THE FASCIST STATE AND YOU

If any of the new ominous bills pass, such as John McCain's battlefield US plan or Joe Lieberman's new rat out the terrorist blogger bill, yours truly may suddenly disappear one day. If this blog suddenly stops with no explanation, know that I have been "liberated" to some dark hole. When are people going to stop defending the government/corporations and start demanding real change?

The Tea Party needs to get their heads out their asses and actually join in with the Occupy Wall St movement. The OWS crowd needs to stop behaving like a bunch of spoiled children and DEMAND specific changes. This, and I hate to say this, communist outlook of "can't we all just share," philosophy doesn't work and provably so as the USSR and China have all stopped being communist in nay way shape or form and are now just totalitarian regimes with a sprinkle of capitalism. Sound familiar? We are more like these countries every day and no one wants to say anything about it.

Back in the sixties, Professor Stanley Milgram tried experiments on people to see how far they could be pushed by an authoritative figure to deliver electric shocks to an unwanted individual. 63% complied to "shock" the person they were told to. In reality, the person being shocked was an actor and no real pain was delivered. But the study showed that people will commit horrible offenses if they are told to do so. Recently, the experiment was done again and, like before 73%, shocked the actor when told to do so. However, if a second person was placed in the room delivering shocks to the actor and he then quit, his partner was more likely to follow suit.

This is a stunning psychological look at how sheepish we really are. We will follow orders without thinking of the consequences and we will bow out when others do the same. In other words, most people are content to go with the flow, no matter where it takes them. It would certainly explain the yo yo effect the GOP candidates have had this election season. The Tea Party would seem to be the biggest groups of sycophants alive today. Mind you the OWS movement could also use some leaders to start moving this thing forward, unless continuous pepper spray is to your liking.

Here's some simple demands. 1) End the fed. 2)Remove all money from politics. 3) Ban insider trading within Congress and Wall St buy using harsh penalties for anyone caught (Federal prison with hardcore criminals for many years is a start). 4)End useless oversights like the Drug War, Homeland Security, the TSA, and VIPER teams. 5)Arrests for anybody involved (public or private) who helped cause the financial crisis and lastly 6)demand that all corporations have to use a certain percentage of their profits for wages for all their employees as well as wages tied from the highest to lowest by percentages. This will cause them to give everyone a much needed raise. Our salaries are dropping and no one seems to care. All this talk about having a job is worthless if they don't pay anything and that's where we stand today. It's no so much about jobs but good paying ones and no one is a anymore. The average salary is slightly less than 26,500 dollars down 14,000 from forty years ago. Are things cheaper than they were forty years ago? Hell no. So why are salaries going the other way? Mainly because the flood of women entering the job market in the 70's diluted the job pool to such an extent that companies could pay far less to attract good workers. This is not me being sexist but a fact. Women working was a good idea in theory but has proven to be an abject distaste. As that genie has left the bottle, government should be looking at doing something to get everyone's salaries way up because women barefoot and pregnant is not going to happen nor should it.

We no longer live in democracy and it is becoming more and more apparent every day. Our laws are being rewritten to keep up us in this prison USA. Read Animal Farm and you'll see it is more non-fiction than you would like. The derivative market is trying to move itself onto the back of the FDIC or in other words risky bids are once again being moved onto taxpayer shoulders. There is not enough money in the world to cover these loses so should they go under so does the FDIC and so does all the money in every bank everywhere.

In other news, FOIA documents reveal that Hank Paulson warned executives at his former company of Goldman Sachs that Fannie and Freddie were going to fail and they should get out stat. This is the very definition of insider trading. It's good to be the King.

Newt Gingrich continues to rise, proving my point that the Tea Party are the biggest bunch of sheep out there. The poll numbers for the flavor of the week (Trump, Bachmann, Cain, Perry all have flamed out as people looked closer at them) all betray them as looking for GOP candidates only who do not have their best interests at heart. The next election will inevitably have Tweedledum and Tweedledee running, and if it's Gingrich versus Obama, Obama gets the edge just for not being a fat, blowhard bastard. No way does Gingrich win and god help us all if he does.

Read 1984, Brave New World, or Animal Farm for a real look at what is occurring. Pray that things get better because, as of right now, things look bleak. Start being one of those that stands up and not follows. There's too many of the latter right now. This is how I'm protesting. What's your excuse.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: CONGRESS

A quiet week as Thanksgiving usually is according to the nightly news. Oh wait a minute, no it wasn't. The stock market dropped six consecutive days over the dawning realization that the Euro was going to collapse, war with Syria/Iran is looking to be imminent, and Congress is proving to be wholly out of step with any sense of reason. Let's look at those runner ups.

1)Syracuse Police Department-Proving many people's point that a world wide kiddie porn ring is in existence with many high levels members is coming more and more to the forefront every day. On top of the recent problems with how Penn State handled the Jerry Sandusky affair, now comes word that for some inane reason, the Syracuse police department apparently covered up crimes against its basketball head coach for also molesting little boys way back in 2002. The local DA is up in arms that the police are still trying to cover up what happened and their involvement. The police are no longer here to serve and protect but to make you obey whatever stupid laws are being told for them to do. On top of all this, we find out that the reason pot arrests are way, way up is money. Shocker. From 1968-1995 there were 33,000 arrests for possession. Since then 550,000. Police rely on stats that show they accomplishing something and thus federal money is granted them. As a result of them pumping up their numbers with easy pot possession arrests (illegal now in some states including mine of MA), they are simultaneously ignoring cases involving robbery, assault even rape. Your tax dollars at work. The police departments as they are now need to be completely reworked as to how they operate. The alternative is slavery.

2)Walmart shoppers- This week we heard of a woman macing others for an X-box game, another man who died during the melees(of natural causes) but whose body went undiscovered for hours as people stepped over him with never a though of helping, and several who were robbed outside of their hard earned goods. A special shout out to the moron security team in some suburb that pepper sprayed the crown INSIDE THE STORE. Needless to say that didn't go over well and the whole store had to be evacuated with children among the injured.

3)The Tea Party/GOP- These idiots are the worst of the worst. They have become shills for the very people they are supposed to hate. As they are joined by the GOP on calling the protesters a bunch of unwashed hippies (which is semi-true), they have piled on to the big business good/government bad theory. Bad news sloths, business and government are one and the same, thus the fascist police state you now live in and whole heartedly support. Don't believe me? Turn the news and try to decide what you are seeing is in Egypt, Syria or your back yard. From a distance, you will have no clue, unless the news tells you WHERE it is.

Why is this not the same when the Tea Party first started (and which when I agreed with them before they went flying off the rails) when big banks and the economy was the focus; when they were the demons? Now its all about gay rights and abortion, which many a GOP member still says are the most important issues we have to face. REALLY? That's the issues that will save our failing economy and world? Not that the Democrats are any better but really what idiot out there feels that these are the major problems facing this country? Do you really want an American Taliban controlling what we do all the time? It's time to wake up people and stop voting these people into office. Also, any idiot believing in this nonsense needs to leave the country stat. You want a fascist state, where religion rules all? You can move there any time. It's called Iran. Enjoy. Leave the rest of us the F#$K alone. Either join in the protests, which are in your best interests morons, or get the hell out. I'm sick of the lot of you.

