilization if we let it continue.

1)Government- The US government has given us no good reason to trust them one iota no matter who is in power anymore. Let's look at one glaring statistic that proves that. The official unemployment rate right now stands at 6.7%. However, it is well known that that stat does not count millions who have given up looking for full time work. That statistic by the BLS says that some 90 million are not working, which even if eliminate people on disability, in prison, who part of a single worker home (which is rare) you still have 45 million unemployed which, no matter how you slice and dice it, does not equal 6.7%. The two numbers are at odds with one another, yet no one seems to take much notice about it. Look at these graphs.





Notice the steep climb in unemployed and the deep plunge in labor force and tell me the unemployment rate is 6.7%. The government is lying us as usual. And that is just one example of many. Congress approval ratings are at record low and both sides continue to pass the dumbest bills, cheered on by corporate interests that now control them completely. The Supreme Court is giving our rights away wholesale. Fascism is here to stay people. We are the victims of really bad decision making. Congrats.


2)Corporations- Thanks to a brilliant strategy of getting the dumbest Americans to vote against their own self interest, a new oligarchy has taken control of the US and good luck getting that back. For some inane reason, Republicans nationwide have fought to make it easier to get fired, break unions to keep our pay low for forty years, poison our water, steal all our money and yet, they still stand to win big in the next election, and the sole reason for that is big business has brainwashed the dumbest Americans to run lemming like off the cliff which is rapidly approaching. Corporations want us dead and have all the money to convince some of us that that is a great idea. The sow distrust and half truths to get morons like Eric Bolling to parrot their nonsense which then get sucked up by the brain dead public glued to Fox News. Corporations are using their wealth to keep people from finding out the truth that they are raping us blind. And they are doing so by lying to us on a regular basis.

3)Media- Our media has become some of the biggest liars out there. In their rush to get the story first, every news outlet treats rumor as fact, which further erodes trust in said organization when their previous statements come back to haunt them. Conspiracy theories about the Boston Bombing, Sandy Hook and other deaths due to the sheer incompetence in our new media are exploding. With Twitter, Facebook and other social media darlings, death hoaxes spread like wildfire, even interfering with actual deaths as occurred when Lou Reed died and confusion reigned for a while as no one was sure whether it a hoax or now. It wasn't and the "satire" article that caused it wrote that piece in really bad taste. In top of that we have things like Fox News with an obvious agenda and, in what should be illegal, spouts forth crap that keeps IRS and Benghazi pseudo-scandals in the news, while conveniently ignoring stuff about Republicans that are far, far worse such as their drive to kill Social Security, worker's rights and sick people. CNN is staffed by the mentally challenged, and MSNBC, as a "liberal" tilt, isn't much better. Our newspapers hire people for dirt cheap to write articles that barely qualify as English. No one trusts anything these idiots have to say anymore.


4)The Police- The police should be there to protect and serve. For most of my life, they have been there to hassle and annoy. And I'm white, meaning black people must really get the shaft with these losers. Lately, police are acting more and more like storm troopers and the public is starting to get wise to this. Shootings galore are happening on a national level, including two more these last 24 hours and a riot in CA. If a gang was killing people at this rate nationwide, they would be hunted down and lynched by angry mobs. Here, we give them a medal. Blogs and message boards are becoming increasingly hostile toward the boys in blue and with good reason: they are killing us for no reason other than they can. When trust in police fades, as is happening now, no good can come from it.

5)The Public- Recent surveys show that record numbers of people no longer trust one another. The reason being is there are so many scams and dirtbags out there, we are all getting painted with the same brush. When I was doing business write ups for Patch.com, I kept coming across people who would pass on free advertising because they were positive there was some catch, some fee they would be hit with. No matter how many times I tried to tell them otherwise, they were SURE I was up to something. That's how distrustful we have become: even if something will cost you nothing and benefit you in the process, people are still wary of the "too good to be true" rule. Check your spam emails and you will still find scams galore including variations of the Nigerian Prince scam that still cons the most gullible among us. Nobody trusts anyone anymore and with good reason as they have been burned many times by the time anyone reaches thirty. When the public no longer trusts anyone, not their doctor, not their lawyer, not their parents. not their kids, civilization is doomed. We do not trust institutions like banks. We do not trust our own spouses sometimes of infidelity. Quite simply, we do not trust anyone for anything. And that will unravel us quicker than any nuclear bomb or bio-epidemic ever will.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: SUPREME COURT

This wasn't even a close one as the worst Supreme Court in the history of this nation made yet another bone headed decision based on a reality that just doesn't exist. Anyone doubting the lack of intelligence in the conservative base look no further than five judges that just officially killed any resemblance of democracy left. You now live in an oligarchy. Enjoy. Let's see those runner ups.


