1)The Police- This is just a small sample of the accounts of police abuse I read this week. Let me emphasize how SMALL a sample this is as there were at least 2 dozen this week alone. The cops are out of control and no one wants to put the breaks on it. In Texas, people are increasingly getting strip searched on the side if the road for suspicion of marijuana possession. You read that right, people of all races are becoming subjected to "stop and frisk" laws because as Nazi Germany proved, once you get people used to draconian laws, you have no limits as to the depravity you will stoop too. The courts are siding with the people for the most part, but one officer was recently reinstated who was initially fired for said offences. In California, a cop killed a homeless man in cold blood after he called her a bitch. It was all caught on video. She could have used her taser, or better even, taken him down by force as she should be trained to do. I was. But even tasers can be lethal as an 18 year old Miami teen found out when he died after being tased for "tagging." Not exactly a capital offense. Videos came out about cops slapping children in the face as well, one ten year old boy, and separately, a fourteen year old girl. The Seattle police force was caught on video manhandling a photo journalist who worked for the local newspaper in a great way to build up community support for an unbelievably corrupt force.
This one was my favorite though. In Warrington, Florida (the state appears in this column with alarming regularity), police climbed through an open window to a random house without a warrant searching for a suspect who may or may not have been inside. They proceeded to shoot both dogs, killing one, rounding up the occupants at gunpoint and basically terrorizing them for the next hour. No one was found in the house. The police went on to lie about the circumstances which the evidence plainly contradicted.
Everyone of those stories is going to result in lawsuits, lost productivity and millions in losses. You want to know why we are broke? We are spending billions to upgrade our police to an army, a fact that is becoming increasingly deadly to the general public. If we really are sheep, by all means don't do anything about it. But wait at your own peril, because innocent people every day are being assassinated by an insane police force. And it's not just minorities anymore but your children and even yourselves. The police cannot be trusted.
2)Charities: I am sure some of you out there are thinking "Why call out Charities? They do good work don't they?" Some yes. Most are designed to steal your money. The Tampa Bay Times actually did their job for once and launched an investigation into many charities and found fifty of the worst ones out there. A lot of charities will raise money and pocket most of it, something that nabbed Khloe Kardashian and her husband, Lamar Odom doing to their so called charity. Money was being diverted to other causes and, possibly, their own pockets. This is not unusual. Here's a list of the worst offenders:

3)Bruce Willis- This sucks because I really like his movies, except for the latest Die Hard movie which shit all over my rug and refused to be cleaned up. That movie was rancid. But now comes word that he was offered three million for four days work in the latest Expendables movie. He demanded four which Sly Stallone refused. He then hired Harrison Ford instead. Bruce got hammered by Kevin Smith during their time together on Cop Out, where he acted like a spoiled diva on set, much to Smith's chagrin. Willis needs a tall cool glass of chill the hell out. You're a good actor but you're not that good. Stop acting like a pussy.
4)Amanda Byrnes- You know you're in serious trouble when the doctors hold you even longer in the loony bin than you originally thought. Her two week stay just got extended another 30 days after her insanity had become dangerous. I hope she gets the help she needs and stays away from acting even longer. If not, there is always Sharknado 3.
5)Dianna Feinstein- There are few people on either side of the aisle in Congress that I hate, hate, HATE more than this woman. In the past few months, she unwisely attempted to pass an anti-gun law that would have banned 90% of all firearms. Not only was it never going to pass, it gave the Republicans a real issue to hammer the democrats on rather than make something up like they usually do. It died a hasty death as it was hurting democrats everywhere with her idiocy. Then her and equal moronic Mike Rogers (R-MI) gave one of the worst press conferences ever trying to assure the public the NSA was only doing their job and left in a huff a few minutes later when reporters dared to ask questions. Her latest bon mot is that she intends to add a rider to the Media Shield Law that would diverge people working from corporate news from blogging. This would result in no protection from government intrusion into local journalism or blogging. The word "Bitch" comes to mind. She said "that the current version of the bill would grant a special privilege to people who aren’t really reporters at all, who have no professional qualifications,” like bloggers and citizen journalists.
The funny thing is the Media Shield law is irrelevant as the First Amendment already grants all the protections we need. If this cunt gets her way, a lot of us are going to be hung out to dry. In the next election, this woman needs to go.
6)Discovery Channel- Way to go with your awful Megaladon "documentary" that proved to be a giant hoax which you ran a disclaimer for exactly three seconds at the end of the program. I can read faster than most people alive and even I couldn't get it all in the time given. Only in pause can the words be read meaning, you didn't want people to know they had been duped for the last two hours and knew they would be understandably pissed. Guess what? They were. After this and the asinine mermaid special last year, perhaps it's time for a new direction.
7)BBC America- There was a time when this channel had the best sitcoms from England, interesting documentaries and an occasionally good drama series. Now it is Star Trek: TNG, Top Gear and Gordon Ramsey 24/7. I would like to see Mrs Brown Boys please or any of a plethora of new, funny sitcoms from overseas. I like the three programs you currently run but some diversity would be nice. And by the way, why Star Trek? That is not British other than a few actors. Do you run House over there on CBS Britain?
8)Tepco- The radiation at Fukishima is rising, billions of gallons of radioactive waste is being pumped into the ocean and even the government is throwing up their hands in disgust as to how inept this has all been. The Japanese government is trying to fix the damage but this area will be uninhabitable for some time, no thanks to poor preparation by a major corporation. Like BP. Or Exxon. Or Halliburton. Or a million other companies that only care about profit. We will poison ourselves before anything gets done.
9)Reince Priebus-This ass is crying his eyes out about CNN and NBC daring to highlight Hillary Clinton's life as something people may want to see. He threatened to take his toys and go home and not allow either network to showcase an upcoming Republican debate which is the modern day equivalent to a PT Barnum freak show. Both networks told him to sit and spin, knowing full well, his threats are emptier than a Tea Party member's skull. Priebus is an example of everything wrong about the party. Have no new ideas, throw a temper tantrum when you don't get your way and blame everything on your imaginary friend (Liberals, socialists, etc) is the GOP way. And Reince is all in with that method. Unfortunately it won't work and early signs are showing some cracks within the party as immigration reform may pass as some in the House want to keep their job in 2014. Also troubling is that the GOP seems hellbent on nominating unqualified individuals to make their base happy but are alienating everyone else in the general election which they may lose as a result. Crazy isn't working anymore. Hannity has lost his 9 pm slot on Fox, Rush Limbaugh and Hannity are both getting kicked off Clear Channel, and the ultra right might be on it's last legs. We can dream. But for now, Reince Priebus is a dick. And he is indeed Douchebag of the Week.