4)Pakistan- After we went in and killed a bunch of actual terrorists within the Pakistan borders, and killing several of their soldiers who really had no business there, the Pakistani government cut off all supply lines to Afghanistan. This is one of the main reasons we need to be out of the country. As long as we ae there, we have to kowtow to the Pakistanis to keep supply lines open. But, in a true catch-22, as long as we are there, we have to worry about cross border raids form Taliban hiding within their borders. I give credit to this administration (and even Bush) for not doing what we did in Vietnam and let Chinese supply lines remain open. The Pakistanis have to pick a side and should be very careful with whom. There is a strong possibility that this will strengthen ties with an increasingly hostile Russia and China. A World War looms.

5)Russis- Putin is consolidating his power and the Cold War appears to be reigniting. The Russians are still mad about our proposed missile shield protecting eastern Europe from a nuclear attack. Why this should bother anybody is beyond me. We should never use nuclear weapons, less the planet dies. The Russians seem hell bent on bringing us back to the bad old days and even re-establishing the USSR.

6)Syria- Syrian leader Assad is refusing to back down from world wide protests to step down. War plans are being drawn up with the Arab League, the US and UK all telling the citizens to leave immediately. The supercarrier George W. Bush (I would hate to serve aboard any vehicle named after such an awful president) has been moved off the coast and the Admiral Kuznetsov, Russia's only carrier left in their mostly mothballed fleet, arrives soon to join three other Russian warships already there. That doesn't sound too confrontational does it? Sigh. The Russians have warned us not to try a Libya style takeover or else face the consequences. Any attack could unleash, literaly, holy hell with Iran, with Lebanon and Israel getting involved almost immediately, let alone Russia, China and even possibly North Korea. The world is about to ride a razor's edge. Pray.

7)Congress- Yes as the world burns, Congress continues to pass worthless bills that do nothing to fix the economy. The Super Congress that everyone was so worried about taking our guns away (which would NEVER have happened the way the committee was structured), couldn't even do the one thing they were SUPPOSED to do. And they wonder why they stand at a nine percent approval rating. Instead now comes a truly onerous bill, S. 1253. Under this new bill, indefinite detention without charges or trial could be levied on anyone, anywhere, even in your own home. Imagine a world where you could be taken at a moments notice, never told where you went and sit in a cell forever without anyone telling you what you were charged with. Wait a minute. That's the exact plot of Kafka's The Trial, an excellent book and apparently non fiction now. That is the most unamerican piece of garbage I have ever heard. They just say the word terrorist and poof you disappear. The ACLU has written a strongly worded letter decrying this awful bill. This would be a red line for us as well. If you start disappearing members of movement like Occupy Wall ST then violence will be the only solution. And that is something I would condone. Most likely, yours truly will be on the first bus to blackout town, but I'd hoping to be elsewhere if that occurs. I am starting to hear from people that leaving the country may not be a bad idea, that bad things are afoot. I'd like to leave before they seal the borders. Anyone reading out there might want to think about the same. I don't know where might be better but Iceland and Argentina sound nice. So congratulations, Congress you are douchebags of the week.

TEN THINGS I'M THANKFUL FOR

With all sorts of horrible things happening this week, (Gingrich at the top of the polls, police brutality at an all time high, war with Syria/Iran imminent) lets take time out to reflect on what we should be thankful for.

10)I'm thankful I don't live in Iran and Syria. Americans were warned today that they should get the hell out of Syria and Europe and the Arab League are supposedly drawing up plans for a Libya style invasion including establishment of a no fly zone. Russia and China are less than pleased with this prospect. The US has moved super carrier the George W. Bush (ugh) into the region and France is petitioning NATO to intervene. Assad's rule is over whether he wants to admit it or not. He should see what happened with Qaddafi and maybe think about stepping down. This war could get bloody if Iran, Russia, China, North Korea or all of them get involved. Yuck.

9)I'm thankful I'm not the president of Berkley college or officer John Pike. Good luck with any career you thought you might have. Pike has become an icon and not a good one. I particularly liked the picture of him spraying the Founding Fathers. And the president of Berkley has flip flopped her story so many times you'd think she was running for president.

8)I'm thankful neither me nor my girlfriend weigh several hundred pounds. Seriously people, eat a salad once a while.

7)I'm thankful I have a roof over my head in a nice neighborhood. Many in the world don't have that luxury especially if your mailing address is Juarez, Detroit or lately, the White House.

6)I'm thankful to have some money in a credit union that isn't being used to help the big banks that screwed everything up in the first place.

5)I'm thankful I'm not a fundamentalist because I like being able to think for myself.

4)I'm thankful I'm not a member of the Tea Party for exactly the same reason and number five.

3)I'm thankful I don't get all my news from FOX because I would apparently believe that Obama is an African born Marxist, that Newt Gingrich has the temperament and ability to be President and that bleach chases away the thirsties.

2)I'm thankful that I don't work for an organization like Fox News, the FBI or any idiot in Britain that said there is no proof of water preventing dehydration. Sigh.

1)I'm thankful for my friends, family and health, even though the latter is so precarious that everyday I wait for a new issue to cost me a small fortune. Again.Yeah our health care system rocks.

Happy Thanksgiving all.

MEET THE NEW BOSS SAME AS THE OLD BOSS

What goes around comes around and lately it seems like deja vu all over again. Why does nothing change? Why do people do the EXACT same thing over and over again and expect a different result, the very definition of insanity. Every time I turn the news on it's a story I watched anywhere from forty years ago to yesterday.

Let's start with John Pike, the asshole cop who pepper sprayer innocent protesters for no apparent reason. The same thing happened back in the sixties when tear gas was used for similar purposes. And why do our campus police need riot gear? If there was ever a reason why tuition is skyrocketing, here's one cause. Hacker group Anonymous released all of Pike's personal information so I'm sure his day so far is just peachy. Let the death threats begin (not that I condone that but they are going to happen). Someone's going to have to move, loser.

In similar fashion, these sights are being seen all over the world, and it makes us look like the fascist collective we really are. With the Egyptian junta now in power, they don't seem to want to leave. Shocker. So now protesters have returned to protest the very military they helped put in power. They are supposedly even more brutal than Mubarak. The Devil you know, people. However, as the US voices concern, the rest of the world is looking at us doing the exact same thing to our people. How much freer are we when you can't tell the difference between Egypt and Oakland?