1)Ivan Lopez- I am sick to death of nutbags filling innocent people full of holes. The latest tragedy took place at Foot Hood, which has now seen two such shootings in just the last few years. The last one was a religious psycho while this time was more of your average run of the mill lunatic that roam our streets with impunity since we got rid of all the housing that once would have kept them off the streets. Now this guy was a special type of nuts as he wasn't suffering from PTSD, less mankind is becoming so pussified that a car backfiring starts triggering random acts of violence. He never saw combat or was ever injured but appeared to be suffering from some undiagnosed mental illness, which may have not been helped as it appears he may have been on some sort of SSRI's which are the one common dominator in almost all shootings for the past few decades. Are these pills causing some to react badly to the medication, ala The Reavers in Firefly? Is mental illness increasing in this pitch black world? The fact that these types of scenarios are not playing out on a world wide scale suggests, that for whatever reason, people in the US are going insane at a higher level than anywhere else. Why?

2)Robert H Richards IV-If anyone wants real proof that our justice system is rigged toward the rich and the media is a bought and paid for entity, this story is it. In a shocking bit of Alfluenza, this heir to the DuPont fortune was given probation for raping his three year old daughter. He was also accused of sexually assaulting his 19th month old son. The judge said the unemployed trust fund idiot "wouldn't fare well in prison," and was worried about his treatment by other prisoners. BOO HOO! So prison is fine for a poor person but a rich person gets to back to his mansion? The corporate news made no mention of this anywhere as well. Shocking. And the Supreme Court just guaranteed this will happen more and more. Way to vote Republican dumbasses. You've killed us all.


3)Personal Audio Inc.-More and more companies are buying questionable "patents," and then suing anyone who violates this legal form of piracy. Personal Audio is saying they invented the podcast method and have said anyone who uses podcast owes them money. Nevermind the fact they didn't invent the thing or had any input in marketing them, they just bought a patent of an idea, and are now suing Adam Corolla for millions of dollars. If it works, expect them to start suing everyone. This occurs in print as well as some vultures buy patents on material and sue anyone who uses them, in full violation of copyrights law as written right now. This company sucks as does anyone who works for them.

4)Albuquerque PD- This deadly police force killed another person this week who also was unarmed, in what can only be described as serial murders at this point. The DOJ has continued to drag their feet as more and more people are being killed. The trainer at the police academy there, Jack Jones, is actually teaching new recruits to be much more paranoid than they need to be and is one of the big reasons for this rash of questionable shootings. He needs to be removed at once and most of the police force should be up on charges by now. Do not expect the DOJ to do anything soon so anyone who lives there realize that the gangs are probably less dangerous than the local police force, Act accordingly.


5)FBI- Another group of worthless individuals who seem incapable of doing just about anything correctly. This week, these brainpowers started an investigation into High Frequency Trading (HFT) after a 60 Minutes piece and a new book stated that the stock market is rigged. Unfortunately for the FBI, this is old news for most of us. This site reported on this exact fact some two years ago and pretty much nailed everything that was going on. If  a guy with no resources other than an Internet connection and a few people I know who work on Wall Street can figure it out, then the FBI should have been on top of this before even me. But when the corporate media and Feds finally come around, it's really old news. It would seem the only reason they are getting involved now is because of the press and people waking up to the fact of what most of us already knew. The game is rigged against us and the rich are stealing from us at levels unheard of in human history. As long as we keep voting in democrats or Republicans who allow this, nothing will change. Start voting smarter.

