1)Artificial butter- A new study this week shows a supposed link between diseases like Alzheimer's and eating buttered popcorn doused in fake butter, specifically the chemical diacetyl. This can hardly be a surprise as fake anything is always worse for you than the real thing. But fake butter is way cheaper than the real stuff and they already charge the price of a new car for a bucket of popcorn so imagine what the costs will be for a replacement. I rarely eat the stuff anyway but I can't tell you how many luxury sized boxes I see people stuff their faces with every week.
2)Syria- Bashir Assad continues to reign death upon his people despite the fact that all the rats are leaving the sinking ship. The Prime Minister defected to Turkey this week, probably realizing that Syria's days are numbered and he would rather be in a comfortable sea side resort rather than dead on the side of the road of spending the rest of his life behind bars. This would be like Obama fleeing to France if a civil war started which is not a positive sign for the government and a big boost for the rebels. Unfortunately, the rebels are getting pounded because of low ammo supplies while trying to protect the city of Alleppo. The world is worried about who will take over for Assad as the results in most places are the Muslim Brotherhood taking power, although not in Libya for some reason. Speaking of which.....
3)Egypt- Here we have a country that is the prime reason why aid to Syria is not more forthcoming. After the Muslim Brotherhood gained control of the country in the last election, the end results have been sketchy. A false flag operation, most likely initiated by Egypt itself, has taken place on its border of the Sinai desert where twice in the past week Egyptian soldiers have been attacked by Islamic rebels. The Egyptians have moved forces there to protect against further attacks for the first time since the end of the last war with Israel in 1973. This could be an excuse to put forces on the border for explainable reasons and then use that reason to launch a surprise attack on Israel if needed. President Morsi has used this attack to get rid of many top officials and gain control of the military in a questionable grab for power. This has all the hallmarks of a false flag operation so for all you conspiracy theorists out there, THIS is what a false flag operation entails, not random shooting of innocent people in a movie theater or Sikh temple. False flags have a definitive agenda that are realized immediately, not years later. Egypt is going to be watched closely.

5)TSA and Janet Napolitano- A study came out this week that said a huge majority of people like the job the TSA is doing. I didn't know we had so many people in this country who were retarded. Who likes getting fondled to get on a plane? Have we become such sheep that we will tolerate any indignity to get from point a to point b? The TSA was being investigated at Logan airport for racial profiling this week, an issue I have less of a problem with then the rape at the gate issue. If pale Irishmen were bombing planes out of the sky, I'd be the first to stand in that long line at security and spread my cheeks happily for the body cavity search. But they aren't so the other side should man up and realize that your brethren are the ones making life difficult for you not the TSA and the rest of us can be left alone already.
Janet Napolitano is being sued in a brutal sexual discrimination suit against her and some of her top cronies, all women. That's progress for you where men aren't the only pigs at work any more. She is being accused of turning the DHS into a female frat house where sex talk is the norm and if you aren't a women, don't expect a raise or a promotion. James Hayes Jr, a top DHS official in New York claims Queen Janet filled top positions with two women associates who then went hell crazy on male staffers. The suit identifies Dora Schriro, who runs the NYC Dept. Of Corrections and Suzanne Barr, chief of staff for US Immigration and Customs. Soon after being hired, male employees were treated very badly. Barr moved three offices into the men's room, stole a Blackberry to send sexual messages to female staffers and would demand sex from male employees. After Hayes reported the problems to the EEO, Napolitano launched a series of misconduct investigations against him and repeatedly denied him for promotions he was much more qualified for than the females who got the job instead. There are rumors that despite having no experience, Schriro got the job because she and Napolitano are lovers. Having seen Queen Janet, that would not surprise me in the least. I hate this woman.
6)Allen West- This Uncle Tom from Florida got blasted this week in a hysterical political ad that showed a cartoon version of him punching old women and stealing money from black families. West cried foul and racism to which the NAACP said bullocks. The ad shows nothing that he isn't actually doing like beating up old women with his draconian polices or stealing from black families with his give it all to rich people approach. That's funny.
7)Voters- Everyone is all excited for the Romney/Ryan ticket which is going to break this country into a million pieces. Yet there are a crowd of morons happily cheering their own destruction. Our school system sucks.