And now comes the rise of Newt Gingrich, a guy so dickish he exudes ode de asshole. Anybody thinking of voting for this waste of space has got to be committed. His policies include eliminating SS, medicare and Medicade. That'll go over well. Odd that at first he thought the Ryan Medical plan was garbage but now backs it wholeheartedly. Nice flip flop douche. Today, this ass actually said he wanted all school janitors fired, because they are union and replace them with school kids. Yeah that $12.75 the average janitor makes is really too high (insert sarcasm here). Only the retards in the Tea Party could ask for a leader like this. He took money from Freddie Mac, lobbies for big business and banks and calls it consulting and divorced his first wife on her deathbed. Loser. Any moron brave enough to put an elect Gingrich sticker on his car is going to get all their windows broken.

The super committee was a super failure which came as surprise to exactly no one. The GOP wasn't going to budge on taxes and the the Democrats weren't going to move on entitlements. A special shout out to all the morons out there who said the super congress would move next to get rid of guns a fact I am so tired of hearing. Gun control is all but dead and goes up there with the left leaning media as things that don't exist except in Tea Party fantasies.

As for anyone else who thinks the economy is going swimmingly here's some quotes for you.

#1 Credit Suisse’s Fixed Income Research unit: “We seem to have entered the last days of the euro as we currently know it. That doesn’t make a break-up very likely, but it does mean some extraordinary things will almost certainly need to happen – probably by mid-January – to prevent the progressive closure of all the euro zone sovereign bond markets, potentially accompanied by escalating runs on even the strongest banks.”

#2 Willem Buiter, chief economist at Citigroup: “Time is running out fast. I think we have maybe a few months — it could be weeks, it could be days — before there is a material risk of a fundamentally unnecessary default by a country like Spain or Italy which would be a financial catastrophe dragging the European banking system and North America with it.”

#3 Jim Reid of Deutsche Bank: “If you don’t think Merkel’s tone will change then our investment advice is to dig a hole in the ground and hide.”

#4 David Rosenberg, a senior economist at Gluskin Sheff in Toronto: “Lenders are finding it difficult to finance their day-to-day operations with short-term funding. This is a lot like 2008 but with more twists.”

#5 Christian Stracke, the head of credit research for Pimco: “This is just a repeat of what we saw in 2008, when everyone wanted to see toxic assets off the banks’ balance sheets”

#6 Paul Krugman of the New York Times: “At this point I’d guess soaring rates on Italian debt leading to a gigantic bank run, both because of solvency fears about Italian banks given a default and because of fear that Italy will end up leaving the euro. This then leads to emergency bank closing, and once that happens, a decision to drop the euro and install the new lira. Next stop, France.”

#7 Paul Hickey of Bespoke Investment Group: “More and more, we are hearing anecdotal comments from individual and professionals that this is the most difficult environment they have ever experienced as the market is like a fish flopping around after being taken out of the water.”

#8 Bob Janjuah of Nomura International: “Germany appears to be adamant that full political and fiscal integration over the next decade (nothing substantive will happen over the short term, in my view) is the only option, and ECB monetisation is no longer possible. I really think it is that clear and simple. And if I am wrong, and the ECB does a U-turn and agrees to unlimited monetisation, I will simply wait for the inevitable knee-jerk rally to fade before reloading my short risk positions. Even if Germany and the ECB somehow agree to unlimited monetisation I believe it will do nothing to fix the insolvency and lack of growth in the eurozone. It will just result in a major destruction of the ECB‟s balance sheet which will force an ECB recap. At that point, I think Germany and its northern partners would walk away. Markets always want short, sharp, simple solutions.”

#9 Dan Akerson, CEO of General Motors: “The ’08 recession, which was a credit bubble that manifested itself through primarily the real estate market, that was a serious stress….This is much more serious.”

#10 Francesco Garzarelli of Goldman Sachs: “Pressures on Euro area sovereign bond markets have progressively intensified and spread like a wildfire.”

#11 Jim Rogers: “In 2002 it was bad, in 2008 it was worse and 2012 or 2013 is going to be worse still – be careful”

#12 Dr. Pippa Malmgren, the President and founder of Principalis Asset Management who once worked in the White House as an adviser to President Bush: “Market forces are increasingly determining what the options are and foreclosing on options policymakers thought they had. One option which is now under discussion involves permitting a country to temporarily leave the Euro, return to its native currency, devalue, commit to returning to the Euro at a better debt to GDP ratio, a better exchange rate and a better growth trajectory and yet not sacrifice its EU membership. I would like to say for the record that this is precisely the thought process that I expected to evolve, but when I proposed this possibility back in 2009, and again in September 2010, I had a 100% response from clients and others that this was “impossible” and many felt it was “ridiculous”. They may be right but this is the current state of the discussion. The Handelsblatt in Germany has reported this conversation, but wrongly assumes that the country that will exit is Germany. I think that Germany will have to exit if the Southern European states do not. Germany’s preference is to stay in the Euro and have the others drop out. The problem has been the Germans could not convince the others to walk away. But, now, market pressures are forcing someone to leave. Germany is pushing for that someone to be Italy. They hope that this would be a one off exception, not to be repeated by any other country. Obviously, though, if Italy leaves the Euro and reverts to Lira then the markets will immediately and forcefully attack Spain, Portugal and even whatever is left of the already savaged Greeks. These countries will not be able to compete against a devalued Greece or Italy when it come to tourism or even infrastructure. But, the principal target will be France. The three largest French banks have roughly 450 billion Euros of exposure to Italian debt. So, further sovereign defaults are certainly inevitable, but that is true under any scenario. Growth and austerity will not do the trick, as ZeroHedge rightly points out. Ultimately, I will not be at all surprised to see Europe’s banking system shut for days while the losses and payments issues are worked out. People forget that the term “bank holiday” was invented in the 1930’s when the banks were shut for exactly the same reason.”

#13 Daniel Clifton, a policy strategist with Strategas Research Partners on the potential for more downgrades of U.S. debt: “We would expect further downgrades, a first downgrade from Moody’s and Fitch and possibly a second downgrade from S&P.”

#14 Warren Buffett on the problems in the eurozone: “The system as presently designed has revealed a major flaw. And that flaw won’t be corrected just by words. Europe will either have to come closer together or there will have to be some other rearrangement because this system is not working”

#15 David Kostin, equity strategist for Goldman Sachs: “The wide range of possible outcomes on both the super committee process and the unstable political economy in Europe drives our view that investors should assume the worst while hoping for the best.”

#16 Mark Mobius, the head of the emerging markets desk at Templeton Asset Management: “There is definitely going to be another financial crisis around the corner”

#17 Gerald Celente, founder of The Trends Research Institute: “The whole system is going down. Pull your money out your Fidelity account, your Scwhab accout, and your ETFs.”

The system is going down like the Titanic and there are not enough life boats for everyone. Fasten up people. This ride's about to get bumpy.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: MAIN STREAM MEDIA

Having watched the MSM piss all over the Occupy Wall St crowd without mercy on just about every network which inevitably leads to the question: "Where is this left wing media you speak of because it certainly isn't obvious to anyone with a brain?" Trust me we'll get everyone involved, including OWS, in this rapidly devolving country in this week's column.