6)Ebola- Ebola Zaire, one of the deadliest diseases known to mankind is spreading across parts of Africa and has killed almost a hundred people so far. Three cases of what might be Ebola have been found in Canada and the US, although experts are saying it is Lassa or some other hemorrhagic fever, but even if it was Ebola, there is no way they would ever tell us until they have to. I've seen first hand the disease preparation plan for CT and even the guy in charge of it told me the plan is seriously flawed and would probably never work. It won't as it didn't in New Orleans where they had all the problems an outbreak would have to a lesser extent and it failed miserably during Katrina. If Ebola does start to spread across North America, be prepared to spend a lot of time indoors and away from others.


7)Hobby Lobby- The hypocritical assholes are the worst. They are currently waiting a decision from the Supreme Court about religious rights being granted to corporations because they don't want to have to pay for certain types of birth control they object too. Should the ruling go their way, corporations will have carde blanche to deny whatever they want for "religious purposes." Mother Jones has uncovered the fact that while Hobby Lobby doesn't want to pay for birth control they object to, they have no problem investing in companies that make said products. That's right, Hobby Lobby owns a lot of stock in companies who make the exact same birth control products they object to so they have no problem making money off it, just distributing it. What a bunch of losers.


8)Colin Chisolm III and Lady Andrea- For all of those who complain about poor people gaming the system, these two are the real culprits when it comes to fraud. These multimillionaires somehow managed to get food stamps, welfare and Medicaid while living the high life in a mansion with a yacht. They are being accused of stealing around $167,000 while touring the world. When their fraud was found out they tried to escape to Europe in their yacht but were foiled by authorities after being found in the Bahamas. Hope they like prison. Oh wait they're rich. Enjoy the probation they will most likely get. Weeeeeeee!

9)Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich- After only a few weeks as CEO of Mozilla, Eich was forced to step down because of his support for anti-gay agendas. Many, including Bill Maher of all people, have accused the "Gay mafia," of taking him out and free speech proponents are mad as hell that someone could be fired for this. Here's the thing. In this country you have every right to say or believe what you want. I have every right to think you an idiot for said beliefs and voice that as well. That is what happened here. People seem to forget that in many states, you can be fired for being gay. Now that pendulum has swung the other way, if you have anti-gay beliefs, you're going to get stomped. Just ask Duck Dynasty whose rating plummeted after their anti-gay garbage. Gay people are people. Period. If your anti-gay, keep it to yourself. Ask yourself this: If Eich had been a member of NAMBLA, wouldn't the outcome be the same? Or if he was grand wizard of the Klu Klux Klan? What's the difference between these reprehensible forms of thought and anti-gay beliefs? Isn't being anti-gay at this point, no different than being a racist or supporting child molestation? It's time to stop hiding behind the Bible and accept tolerance as Jesus would have wanted you to.

Or so sayeth five conservatives on the high court who just killed democracy and gave all the power to oligarchs like George Soros, the Koch Brothers and Sheldon Adelson. Awesome. They fuckwads struck down the amount of candidates any one person can give to any political party, making the new limit is around $3.5 million per donor. There are ways around this as well as Super Pacs allow unlimited funds so now every race is going to have millions thrown out it by the greedy rich who will now be imposing their views with no way to stop them. According to the Supreme Court, corruption only exist if someone with a twirling mustache gives a big bag of money with a dollar sign on it to a politician as it is all caught in tape ABSCAM style. Nevermind the fact that giving any candidate lots of money means lots of influence that person has over said candidate, that's not corrupting at all (roll eyes and sigh here). Way to go Supreme Court, you've stabbed the US in the back and it was fatal. Things are going to get so much worse now. Congratulations Supreme Court you are indeed douchebag of the week.

THE SUPREME COURT, IVAN LOPEZ AND OTHER THINGS THAT SUCK HARD

It's been another fine week of douchebaggery with the Supreme Court getting the top honors and the certain douchebag of the week spot, now that democracy is officially dead. Worse yet, the American people have become so non-self aware that they actually don't see it as big a problem as it really is according to a new poll. With all of this we have had another shooting at Fort Hood, by Ivan Lopez which is yet another case of mental illness gone wrong, and the Albuquerque PD has shot another unarmed person which it turns out the police force is unbelievably being trained to do.


