THE GOVERNMENT, THE MEDIA AND THE POLICE: WHY NO ONE TRUSTS ANYONE ANYMORE!

All of society is based on faith and trust. We trust that our government has our best interests in mind. We have faith our media are the watchdogs they are supposed to be. We believe our police are there to serve and protect. But what happens when all of that goes away? The collapse of society is what happens as seen in countless previous civilizations such as the Mayans, the Romans and the Mongols. This is a repeating pattern that mankind seems oblivious too and maybe a fatal blind spot in our species.

Let us start with our government which has of late proven to be terrible at telling us anything resembling the truth. The reason for this is that corporate America now runs the show thanks to right to work laws, Citizen's United and a dozen other ideas that a large percentage of this country thinks is a good idea. That is some class A brainwashing to convince a huge segment of the population to do something against their own interests. They might as well tell people to eat glass and see what happens.

The unemployment numbers came out last week and even some MSM outlets are saying the numbers look fishy. Several websites and news outlets have reported that the unemployment numbers do not add up and if we counted all unemployed people in this country, not just the select ones still collecting unemployment, the true number would be around 23%, where it has not moved much in six years. One of the reasons democrats weren't crowing hard about the economy during the last election is a lot of them were afraid someone would notice their numbers don't add up.

Job gain and job losses in the last BLS report also looked strange as commented on from people such as Robert Reich and Paul Craig Roberts, both of which held high level government offices and whose expert opinion should be listened to. The report says this:

The number of Americans participating in the labor force has been on a decline for the past few years. Nearly 33 percent of the Americans above age 16 are not part of the workforce, the highest number since 1978. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) report issued recently has found 92,898,000 Americans above age 16 not a part of the labor force of the country as on February 2015.
When President Obama took over the office in January 2009, nearly 80,529,000 Americans were not a part of the labor force. The number has increased by nearly 12 million over the last few years.

Even if you take our prisoners, retired people and stay at home individuals (disabled, parent, etc.) the numbers are still in the 23-25% range. This is the true unemployment numbers and mean that we have been at this level longer than that of the Great Depression who saw similar numbers for less time. In other words, much like Europe, everything we have done, is not working and if things like the TPP pass, will actually get worse.

The labor force participation rate hovered between 62.9 percent and 62.7 percent in the eleven months from April 2014 through February, and has been 62.9 percent or lower in 13 of the 17 months since October 2013. Prior to that, the last time the rate was below 63 percent was 37 years ago, in March 1978 when it was 62.8 percent, the same rate it was in February .

When you add the number of “officially unemployed” Americans (8.7 million) to the number of Americans “not in the labor force” (92.9 million), you get a total of 101 million without a job!  In no way, does that number equal a 5.5% unemployment rate which our deaf, dumb and stupid MSM keeps telling us with no disclaimer that that number is bullshit.

This is from the Social Security website:

39 percent of American workers make less than $20,000 a year

52 percent of American workers make less than $30,000 a year.

63 percent of American workers make less than $40,000 a year.

72 percent of American workers make less than $50,000 a year.

This is unsustainable. When no one has money, products cannot be bought which leads to layoffs which leads to less money in a never ending cycle until it all falls apart which is where we are headed. Whenever some Republican douchebag starts screaming about raising the minimum wage, just remember that without an immediate and drastic hike in pay, this world will end and not well. And the American people may be dumb, but apparently we are not that stupid. This is from Pew Research:

According to a new poll by the Pew Research Center, Americans see government policies under the Obama administration as having mostly benefited wealthy people, large corporations and financial institutions.

Seventy-two percent of respondents said government policies have done little or nothing to help the middle class, and 65 percent said they have done nothing to help the poor. Sixty-eight percent said the policies have done nothing to help small businesses.

Meanwhile, 45 percent said the policies have done a “great deal” to help large banks and financial institutions, 38 percent say they have helped large corporations, and 36 percent say they have helped the wealthy.

This is why people hate the democrats and the Republicans and rightfully so. Most of them are corrupt crooks hell bent on stuffing their own pockets over the public good. And if that poll is accurate, a lot us are starting to realize the Emperor has no clothes.

If we had a media worth a damn, they would be holding these politicians feet to the fire instead of coddling them with soft ball questions. If we had a police force that was there to serve the public, and a justice system to back them up, these guys would be in prison. But none of that is occurring anymore because none of these groups work for you anymore. They work for Monsanto, and WalMart and McDonalds and every other huge conglomerate that controls the halls of power, the media and the police. That is frightening.

This lack of trust can be seen already in the lead up for 2016. Are their any candidates running right now that anyone gives a damn about? If you are stumping hard for Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush please do the right thing and jump off a bridge already. The rest of the GOP is a clown car of numnuts too stupid to understand basic science let alone complicated governmental procedure. The democrats are all in hover mode waiting for that bloated monstrosity, the HILLARY, to do something and then decide whether or not to run. Her awful response to the non-scandal of the emails shows she is not ready for Prime time yet again and I have a feeling some Barack Obama type (new to the scene, no scandals to hype up) will appear and steal her thunder once again. Maybe it will be Liz Warren. Maybe Martin O'Malley. Maybe someone like Obama from left field who will come out of nowhere. The GOP will need someone like that to arrive to have any chance as I do not see any reality where any of these idiots win. But then again, we did have eight years of W.

The police have been proven to be racists pigs used mostly as a fundraising drive by stealing from the poor and giving to the rich. Our media should be investigating EVERY police department nationwide because only a fool would think Ferguson is an abnormality. But of course they aren't, because then they wouldn't have time to do a ten minute piece on whether eggs are good for you or not. Sigh.

Our society is dying. Our stock market is rigged. The derivative market is a ticking time bomb. The rich are stealing trillions from us and then blaming us for the mess they made. And a large number of you out there are backing this. Any way you look at this, the end may be coming sooner than later and we will have no one but ourselves to blame when it does.