1)The Tea Party- A glimmer of hope was restored to me as Tea Party members and the Occupy Wall St crowd met in Memphis with the hopes of talking out the differences. The startling part is that they suddenly both realized that a lot of them had similar goals, such as hating the bank bailouts, wanting higher taxes for millionaires and ending government corruption, all noble causes. But the central sticking point was who was to blame. The Tea Party contends corporations are our savior from an out of control government where the OWS bunch say government is the only way to regulate companies better. It basically broke down to a tastes great/less filling argument. The funny part is that they are both right. As our country is now a fascist collective, government and corporations are one and the same. Only by getting corporate money out of the system and restore our politicians to some degree of sanity do we have any hope of being saved.

That being said, The Tea Party is the most fickle bunch of losers I've ever seen. You guys latch on to whatever idiot candidate the GOP sets up for failure and you salivate over them until you realize that they are just as big a douche as Obama is. Think about it, Trump, he's up, he's down. Then Bachmann. Then Perry. Then Cain. And now......

2)Presenting Newt Gingrich whose shelf life began to expire months ago. Do you really want a dick president who speaks out of both sides of his mouth. Yes, Gingrich actually said, he only took money from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae for historical perspective. Nice to know that the government is wasting money on a fat blowhard like you to give us information any idiot with a laptop could convey. They used you like a lobbyist and called you a "consultant" instead. We're not so stupid you fat, fat bastard. Go blow across Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, divorce another wife from her deathbed (that's class), and explain to me how your career hasn't been one failure after another. GO AWAY FAT MAN.

3)OWS- Yes even the OWS crowd is starting to get me irritated with their hippie nonsense which didn't play well back in the eighties, where it was decades out of date, any better than now. Could we please stop with all the nonsense that demands and leadership are not what you are about. One schmuck actually said, "We don't give demands because that's what terrorist's do." No, demands are given by everyday people when they want something. You can demand a raise at work, you can demand the city fix a pothole that's killing cars, demands about anything don't make you a terrorist. And it is time for you guys to stop acting like the MSM wants you to appear and get serious. Make some serious demands like. "We want a 5% tax on all Wall Street transactions," or "We want salaries of corporations tied to stock performance." If the stocks do well everyone gets a raise. If it's not, no bonuses for the upper tier and smaller cuts for those below. It's not rocket science. You can't occupy a space forever with no clear solution out. It's called the Bush Doctrine and look how well that's worked.

4)MSM- These idiots this week have done everything they can to demonize the protesters with little regard for the idiot mayors and fascist police doing things, ILLEGALLY. The fourth estate is supposed to be the watchdog that protects us from government or corporate malfeasance, not help them. That's what the Nazi's did. And we are seeing more and more signs that our country is becoming a police state where the rule of law no longer matters.

Poor Richards Blog wrote this:

Early reporting was scant, dismissive, and offensive. Much still belittles, denigrates and marginalizes a significant movement.
Fox News claims protesters don’t pay taxes or know what they want, are supported by Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei and Hugo Chavez, and represent the lunatic left wing.
Bill O’Reilly quipped, “Do we have all kinds of crackheads down there.” He added that Zuccotti Park is “dirty and filthy. There’s rats running all over. There’s dope all over the place. They’re having sex outside at night and all of this stuff.”
Fox News reporter Charles Gasparino accused protesters of embracing “communism and there is no doubt about it.”
New York Times former executive editor Bill Keller ignored global activism in a column about “good news,” asking, “Bored by the soggy sleep-ins and warmed-over anarchism of Occupy Wall Street?”
Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer called protesters “indignant indolents saddled with their $50,000 student loans and English degrees (wanting to) “eat the rich.”
Despite occasional better reporting, much resembles Telegraph writer Nile Gardiner’s article about “the decline and fall of Occupy Wall Street,” saying:
It’s “been an act of desperation by the liberal Left, which now represents a small minority of Americans in terms of ideology. (It’s) descended into anarchy. (It’s) an anachronism, a wannabe 1960s-style protest movement in an America that has moved on.”
“And it is above all a symbol of a Left in decline amidst an increasingly conservative nation that has had enough of the kind of big government, anti-free market policies the liberal protesters crave.”

The MSM is asleep at the wheel, controlled fully by the same corporate masters we all now serve. Politics isn't about picking the right person anymore but instead some awful reality show where now goes homes for months and the person who ultimately wins is actually the biggest loser. So congratulations MSM you are indeed douchebag of the week.

THE NEW GESTAPO REVEALS ITSELF FOR WHAT IT TRULY IS: HOMELAND SECURITY

Anyone still bitching and moaning about the "unwashed, uninformed" Occupy Wall St crowd (that exist en mass in cyberspace if the message boards are to be believed), need to get their Nazi uniform washed stat because fascism is here and its not going anywhere.

The stormtroopers have united and Occupy camps across the country are being dismantled by force. Portland, Oakland, Salt Lake and New York City have all dismantled camps in a constitutional showdown. Using the safety words "unsanitary," "drugs everywhere," and "crime," not to mention "cost to the city," have made these mayors make some very dangerous choices. Worse, Homeland Security has been revealed to have been helping coordinate the removal of the protesters. What we have here is the first instance of the awful Patriot Act that was forced through Congress after 9/11 coming back to haunt us. The government assured us it would only be used against Terrorist, particularly Muslims. Now, as I and many others predicted, these same laws are being used to stifle dissent.

And now the Nazi trolls patrol the Internet, eager to post their idiocy about the commies, socialists or hippies and how they are the ones destroying America because they're too lazy to work. Here's the thing morons, THERE ARE NO JOBS. Not anything that pays at least. Half this country makes less than 26,500 dollars a year. Try living off that with a family. Not possible. Even if you're married and both of you work and make that as your salary, you will be too poor to buy a house, a new car, new furniture, nothing. All your cash will go to rent, food, insurance and gas. Hate to break it all you brain powers out there but 50,000 dollars a year isn't enough for a single person to live off of let alone a whole family.

Our wages are falling, our hours are increasing and more and more of us don't have access to health care because it becoming unaffordable to all but the rich. Thank god I live in MA where health care is granted to everyone. If I didn't live here, I'd be dead by now as my serious health problems would go untreated. Obamacare is a failure for only one reason: no public option. As someone who worked in the insurance industry I can tell you, MA has one of the best health programs in the country and it does not weeks to see your private practitioner as has been commonly misreported. My dentist takes longer to book than my GP. And Obamacare has nothing to do with the loss of GP's, but crushing medical debt and malpractice insurance are as interns go into high paying specialities rather than the much lower paid GP's.

The Know Nothing Republican party has got to either start reading a book every now and then not connected with the loony right or grab one of their many guns, put it in their mouth and shoot themselves. Either one is fine with me.