Let's start with the Supreme Court who yesterday struck down how much money anyone can give to what is now an unlimited number of candidates. The individual amount of $2600 is still in effect (for now but expect that to go under the knife next) but this can easily be circumvented due to the rules already in place thanks to Citizens United, which was heralded by Clarence Thomas's wife, yet he still ruled on it like the dick he is. What this means is that our politicians are now officially bought and paid for, and you now officially live in a oligarchy, plutocracy or fascist state, your call as all are technically right. RIP America. It was nice knowing you.

Meanwhile, a new scientific poll demonstrates how out of touch the average American really is. When asked which was worse, this ruling or when politicians bend to special interests once in office, 63% said the latter. The funny thing about this is that if you eliminate the former, the latter becomes less likely but as the average American has the logical skills of a hamster that result is not surprising. 75% of those asked said politicians are corrupt and use their influence for family and friends so there some hope there for seeing the writing on the wall at least.


70% said using their power to bully someone is really bad which would explain Chris Christie's plummeting numbers in the state of New Jersey, yet still not as affected on national polls further demonstrating the stupidity that is rampant nationwide. 53% have an unfavorable view of Obamacare, which is not surprising considering the massive price hikes we were told wouldn't happen, the disastrous web site which is still not working in states like MA and Delaware, and the idiotic "if you like your doctor you can keep him" statement, all of which are sinking the President's ratings.

67% want a raise of the minimum wage, 35% think mechanical problems sank Flight 370 (which at this point is the least likely explanation), 61% want the Keystone Pipeline built, and an astounding 78% have a favorable view of the police. Those that live in Albuquerque, NM may have another view as the local thugs posing as police shot ANOTHER unarmed person yesterday. Turns out the guy training the new cadets there, a fascist thug named Jack Jones, has shortened the training time for new officers from 22 weeks to 16, has fired trainers that disagreed with his "shoot first, ask questions later," mentality, and is making the new cadets far more paranoid than they need to be. This is the same group of assholes who shot at a minivan full of kids some time back, have killed almost 40 people in questionable shootings over the last 3 years, and had a full scale riot on their hands due to their heavy handed behavior. If a street gang was doing this, the public would demand their arrest and prosecution. Instead the DOJ is dragging their feet like always and, just like GM and Toyota, innocent people are dying in the meanwhile. If you live in the Albuquerque area either avoid the city at all costs, or of you do, bring every weapon you have and if you even suspect a police officer is going for his gun, shoot first and ask questions later, just like they do. Better to wind up alive and behind bars then dead and buried.


The poll also shows that Hillary Clinton has a commanding lead of 64% over her only other two rivals, Joe Biden at 11% and unbelievably, Liz Warren at 6%. If democrats are this dumb, there really is no hope for humanity. Liz Warren is the best hope we have and no one seems interested. Sad, sad, sad. The GOP race is much tighter, with no one having much of a chance versus Hillary when she decides to run, which she will. Mike Huckabee leads the pack at 15%, followed closely by Jeb Bush, Rand Paul, Chris Christie and somehow, Paul Ryan. Yeah get him up there and watch the GOP lose badly again dumbasses. 2012 wasn't that long ago. Sheesh!

During all of this, the middle class is disappearing. Take a look at the graphic below of the Chicago area and witness first hand how much poverty has spread since 1970.






That's telling isn't it. As wages have flatlined now for over forty years, the wealth has gone to the highest earners and now that they have complete control over our politicians, the problem is only going to get worse.

We had another shooting at Foot Hood yesterday, not some Muslim scumbag with a religious deathwish this time, but instead, a person with a serious, undiagnosed mental illness. So far we know the shooter, Ivan Lopez, had been prescribed Ambien, which can lead to aggressive behavior, but I'd be willing to bet he was on some sort of anti-depressant which is something almost every single shooter over the last twenty years have been on. How come pot is so awful that anytime anyone with the drug in their system is the reason for that person's issues but SSRI's never are, even though the link is becoming very apparent? Supposedly he was being investigated for having PTSD which makes no sense as he never was injured or even saw combat for the whopping four months he spent in Iraq. I know people who have done multiple tours through heavy combat and not one has PTSD. Doctors are using this excuse way too often for it too be real as often as presribed. Now I am not saying that PTSD is fake because it isn't and some who have seen terrible things do suffer from it. I am saying that psychiatrists use it ALL the time now, like Amanda Bynes for example, who was said to be suffering from PTSD due to the stress of her show. Not possible, douchebags but nice try covering up a woman's serious mental illness with this throwaway diagnosis. PTSD is becoming the new "exhaustion" explanation for the rich and powerful and undermines those who actually suffer from this serious problem.