8)Bank of America-Seems private investors aren't the only leaving the troubled bank. Brockton, MA recently announced it was removing it's fund of $170 million from BoA and depositing it in a local bank instead saving themselves $30,000 in the process. This is nothing new. Buffalo told JP Morgan/Chase to take a hike and moved $45 million from their accounts. Hempstead, NY withdrew $12 million from JP Morgan as well and churches moved $3.1 million from BoA and Wells Fargo, a bank that just narrowly missed being douchebag of the week.
9)Wells Fargo- In another blistering lawsuit, a former employee is alleging to being fired because his daughter needed expensive cancer treatment. Without health insurance she died less than a year later. Further it appears that Wells Fargo never send him the legally required info on how to keep his insurance through COBRA. Let this be a lesson to all you out there bitching about Obamacare: the current system will kill your children, your parents and eventually, you. The reasons for him being fired appear to be solely manufactured, another reason for all you brain dead morons out there who say unions suck. If he had been in a union, he would still have his job, his health care and his daughter's life. Please defend that line of reasoning that unions are awful because, other than the same egresses that we all agree unions need to give up on, like defending people who have been fired for cause and yet the unions fight to keep them or retirement pay that is completely unsustainable, unions save our wages, our livelihood and even the lives of our chilldren. These right to work laws need to end.
Wells Fargo also arrested a protester for terrorism and attempted bank robbery. This is from From the Trenches.com:
David C. Gorczynski, 22, was charged on Tuesday with attempted bank robbery and terroristic threatening, both felonies, as well as one misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Police detained him after he walked into an Easton, PA Wells Fargo branch with a sign that read “You’re being robbed” and another that said “Give a man a gun, he can rob a bank. Give a man a bank, and he can rob a country.
True, walking into any bank with that sign is not the brightest idea, but considering the political nature of the sign, this seems like an overreaction. Expect this to get thrown out of court quietly in the upcoming weeks.
10)Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan- This is best case scenario for anyone NOT wanting the GOP to win anything come November. All this pick does is solidify your base and alienate everyone else in the process, ala Sarah Palin for VP four years ago. When McCain picked her, he lost. Mitt Romney has done the exact same thing. The reason being is the awful Paul Ryan budget plan that Romney is running on as the Romney Plan for America now. The only problem with this plan is that the more people hear about it, the more they hate it. So let's take a look as to what this plan entails:
1)$5 trillion in cuts over the next ten years mostly to cuts to social net programs like SS, unemployment, welfare, Medicade, Medicare and food stamps.
2)Medicare recipients would be given vouchers for private insurance which won't take the sickest ones, driving prices up across the board as younger healthier seniors get private programs while the government is forced with only the sickest. This will destroy the Medicare plan and literally kill millions of the elderly. That is a true Death Panel.
3)Food stamps and Medicade would be given in block grants to the states, severally limiting the amount of people these funds could cover driving many in poverty or the grave. Again, millions will die under this plan and starvation will reach record levels.
4)Health care reform by eliminating Obamacare and replacing it with something that is very vague and will certainly cost more from the few details given. With subsidies slashed and the issue of fraud being reintroduced, this part of the plan will again kill millions and cost billions more with the end of any reasonable health care system.
5)Tax reform by lowering corporate and high income individuals taxes substantially while raising taxes for the poor and middle class. He has said that the plan would eliminate some unnamed loopholes and deductions, but there isn't enough of them in the tax code for his math to work. The only way to do what he wants is raise taxes on those that can worst afford it.
6)Defense spending will rise by hundreds of millions of dollars as spending cuts to the rest of us take hold.
Does anybody who has read the above agree with any of it? If you do you could quite possibly be the stupidest person on the face of this earth. The GOP has told you their plans to take every last dollar from you to give to rich donors and some of you are applauding at that. The good news is the more people that hear about the above, the less likely they are to vote for them. So email this column to everyone you know so they can actually see what they are voting for. If you want the country to end, by all means vote Republican but expect a HUGE number of dead people in the upcoming years, dead family, dead friends, dead you. So congratulations Mitt Romney, you dick, you are indeed douchebag of the week.