Tomorrow, a huge rally is being planned for New York. I expect this one to get violent but I have been very impressed with the non-violent attitude these protesters, young and old by the way, have behaved. But there is also only so far you can push people before they start to push back. And we are coming dangerously close to that. JFK wrote, "When peaceful protest in impossible, violent revolution is inevitable." Words to live by as our fascist government rears its ugly head. We need to put a stop to this madness. Hopefully a Gandhi-like approach will work. If not the Reign Of Terror may return and any French noble person remembers that didn't turn out so well for them.

We are THE 99. We do not forgive. We do not forget.

GOP STILL IN HUNT FOR ANYBODY BUT ROMNEY. DEFEAT GUARANTEED AT THIS RATE.

Are Republicans so afraid of Mitt Romney and his possible left leaning ways that they are willing to sacrifice the next election to spite him? Judging by the roller coaster poll numbers of just about every other candidate it would certainly seem so. The GOP has become the fickle nitpicker who can never stay in a relationship because there is always some flaw to exploit. Bachmann, too nutty. Perry, too stupid. Cain, too grabby and too stupid. And now Gingrich, the abusive boyfriend you can't seem to quit.

Are these really the people you want debating Obama come fall? For all of you thinking Gingrich is a good debater, I don't think you actually know what entails a good debate. Judging by the lower denizen reaction by the Republican crowd in every debate so far, I don't think I'm that far off. Gingrich is an angry blowhard who's sole response to any question is to tell the reporters how stupid they are for asking such a ridiculous question and then repeating a discredited talking point that is so see through his podium actually turned transparent. I would love to see a reporter at any debate ask a meaningful follow up question rather than allowing any candidate spew false info to a mass audience. Especially Gingrich whose negative ratings among non-republicans are somewhere between hemorrhoids and letting Jerry Sandusky watch your kids.

As someone who has watched every debate so far, the same thing happens every time. Front runner Mitt Romney acts as the only adult in the room, as the others squabble like spoiled children, yet he is the only one who's polls have remained stubbornly consistent. Former front runner and comedy creator extraordinaire, Rick Perry makes people wonder everywhere how do people like Perry and Palin actually get elected? Do they have some secret mind power that makes people not see them for the fools they are? If I lived in Texas or Alaska, I would be embarrassed at having these two dolts running the show, and poorly at that. Palin quit after half her term as governing actually requires work and Perry's numbers on obesity, education and low wage job growth in Texas speak for themselves.

Bachmann was always the flash in the pan she was going to be because crazy talk doesn't resonate too well outside of the Tea Party or Minnesota. Really who is actually voting for this woman? And now Herman Cain is the latest to slide, as he was always going to, thanks to the bravery of several women who have come forward to accuse Cain of attempted rape. His numbers with women have dropped dramatically. Good. It is also worth noting that for all his business expertise he keeps toting, Godfather Pizza was driven into the ground under his two year reign. The company was estimated at 306 million dollars when he took over as CEO. Two years later, he bought the company for thirty million. Let alone the fact that Cain at the helm, eliminated thousands of jobs and closed 200 outlets, his decisions obviously hurt the profitability of the company to such a point that he and his cronies were able to buy it out form Pillsbury. By the way Godfather Pizza sucks as well. And this is the guy the teatards thought would "restore" America. Sigh.

Now comes Newt Gingrich, a guy so grumpy and hostile that his name almost has the word grinch in it. Do you honestly think America is ready for its first dick president? I don't. And neither do all the moderates and independents who loathe the man. His unfavorable rating would make Congress blush.

So who's left after Gingrich mania wears itself out, which it inevitably will after Newt bashes heads one too many times during a debate. Rick Santorium maybe? Not unless the GOP has completely lost his mind as this guy needs a straight jacket fast. Ron Paul? He will always be a fringe candidate in the GOP but might do very well as a third party runner. Huntsman? Way to sane for the nutty right. All that's left is Romney who's going to be your prom date whether you like it or not. He's also the only guy who has any chance of beating Obama in 2012. If he actually gets the chance from all the idiots around him.

WAR DRUMS SOUND AS ENDGAME APPROCHES

Mind you that you wouldn't know that the center of the universe right now is squarely over Iran as the MSM has their hands full with a multitude of other stories. Normally I'd harp on them for doing the business as usual stance and not informing the American people of anything of importance, but as there are SO many things happening of almost equal importance it is almost understandable that this story doesn't get more press. The Sandusky story is bigger than even the media is willing to go and the financial meltdown continues worldwide with a stock market no where near based in reality anymore somehow goes up. They do know the Euro is going to go belly up right? Or a civil war is going to erupt, much like here? These are the only two possibilities unless......

War with Iran is looking to be a foregone conclusion at this point. Sanctions, which never work anyway except on the innocent public, have been abandoned (although publicly all countries wish for them, they might as well ask for a million dollars and a pony for all the good it will do). Obama realizes that the economic harm to our country and the real possibility that they won't work anyway has forced his hand. Russia says only a diplomatic solution is possible, which it isn't. Negotiations on this subject will get you no where.

Which leads to the third, really sucky option. War by April 2012. At least that's when Iran will have at least five nukes according to Israeli intelligence, and totally feasible knowing what we know about their current nuclear program regardless of what any one thinks. It is highly unlikely that Israel will allow this to happen as they are understandably skittish about genocide. How long before Tehran gives those nukes to Hamas or Hezbollah? And where will those nukes wind up you ask? Depending on how many they make, expect them in every major city through the world. Iran could blackmail the world into whatever they like. This is not theory but an actual war plan that could, and will, be drawn up for a country like Iran. North Korea's only reason for not doing it themselves is they don't have the funds for an operation like this. Iran, with their oil money, does in a big way. A nuclear Iran is not an option worth contemplating, and the alternative may actually be less lethal. If these reports are accurate, war with Iran is imminent.

I firmly believe the "hostilities" between Israel and the rest of the world may be manufactured. Maybe Sarkoszy and Obama knew their mikes were on and put on a little show for us. Think about it, these tifts give Europe and the US plausible disability about any attack; that Netanyahu won't tell us before hand. If Iran thinks Israel is going it alone, they may overplay their hand and strike at Israel without thinking. If that occurs, a sneak attack from NATO forces could sink the country. It would be a brilliant move. Israel attacks. We publicly denounces the whole thing and say "we won't help." Iran retaliates massively against Israel. Iran is attacked from their weak flank and, as all their forces are on their Western border, we attack from the Indian Ocean and Afghanistan. It would devastate Iran. Is Syria decides to help, no Arab country other Lebanon would join in as they have branded a pariah by the Arab League who want him to step down. In this scenario, Iran would have their hands full with a serious bombing campaign, if not outright invasion and Israel would wipe Syria from the Earth. You know your days are numbered when even your own fellow Muslims are telling you enough is enough.

War may be coming and don't expect Iran to just lie down and die. However, if our government is smart enough to pull off this trickery, and Obama has been very adept at foreign crisis's so far, this plan of attack could make this war quick and hopefully painless. If Israel really is going it alone, then we will all have serious problems with the outcome, including a war that may be fought in our streets.