Lopez is yet another in a long line of sick people who if we actually had psychiatrists who knew what they were doing, along with a place to put these people since the ACLU shut them all down, wouldn't have killed anyone and would have gotten the help he needed before shooting a bunch of innocent people.

The world is sinking fast people. Better get a life raft before they are all gone.

BARACK OBAMA ORDERS ARREST OF TOP CEO'S FOR FRAUD AS REPUBLICANS GIVE UP DRIVE TO RUIN AMERICA.

Barack Obama today ordered the arrest of Dudley T. Moneybags, CEO of The Christian Corporation, Sheila Greedson, CEO of Chinese Imports Inc., and Donald Brackwater, CEO of the Clean Water Collation for violating countless US regulations and causing the deaths of millions of US citizens.

Moneybags has been accused of denying basic medical services for his employees on the grounds that according to his version of the  Bible, doctors are the spawn of Satan and only prayer is the best way to get better. Dead people have been stacking up like cordwood and Moneybags had been using the corpses as furniture, fuel for the boiler and food for the cafeteria area. SWAT teams found Moneybags eating the left breast of his former secretary when they arrived. After they finished throwing up, he was brought to booking where he immediately burst into tears.

Greedson is being accused of using cheap, toxic Chinese materials that have caused fevers, blisters and spontaneous human combustion in millions of people worldwide. The baby pacifiers she recently had on the market were apparently made from Fukushima waste products and were so radioactive some infants turned into the Hulk causing untold havoc when they got angry. You wouldn't like these babies when they got angry. When police discovered Greedson's enormous bulk wouldn't let her fit into a normal cell they used the local elephant habitat to contain her huge girth.

Brackwater's company had an "accidental" spill into the Idaho water supply that literally caused some to explode with the force of a grenade. Video surfaced of a drunken Brackwater intentionally opening the flood gates while singing "Expolsion," loudly and off key. Brackwater was still drunk when arrested and continued to sing the entire litany of songs from Justin Bieber for some reason as he was being transferred off to jail. A search of his home showed a shrine to the teen idol as well as several kidnapped youths who had been forced to join some deranged boy band for Brackwater's own amusement.

Republicans finally saw the writing on the wall and declared their support for Obama's policies, realizing that if they didn't, lynch mobs were coming for them. Ted Cruz resigned immediately and went back to work as a gay porn producer. Rand Paul admitted he was never really a doctor and the whole sham was to make his father proud, which of course, he wasn't. Michelle Bachmann revealed that her entire congressional career was one long act, ala Joaquin Phoenix, and in reality she was more liberal than Mother Theresa.

Insurance companies admitted that Obamacare wasn't why prices were rising but due to sheer greed and immediately reversed course, dropping rates to affordable levels once again. Sheldon Adelson revealed himself as the devil incarnate and immediately went back to hell as, and I quote, "America isn't evil enough anymore." He mentioned something about going to Russia instead and disappeared in a cloud of foul smelling smoke, sulfur and Aqua Velva.


Paul Ryan released his new budget today which strengthened Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid while raising taxes on the rich and corporations. He was quoted as saying, "Ayn Rand can suck it," as he said he wanted to restore unemployment benefits, raise the minimum wage to $20 an hour and calls for the death sentence on any corporate leader for so much as sneezing the wrong way.

Obama's popularity went through the roof as the GOP confirmed that their party was dead and buried and were desperately trying to rebrand themselves as so gay friendly, they adopted the rainbow flag as their new logo. Several politicians, including Louie Golmert, Mike Grimm, and John Boehner were seen in a gay pride parade the other day wearing nothing more than assless chaps, various wigs and a strap on penis to try to get someone to vote for them in the next election which seems unlikely as the Democrats party has a 90% approval rating going in and the Republicans hovered somewhere between jock itch and sleeping with an octogenarian.


It would be nice of any of that was true. April fool's all.