Be prepared for whatever may happen be it economic collapse, war or all three.

We are THE 99. We do not forgive. We do not forget.

Fear us.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK: JERRY SANDUSKY

Was there anyone, other Rick Perry, who had a more disastrous week? Let's see those runner ups.

1)Oakland and Portland police- Yes once again the Oakland police have decided that they are going to start another riot and evict people from their peaceful protests. Portland, Oregon is falling suit. At midnight tonight, Portland will remove protesters by force if necessary. While the majority have declared a non-violent approach, agent provocateurs and anarchists may have other ideas. This could get ugly fast and, if nothing else, is showing our people and the world what a bunch of fascist pigs we really are. Are we really no better than Egypt and Syria? And proving my point that Jean Quan of Oakland could quite possibly be the worst mayor in the country, has sent eviction notices to Occupy Oakland because of an unrelated nearby shooting. What a wishy washy bitch. No way does she win another term. The police are understandably baffled by what they are supposed to do and are getting pissed at spending huge sums of money they don't have on an unclear objective. As the Oakland police force was cut in half due to budget cuts, this is the place most likely for a full scale riot to occur. As Scott Olsen, the Marine injured in the last melee, hasn't fully recovered yet, do they really want another martyr? More as this story develops because as history shows, these are how revolutions start.

2)The GOP- After watching the millionth debate I can safely conclude one matter of fact thing- The Republicans party is filled with worthless retards who couldn't answer a simple question if their life depended on it. And I am including the horrific audiences at these things. Once again, we get booing as, gasp, shocker, they asked Handy Herman Cain about his multiple accusers sexual accusations against him. One may be a witch hunt but four is a pattern. Stop blaming the democrats and the MSM for this awful, awful man. I thought you Tea Party assholes were supposed to be against big banks yet you seem perfectly willing to vote for a guy who will protect the banks better than Obama. Any idiot ever thinking of voting for this waste of space needs to kill themselves stat. And Rick Perry showed exactly why his numbers are plummeting as he cannot speak without sticking both feet in his mouth. And now grumpy old bastard Newt Gingrich is climbing in the polls. Just what the world needs: a dick president. Get over yourselves and nominate Romney already. He's the only guy who might beat Obama so unless you want a Commie, socialist Kenyan in the White House, vote Romney. Otherwise, get ready for four more years of birth certificate nonsense.

3)The Stock market- This week the Dow plummeted almost four hundred points on the failing Euro and then made it all back the next few days as the EU reported things weren't as bad as they thought. What a bunch of idiots these brokers are. Yeah they told you what you wanted to hear so the markets would rise, but anyone paying attention would have noticed that behind the scenes, things were anything but rosy. Countries were purchasing Italian bonds to help the market while simultaneously dumping them from banks and large hedge funds. In other words, they were sticking the unsustainable debt with world wide taxpayers while the banks got out free and clear. Feel better about the Euro now. Soon, this house of cards will collapse and a world wide depression will begin. Fun. With the fallout from MF Global (as in Mother F@#cker) not fully realized, the derviavte market could unravel at any time. Be warned.

4)Jerry Sandusky- Yet another case of a charity being used to foster at least one man's desire to pork little boys. The worst part about this is not only is this bit of garbage a gay pedophile, but that his autobiography had the unfortunate title "Touched." It would have been bad had the people he molested been teens or college kids but no, they were little boys. The fallout has destroyed Penn State as everyone involved, including head coach Joe Paterno and the college president, have all quit or been fired. The assistant coach who first reported the allegation some time ago has been also let go for not doing enough and is currently receiving death threats, which is a little too far as he has not be indicted for any of the molestation charges. There are rumors going around about Sandusky pimping out little boys to wealthy donors but there is no evidence so far to support that and I don't expect any. I try to stay clear of these kinds of things as, in the Franklin Saving and Loan case in the early eighties which had evidence of a gay kiddie porn racket being run out of the white house, every single person connected with the story died under mysterious circumstances. This death rate continues to this day so I'm not touching it with a ten foot pole. Feel free to investigate it yourself, but be warned that people die for the information out there. So congratulation Jerry Sanducky, you sick F@#K, you are without a doubt, douchebag of the week.

WAR WITH IRAN POSSIBLE BY YEAR'S END

Several sources have said that an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities is in the works and will take place no later than the beginning of next year. Readers of this site know that that is exactly what I have been saying for several weeks now as a nuclear Iran is one that may actually be worse than an all out attack. Germany is said to be practicing air attacks on Iranian facilities, UK sources say that a joint operation is currently being planned and that a Libya-like attack is being considered at the highest levels.

The main reason for this happening is that both Turkey and Saudi Arabia have both been clear that should Iran get nukes, so will they. And that point it's only a mater of time before some idiot uses them. Turkey has become increasingly unstable lately and while the Saudi's are unlikely to use them, them having them will upset other neighbor states and possibly start a new nuclear arms race that could quickly spin out of control.

The UK paper The Daily Mail has reported that an airstrike on Iran could come as soon as Christmas and other Israeli sites are saying the same thing. However, the UN has condemned any action and as we have bluffed this way many times in the last six years, which is what the Iranians believe this to be, this may all be about nothing again. Should an attack happen expect a global depression as oil prices skyrocket to as high as twelve dollars a gallon and war, possibly another world war, begins. If Iran gets nukes, the area destabilizes, a new cold war begins and some religious nutbag will eventually use one, probably in downtown Tel Aviv. Fun. Both suggestions suck by the way. Let's hope a third option becomes available (and sanctions won't be it).

More as this develops.

ECONOMY IMPLODES. WORLD WIDE DEPRESSION NEARS

Anyone who read my column on Sunday knew what was about to happen. I have reported for months now that the Euro was doomed and derivatives are a ticking time bomb. With the upcoming resignation of Italy's and Greece's Prime Ministers and a rapidly devolving situation in Europe, markets tanked today as news broke that Italy was insolvent and looking worse by the minute. With Italian bond yields over seven percent and rising, Italy will try to cut their way to prosperity which has never worked ever. Odd that we are doing the same thing here with the Teatards "stop the spending " issues that are in actuality making things worse. If you don't understand economics, and let's face it, most people don't, stop pretending you are an expert on the subject. I've studied this for more than twenty years and even I don't get all the issues yet.

Italy and Greece are screwed. They are going to try harsh austerity measures that will inflame public opinion against them and present the option for civil war. Only by eliminating the banks form the equations, can anything be solved. These measures worked wonders in Argentina and Iceland, yet instead, the powers that be have decided that ruining people's livelihoods for the sake of the elites is the way to go. We are attempting similar measures here by changing the way SS is calculated to give the needy even less money. These new calculations will also affect food stamps with one third of the country no on, Medicare and Medicade. But the rich won't have to pay anymore as their taxes will almost certainly go down while the rest of us suffer.

Riots are soon to happen and it is only by the Occupy Wall St crowd that these austerity changes aren't being more rapidly implemented here in the US. Banks lost almost 5 billion dollars last month and are begging customers not leave, which of course is falling on deaf ears. I was told today that armored trucks are everywhere, indicating that many banks may be stocking themselves up with extra cash to offset the daily loses from departing customers. As many are taking out huge sums of money (proving that just because you're rich doesn't automatically make you a monster), banks are reaching historic shortfalls. With the crisis in Europe looming, bank stocks fell hard today. Tomorrow should be another down day, unless someone was a genius idea to save us all. So far all I hear is crickets.

IRAN SANCTIONS FAIL. WILL ISRAEL GO IT ALONE FOR WAR?

With the Obama administration admitting that sanctions will do nothing but cripple economic growth world wide, sanctions against the regime are dead in the water. In his defense, sanctions have never worked against ANY regime ever. Only a total blockade, which would be seen as an act of war anyway, would have been feasible and even that would have been unlikely.

So now what?

A recent meeting between French President Sarkozy and Obama revealed how they really feel about Netenyahu when their mikes were accidentally left on during the G20 summit. Sarkozy professed immense hatred for him for which Obama responded, "How do you think I feel. I have to deal with him an a regular basis." The feelings between Obama and Netenyahu have been well documented which may have started after the lecture Obama got earlier last year about Israeli issues.

This makes one of two realities now possible.

1)We accept a nuclear armed Iran and pray that nukes don't fall into the hands of terrorist groups like Hamas or Hezbelloh. This is a very likely scenario with nuke smuggling being a prime way to eliminate enemy cities should Iran decide to flex it's muscle or to destroy Tel Aviv. Israel will retaliate with its entire arsenal of nukes at this point and welcome WW3. The probability for this outcome is 80% that Iran will give its nuke arsenal to terrorist groups as a method of self preservation against any Israeli aggression.

2)Israel attacks Iran on its own, which it has the ability to do now that it has long range bombers that can refuel in mid air. The chances of them telling us it's happening is next to nil now. Therefore a surprise attack is entirely likely and one that will still drag American interests into war and again WW3.

Don't both of those outcomes suck. As an attack should have been made against Iran not Iraq way back in 2003, we are so screwed again by the reckless Bush administration. If we were going to invent evidence why didn't we do it against a real threat? Because we wanted to be bullies and picked the weakest kid on the block that's why. Iraq had no hope of beating us and we wanted a war period. Plus Bush had a hard on for whacking Saddam.

So here we are, eight years later and facing a massive war partially from our own folly. The best thing we could do would be to send in our own "terrorist" groups into Iran, deny they have anything to do with us, and wreck holy havoc on their system. War of any sort will end in disaster. Let's hope cooler minds prevail.

The Stuxnet virus worked for a little while. Let's see if they have any more tricks up their sleeves. If not, Fukishima will be the least of our worries.

On a side note, a 63 year old newscaster in Japan who was at Fukishima on March 15th and has been eating produce grown there on air to show it's safe now has leukemia. Yeah, that'll convince people everything's fine.

And Herman Cain is a pig. Any person still defending this waste of space is too stupid to live. I hope they have the decency to kill themselves if they actually plan on voting for him. Cain is a sexual predator. Nuff said.

SIGNS OF IMPENDING DISASTER

If you've been watching the nightly news or even reading the newspaper, many, many things are occurring that no one seems to be reporting. However, both CNN and FOX have done excellent jobs at covering some of this, so a thumbs up to them for at least approaching the subject.

War with Iran seems more and more likely with each passing day. This story has seen zero coverage for the most part even though it would almost certainly lead to a major war if not WW3. The IEAE report due next week will be a true shocker. For the first time in decades, the nuclear watchdog agency is expected to say that Iran's nuclear program has a clandestine nuke program that is much further along than previously thought. Considering that these boneheads have missed every major nuclear development in the past twenty years, this is an astonishing report. For those who don't remember, it was the IEAE who proclaimed that North Korea had no nuclear weapons or even a program until they tested that first nuke. Oops. That occurrence destabilized the region to such an extent that nuclear war has hung over our heads ever since. And we are still technically at war with North Korea as well.

Iran getting nukes would be the worst thing ever, regardless of what some may think. Radical Muslims with nukes would not be Russia, China, Israel or even North Korea. Why? Iran will use them if they think they can get away with it. The most likely scenario is a nuke smuggled into Tel Aviv or NYC or even a dozen in cities across the world. All out nuclear war will then occur and try to tell me that their culture of death would care. They would all see it as going to heaven to be martyrs. You cannot reason with religious fanaticism. Israel will attack Iran before that happens because they know that chances are, they would be the first to be wiped out. And since Hitler tried to commit genocide on them, they have a reasonable tendency to get a little uppity when their lives are at stake. The US is worried that they may attack without warning us first, an unlikely situation unless they think we will command them to stand down. As said earlier, I think an attack early next year is highly possible. If it does, things are going to change and drastically. Expect oil to top twelve dollars a gallon, severe rationing, and another worldwide Depression. It would also serve as a way to eliminate those pesky elections, protests and a great number of extra people that the elites would rather see dead. Stay tuned as this fluid situation develops.

On top of that is word from traders that Monday may see a steep drop in the DOW. With the bankruptcy of MF Global, and the resignation of Jon Corizone, for misuse of funds, one of the largest derivative traders in the world is about to go belly up. With the stock market's "head and shoulder" pattern worrying investors (an uneven up and down pattern signifying an uncertain market), major firms are warning investors that a crash is more likely than ever.

Zero Hedge broke the story yesterday:

"What exactly was the announcement. Unless we are completely reading it incorrectly, it is nothing short of a margin call for tens if not hundreds of billions worth of product. Because as of close of business on November 4, today, the CME just made the maintenance margin, traditionally about 26% lower than the initial margin for specs, equal. For everything. Which means that by close of business Monday, millions of options and futures holders will be forced to deposit billions in additional capital to the CME just so they are not found to be margin deficient, and thus receive a margin call. Naturally, since it is very unlikely that this incremental amount of liquidity can be easily procured in one business day, we anticipate the issuance of hundreds of thousands of margin calls Monday, followed by forced liquidations of margin accounts across America... and the world."

"There is a liquidity crunch in the options & futures markets for commodities worldwide. CME, the exchange for such transactions in the US, had made the initial margin and maintenance margin equal for every commodity with options and futures. This implies that options and futures holders will be forced to deposit addition capital to the CME in the form of maintenance margin, simply to hold their positions. This will put markets under pressure on Monday. The lack of liquidity and additional margin requirement comes in the aftermath of the bankruptcy of MF Global."

Margin calls are one of the reasons cited for the 1929 crash. Since banks and institutional investors are already in a liquidity crisis, this move could have a massive impact on the 1500 trillion dollar global derivatives market. Companies like Bank of America (with 75 trillion dollars in derivatives exposure), and JP Morgan (another 75 trillion dollars of exposure) could be wiped out by this event since they are both investing in, and providing loans (margin) to the derivatives markets.

This would explain the massive Put Option purchases against the S&P 500. It would also explain why Bank of America and JP Morgan have transferred their 150 trillion dollar exposure to the US taxpayer via FDIC. Their greatest exposure would be on their own derivatives holdings. Derivatives exposure is estimated at 600-1500 trillion dollars. The global economy is only 50 trillion.

In other words, with all the other problems the world is having like the failing Euro, may mean nothing if the entire world economy collapses due to the out of control derivative market tanking everyone's bank. Remember that since these losses are now covered by FDIC rules (illegally by the way as they violate section 23a of the Feds own laws), every bank account will be wiped out with it. For someone like me who has no money, big whoop. For anyone else with lots of money, have fun watching your bank account pull a David Copperfield and disappear. Anyone with money to lose may want to act and place put options on major banks for the next thirty days. If the above does happen, you'll make a fortune while everyone else loses theirs.

Speaking of banks, yestesday's Bank Transfer day saw some 650,000 people take their money elsewhere. For all of 2010, the number was 600,000. Ha Ha.

DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK:HERMAN CAIN

This was a close one between Herman Cain and the people who support him. Let's see those runner ups.

1)Oakland Police and Mayor- These idiots are perhaps the most inept group of public officials since the Keystone Cops. First Jean Quan has tried to have her cake and eat it too by confessing solidarity with the protesters one minute and then brutally attacking them the next. Even the Oakland police is understandably confused as to what their stance should be since Captain Brainless speaks out of both sides of her mouth. GO AWAY WOMAN! On the flip side, the Oakland police this week injured ANOTHER military man, an Army Ranger, beating him senseless, throwing him into a cell and leaving him untended for eighteen hours before he started to cough up blood and was rushed to the emergency room for internal injuries. Where is the Justice Department with the blatant overuse of force? Nowhere as usual. Eric Holder and man-bitch Janet Napalitano are destroying this country. End fascism today.

2)Anti-war Israeli leakers- Someone within the Israeli military has leaked critical info that an attack planned for Iran is currently underway. Regardless of how you feel about such an attack (I am torn myself as doing nothing or attacking both suck) you never tell the enemy what you are doing putting your nation's lives at risk. I'm sorry if you disagree with the plan, and I understand why, but this is not the way to do it. They are going to track done the leak and I suspect make things very unpleasant for those individuals. War is supposedly coming before October of next year. It is unlikely we will do anything until the Spring, with March being the most likely. However, if it's just going to be missile attacks, possibly even mini nukes, the attack could take place as soon as early January. Recent diplomatic moves coupled with the UK saying they will help in any attack, make this a very real
possibility. More as this evolves.

3)Judges- This week we say a family court judge whip his disabled daughter with a belt repeatedly. He will not be charged or even removed from his post. WTF? Also, Jesse Ventura's suit against the TSA was thrown out for the flimsiest of reasons. He has threatened to move to Mexico or run for President. I hope the latter actually as I think this guy could be a real boon for this country. He won't be bought by special interests and would drive corruption out of Washington. He may be out there but he's a lot less loony than the current GOP candidates running.

4)Herman Cain supporters- Proving that some people are really too stupid to live, half of Iowan supporters of Herman Cain think his 999 plan will lower their taxes, which it won't. Unless you make over a hundred thousand a year that is. The last thing this country needs is a CEO president, especially one as brainless as Herman Cain. If he somehow gets the nom, which I still think is highly unlikely, get ready for four more years of Obama because no way does that guy win the Presidency.

5)Herman Cain- Showing how hypocritical the GOP is, this week many said the allegations against him for sexual harassment were not important. These are the same mouth breathers that went ballistic when Clinton got his dick sucked in the White House. And Cain himself has changed his story so many times that no one knows what to believe. Even if the allegations don't matter, how he handles them does and he failed miserably. He sounded like Rick Perry during a debate. This loser needs to go away and soon. So congratulation Herman Cain you are indeed douchebag of the week.

IRAN, THE EU AND THE KITCHEN SINK

Not to toot my own horn, but I have been on fire lately. Even I started to doubt my sources that a huge maelstrom was coming from the escalating tension between Israel and Iran. But low and behold, it is now national news that war may be brewing between the two states. With the addition of a new nuclear report that Iran is only months away from a nuke and three years away from a huge stockpile, compiled with the assassination attempt against the Israeli ambassador, things are reaching a fever pitch. It is unlikely that Israel will allow Iran to ever get a nuke, as that happening will totally destabilize the region. However, an attack a Iran will also destabilize the region and the world as oil prices skyrocket and a new global depression happens. There are no good scenarios anymore and our attack on Iraq has actually made situation worse. Saddam, while a monster, was our monster. But much like we did with Noriega, once they got too big for their britches, we eliminated them and not always for the best of reasons. The situation is further hampered by the problems in neighbors like Syria and the new rocket fire from Gaza. This whole area is set to light up. Let's hope a better option arrives. If there was ever a plan for specific assassinations upon Iran's leadership, this would be the time. War won't solve anything here and could actually make it worse. Our time to attack has come and gone some six years ago in 2005 before their military made vast improvements to their early warning systems. Leave it to Bush to not attack when we should have.

On the EU side, the Dow rose today because apparently, the stock traders are a bunch of illiterate morons who have no concept of anything past their noses. The stock market tanked the past few days as fears of the collapse of the EU look more and more likely. So what changed today to alleviate those fears? Nothing. Some slightly good news on the homefront sent stocks upward, yet the crisis is far from over so all these gains will be wiped out once the EU dies and the stock market with it. Until some semblance of reality strikes the EU by doing the right thing by eliminating the global bankers will sanity be restored. Look at Iceland or Argentina who did just that. Europe has decided that poor people will be placed in a permanent depression as the cure instead which has, of course, led to wide spread rioting. This plan is doomed. The Greek government may fall as early as Friday and the death spiral of the EU may go with it. When it does expect the stock market to drop at least 800 points in the first day of trading afterward.

In a sign of true chutzpah, Oakland officials have denied that they were the ones that attacked Scott Olsen by saying none of their officers fired tear gas or flash grenades. Too bad the video taken of the attack is on line for all to see and clearly shows the police doing just that. WTF? Do they think we are that stupid? Agent provocateurs have been threatening violence against the police although there is also the real possibility at these are people fed up with being beaten by the system. Sooner or later, the people will strike back if cops in Oakland and Denver continue. Non violence is still the best way to get your message across for now. Until the crackdown becomes bloody and permanent, peace is the way to win.

The Mexican drug cartels seem to have attacked the wrong group. Mexican government? Nope. The US? No. The hacker group Anonymous has given the Zeta cartel until November 5th (I love the irony in that) to release a kidnapped member of the group of else face retaliation. They have said they will publish the names and addresses of every snitch, business or cop on their payroll if the person is not released immediately. I am very curious to see how this plays out.

More as news demands.

We are THE 99. We do not forgive. We do not forget.

Fear us.
